As for Tuners, they'd have their own Profile. In all seriousness, if your a tuner, I highly doubt you'd be able to be a Tuner that rides AT's AND be a Storm Rider. A Casual rider I'd say, but being an advanced rider, not all that likely. Not saying Tuners can't do the tricks and all, but considering that most riders can't tune their own AT's like a Tuner, would it be fair to the riders if Tuners could ride as well as Storm Riders?
Rant aside, my suggestion would be a Tunning Level... only for Tuners! Yea, some of us riders can Tune... D Rank at best, but for Tuners.
Normal Tuners
Speed- How Fast. Do they need time, or can they do it like Kururu
Precision- How accurately are things put together
Reliability- How Long will the AT's stay tuned
Compatibility- Not so much as how well do the AT's alone work when tuned, but how well they work with the Rider. (Think Akira. What happened to him was the result of not having a tuner. The Fang Regalia were to strong for him and no one fitted them for his use.)
Works on the same system as Aleks, only for the Tuners. A-F (plus the S)

Revan Maxwell Agility is usually your stop and go ability, which relates to dodging and changing directions, so yea.
See what I mean with certain things can't go together? Like A Speed and A Agility means you are fast enough to out move everything and you could go from like 120 to 0, turn around, and be back at 120 in an instant. It would be like a bullet being fired one direction and it turning around and going back into the barrel. Not likely right?
And seriously, Aleks, I'm just building off your stuff and pointing out issues early. I'm not dissing you or trying to make your ideas look bad.
Your making me feel like I'm actually evil gonk You are evil! *hides under covers* and gonk gonk gonk My character is a tuner/rider rather i use the ring road to compliment the over, and i made it so i cant self tune, and more advance stuff are more in pure tuner areas. in terms of riding/tuning ratio its 80/20. im so not ranking myself in the tuner category. too much work. a Rider that uses the principals of tuning, your opinion?

But see, you've covered yourself. You aren't the best tuner. You tune your AT's better than most Riders can, but you aren't on a level where it's like ZOMG YOU ARE SO AMAZING SENPAI TUNE ME PLZ! (Sorry, I haven't gotten to say that in a while XD)
And your character doesn't really have states that make him transcend that far above the rest. You have a perfectly balanced medium of a character, and you've got no wholes.
Kilik reference: 60 points
Your character has even gone to the Pledge Queen to get help, showing you know you've got limits. That's an additional 30 points.
You've also even stated that you can't work around the fact that you can't make the Over Road help you without eventually hurting you when tuning. That's another 20 points.
You don't tune other people, you just tune yourself, 10 points.
Finally, your character is at heart a Rider and you portray him as a rider and not a Tuner: 20 points.
Dude, you may tune and be a Rider, but you are a Rider who can tune well, not a Tuner who Rides well and you play the part perfectly. So... why are you complaining? rolleyes

Okay, I reread what you said, and saw that you said you can't self tune. Dude, if you self tune it would make more sense. Not saying you can't help other people, but you know how you ride. It'd be like how Akito tunes Agito.
Either way, I'm not taking back anything i said or any of the points. 3nodding

I made is to that my characters has many drawbacks, so self tuing would counteract that. I made my character confusing, mostly to himself, story behind that. i'll tell it later. He cant tune himself since he doesnt understand himself. and Akito tunes Agito, but it has its limits. that girl, the so far unimportant one until recently, tuned him once, we'll have to see how she develops. I'm going to see if i can make my character rely on the pledge queen for help(if yours doesnt kill her)
