The A-Team as an anime?! That would certainly be entertaining XP
Personally, I can't imagine Nightmare on Elm Street without Robert Englund...and Johnny Depp XD

I think Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow would make a very interesting anime. It's got the perfect over-the-top sci-fi feel to it.

Hmmm, I don't know. CG is a form of animation, so in a sense it's already animated.

I think Star Wars would be fun done over anime style...
I do have some books that would be cool anime style, my sister thinks the Holly Black series should be an anime.
Ack... all of a sudden I can't remember what books I was going to suggest, but there's a lot of fantasy novels that would be cool in that animation style.
For example (one that's real) is (I think it's Miyazaki's son) did one of the Earthsea books by Leguin (have no idea if I spelled that right). It was pretty cool.

Prizz1989 Harry Potter and the lord of the rings *squeel* 4laugh 4laugh heart heart As long as it's book version xd Someone actually did a Harry Potter anime trailer, and it's on youtube. There's Japanese (or some other Asian language) credits, so I guess whoever did it lives somewhere over in the Orient. But that doesn't mean that there will be an anime, just that someone got really bored xD

Ooh, I can definitely imagine His Dark Materials as an anime ^^ Although, we've gone off the topic of films and onto books, for which there is already a separate thread ^^;;

Though technically The Golden Compass was made into a movie (which stunk). The books would rock socks as an anime (despite the fact that I don't like the second and third ones).
:Back on topic: To Catch a Thief, The Great Escape, The Great Dictator, and The Fugitive would all make extremely interesting anime in my opinion.
