I got gas a couple hours ago for $2.21 per gallon. (for the regular) It went up higher than I like, but at least it's coming down again.

I knew that it was too good to be true when gas went down to $1.50. Still, $2.21 is alot better than the $4.00 we were paying last summer. I have learned that the term, "cheap gas" is highly relative. It would be nice if my car were solar powered. We've been having alot of sunny days recently. We need rain, badly.

It's just the opposite here. We need a few good sunny days to get rid of all our excess water!

What part of the country to do you live in? I'm in Birmingham, Alabama. I'm kind of worried because we had a bad drought in this region a couple years ago. The river that passes close to my house practically dried up. There is usually a strong rushing waterfall, but that summer, it was trickling. The water isn't flowing like it should right now either, but at least it isn't as bad as it was during that drought.

Zellie Rochester, NY. Right off of Lake Ontario. And between Lake Erie and the Finger Lakes. Living by several lakes would explain it. biggrin Diablos, now that you mention it, we had a storm early this morning. I had forgotten about it until you said something. I woke up about 3:30 AM to loud thunder and heavy wind/rain. I guess that I forgot about it because I was so sleepy and groggy. I hope that storm helped the water levels.

We had some VERY strong rain over here yesterday.
See, this is why I like Oklahoma; we tend to have lower gas prices than anyone else. :D
Our gas prices are around $2.10-2.20 here.
