but for that umbreon can use dark pulse the muddy water hits the pokemon

Flygon had enough of Victor and another gijinka fighting. They where disturbing the peace they said that they wanted to enjoy. Getting up, Flygon Charged straight in between both battling Pokemon. "Protect!" Flygon created a shield around him that protected him from any incoming attacks from the two Pokemon. "This isn't the time to fight in the Zen garden. Didn't you guys say that this place was for peace and tranquility? Then why are you guys fighting. If you want to fight, then take this fight to a different place!"
