Tohno Shiki (left) and Kokuto Mikiya (right, upper-right corner) look the same because they are both in Type-Moon-made novels. Shiki is from Tsukihime, and Kokuto is from Kara no Kyoukai. Flonne (left)(Disgaea) and Collette Brunel (right)(Tales of Symphonia) look the same and have similar roles as ditzy angels. Besides different hair color, Rin Tohsaka (left)(Fate/stay night) and Kyoka (right)(Square of the Moon) have similar personalities, hair style, etc.
Gosh, they look like they're the same character drawn by two different artists (O___O!)

Aww, but it's fun seeing all of the random anime look-alikes. >< Plus, character designing isn't as easy at it seems. Something's always bound to resemble another.

Their eyes look pretty different, but they look similar in those pictures. (Wow, there are a lot of Trinity Blood characters here!)
