Constance was just leaving the Ever After Room when she stiffened as a chill ran up her spine. It wasn't an unpleasant feeling, oh no, it was rather nice and had her shuddering in pleasure. She breath came out in a slow sigh and her eyes rolled up before closing.
"Hmmm, I'd hoped that I'd be the only one able to give you that kind of reaction." A familiar voice mused softly.
She took a few moments before opening her eyes, her gaze meeting Alester's form. He was leaning on the wall, looking at her with intense interest. She let her eyes drift over him, his skin was dark, black, infact, like coal, maybe a little ligher in shade. An icy blue eye regarded her under the fall of his hair which was the color of new fallen snow. He stuck a lovely figure, not bothering with a glamour, he never did inside Haven, though. She could see the peek of his sharp ears just poking out of his hair. He was dressed in business casual, dark colors as usual.
"What've you sensed, my lovely sidhe lover?" He asked.
She snorted, "I'm not your anything, least of all lover." She replied and started down the hall. She had sensed death, well, iminent death, acute and forboding; just the way she liked it. She shook herself slightly not surprised to hear Alester say not far behind her, "There you go again. I think I'm jealous."
"Mmm." Constance replied with disinterest. She reached her room but didn't go in, turning to Alester instead, "How did you get in here, anyway?" She asked.
"Haven happens to like me. Thinks I'd make a good match for you."
"Mmm." She grunted again, "We'll have to have a talk later, then." She sighed finger waved at Alester. He had an instant to realize that she was leaving and then she was gone.
Alester, back at Haven rolled his eyes, "Told you she'd be mad."
Haven groaned a reply at him.
"Don't get sassy with me. I've been chasing this woman for years! You've seen me! Just because you like me now, doesn't mean she was going to accept me.....Nice try, though." He added that last part quietly.
Another soft moan from the house and then Alester disappeared as well.
Meanwhile, on the streets of the city, Constance walked down the street, Where, oh where are you.... She thought softly, humming a soft tune.

Adrianna quietly slid into the Gym; It smelled of old sweaty clothes and old equipment. She wrinkled her nose and snorted. Dree felt eyes on her almost immediately as she walked into the room.
Muted cat yowls were made at her and she gave off some rude looks and some flirty looks. Ah...she was such a big flirt.
- "Are you Adrianna?"
An angry-looking woman said her name and made Adrianna pause.
- "Yes, ma'am..."
The woman rose an eyebrow, letting Adrianna know that this was her apparent coach.
- "Have a seat on the floor and let me explain the class to you, then..."
Anastacia twirled around as she popped out of the portal. She knew she would be bored in Biology...but she absolutely loved getting out of the Haven every now and then.
Mr. Chambo stood at the board, writing some nonsense about Charles Darwin and his book 'The origin of Speicies' or whatever.
Ignoring the fact that she was about ten minutes late to class, she walked right in, spotting Nina and grinning.
- " 'ello, Nina."
She slid into the desk next to Nina and immediately put her head down.
tap...tap...ta-ta-ta-ta-tap!
Ugh. How annoying was this woman?
Lets babble on about how great Shakespear was, why don't we?
Where was Ana? Probably screwing off and making some trouble.
How can the two most inseperable people in the world be separated?!
What is wrong with this place? These people?!
Ugh!!!
Crystalina dropped her head in her arms and tuned out the teacher.
Her emerald gaze wandered out the window to the trees and grass.
Twenty feet away the first period gym class ran laps around the track with an angry woman yelling at them all.
She tried to refrain from laughing when she saw Dree stop and with her hands on her hips, yell back.

"'Ello, Ana!" Nina mimiced, giggling a little. "You missed it, the sub tried to make me burn the school down!" She snickered at the thought. School could be fun with it's little moments, but when the teacher assumed everyone had the mentality of three year olds, it was quite frustrating.
"Class is so boring today, isn't it?" She whispered.

Constance shook off the disappointment at not being able to find her quarry. She could only hope that whoever it was, had sensed her and followed her back to Haven. The sun was falling behind the horizon slowly. Chaperones and their children had already started arriving. Constance had thrown open the doors of the Ever After room. Inside, the room had shifted to a version of outside, the sunlight failing letting the lights strung in the trees illuminate the area. It was balmy in temerapture, the small stage was set up with band equipment, the band itself prepping for their performance. The snack and punch table was set up, the punch bowl a lovely little fountain for easy cup filling.

((Whoo! Sorry for the link, I didn't know how to describe it. Hair style's the same, as the picture, color as the original.)) Nina looked in her mirror one last time. She had let her pony tails out so the blue pink-tipped locks hung to their full length to under her shoulder blades. She looked to her costume. She couldn't wait for the the start of the party, so she took her brush and began to occupy her time.

Alan sighed laying down in his bed staring up at the ceiling. He didn't bother with a costume. It's not that he didn't think of one, he had it was just that he looked absolutely ridiculous with his right hand the way it was. So he decided to skip the party completely but knowing Lady Constance, as he called her in his head, that was unlikely.
He tuned out his own thoughts and listened to the music the blaring. Vater Unser playing at it's loudest or Lords Prayer in English by the group E Nomine.

Luke popped back into existence at Haven just after the party started. He'd been out with friends in order to celebrate their completion of the Advanced Electrodynamics test. If it weren't for his power (and the research he'd done regarding it), Luke might not have done as well as he did. He was confident in a magnificent score, although he was prone to simple mistakes such as leaving out minus signs. His friends didn't say much about the ninja outfit aside from that it was well done.
Luke, the Shinobi of Questionable Motives, walked into Haven and saw that the party was in full swing. He noticed immediately that not everyone was present, and heard over the noise a sound from above, most likely a CD player or other music machine. Deciding to see what was going on upstairs, Luke grabbed a rather fat snickerdoodle cookie and bounded up the first flight. The sound was definitely coming from one of the kids' rooms. He followed the music, silent as the ninja he was, and found the room in question. He knocked on the door and walked in without waiting for a response. He raised an eyebrow, gave a small gesture of greeting to Alan, and said, "Yo, if it's E Nomine you're listening to, you should pick a song that doesn't sound so depressing. It totally clashes with the party that's going on downstairs. You'd better put your costume on and follow me, or I'll drag the old bat up here to fret over you instead of me, alright?"

Alan froze and looked over at Luke. "But I like this song..." He said quietly. "I don't care if you get the old bat." He did quotes with his left hand slightly frowning as he said the old bat. "I don't want to go the party so..." He shrugged "Besides there is no costume on earth that works with a dinosaur head hand..." He said emphasizing the point my letting the jaw of his right hand snap close.

As if on cue a large fruit bat fluttered into Aaron's room and circled around the cieling for a moment before it morphed, growing in size and landing gracefully as Constance. She raised an imperious brow at Aaron, "'Old bat,' was it?" She asked, but amusment flickered behind her eyes, ruining the imposing affect she was trying to execute. Constance had also noticed Alan's conspicuous absence, she expected it from the girls, getting dressed was such an ordeal where the female sex was concerned. Aaron's absence was worrying.

Ana twirled around in her dress, taking up the full body mirror. She made model faces and posed, and occasionally added more make-up to her face. Her dress looked beautiful on her. It looked like a haloween costume, but Anastacia had the flawless beauty to make it look hot.
Crystal watched her twin twirl some more before rolling her eyes and walking to the bathroom across the hall. The bathroom gave a body-mirror and she quickly locked the door behind her before any of the other girls remembered that. Her dress and hair made her look equally flawless. She stepped in front of the mirror and spun around quickly, then stopped, feeling ultimately stupid. She fixed her make-up and left the room, letting the other girls fall inside after her.

Luke raised a stealthy ninja eyebrow at Constance, who was indeed the spitting image of an 'old bat.' He then laughed a bit and said, "Case and point." Luke then turned toward Alan and put his hands on his hips. "You've never played much Tekken, have you? I'll be right back with something that should work." The ninja made a cool-looking hand sign and poofed away with a puff of smoke.
Now back in his room, Luke opened up his closet and rooted around for awhile in search of his costume chest. He'd made and collected a bunch from various people, as he was an avid conventioneer. After a few seconds of frantic digging, he managed to extricate a large chest from his cavernesque closet. He hefted the dusty thing onto his bed and wiped the dust off with an old towel. Luke operated a trick panel and slid the cleverly hidden lock away, opening the chest. He reached in and pulled out a full-size True Ogre suit, complete with lizardy hand. He unhooked the hand portion and relocked the chest.
With his prize in hand, Luke exited his quarters and returned to Alan's. He tossed the costume at the boy and said, "This should be perfect. I took the glove off since your hand seems to be a better match for it. Satisfied?" He looked rather smug, even though his mouth wasn't visible through his ninja mask. When you've worked with Constance for as long as Luke had, you tended to get good at solving obscure problems with equally obscure solutions.
