I suppose it depends on the season and where you go. The beach is mostly blue though but I suppose some areas are green especially in plankton blooms.

Okay. Just a random thought I had to ask. One more random thought. This might sound weird though. Is the beach sand or rocks? And if sand, white or yellow? Sorry if I sound naieve...

There's actually kind of different kind of sand. There's a hard like sand that feels like a floor than grainy sand which is like powder. The hard sand is kind of yellowish light light light tan (I'll have to show pictures pronto!) But the the beach sand that is grainy feels like powder and is white.
Rocks make up the shore, not a beach. You go fishing at shores. You play at beaches ^^

I lump shore & beach togeth in my mind. Both places are where the sea meets the land. Funky sand though.

You should see an estuary or lagoon. They're really cool. At my middle school we had a lagoon and the kids always spit in it because the fish would come up and try to eat it 0_o
And then estuaries are where fresh water meets salt water ^^ pretty darn cool.

I guess it depends how long you get to stay here to explore ^^ Though a lagoon won't be much since all you can see is brown water.

Thursday through Monday seem good. Gives you a couple hours to drive around. You guys should go to adventure island though you'll need swim suits for that. It's a sort of amusement park that's based on water. Water slides, river hang outs you name it (I've never been there personally though XD)

Sounds neat. I have no idea about where we plan to go. Only that we are hitting Disney World for Star Wars. That's it.

It is only December XD I don't see why we're worrying so much now. And it makes sense that you don't know much of your trip either.... and it could be in California as there's a Disney World there as well.
