I still got major problems...
I can't see the land of iron or shadows fyi
I plan on custom weapons...maybe custom summons?
I'm still waiting on the ranton bloodline
I still don't know if lizards are accepted as a summoning
I basically have my Kumo ninja ready with everything except his powers. I have to add his jutsu which I can't do because I don't know what to do about the Ranton. I don't know if his summons being a lizard is okay. I don't know if his weapon being a ranton conducting axe is okay.
My Akatsuki character whom I've decided to name Hankuro has too many problems. I made a whole two separate post to explain more in depth his powers and Xzaro's powers. Though I haven't posted my custom bloodline yet so some of it sounds godmod...actually most of it sounds godmod considering this guild's standards and restrictions.
Are body modifications allowed?
Would this guild allow an extra element if it is part of the bloodline?

If it's in a bloodline, yes, a third element can be added. For Ice, as an example, you'd have "Water, Wind, Ice" listed.
And you still have to start as a Genin, man.

Tonight is the night we become great!The Stars will show us the way! A third element? It has been permitted for something like the fourth mizukage's bloodline, so it would have to be judged.
For custom weapons, I believe that we're leaving that to the weapons class, however, I still have to talk that over.
Canon bloodlines will be a while. I do have a life.
We've only had two custom weapons throughout the guild, but I don't rightly know. I'll talk to the captain.

She has to share it with two younger sisters, one of whom always manages to download some sort of virus onto it. For example, she was going to log on last night to finally finish her profile and got the blue screen of death twice. D:
