I think you could add some basic taijutsu that doesn't belong to a style, as well as some non-elemental ninjutsu.

Overall, some of the jutsu lists need an overhaul. And work for some more interesting things. Tonight is the night we become Great! The Stars are what gave us away!

Xzaro It won't let me see the land of shadows or iron. It says I'm not allowed. Maybe you left it as a mods only subforum by accident?
Edit: Edegaru, I read over the information for Akatsuki and I am confused. Lan says I must start as a D-rank whether or not I am in the Akatsuki. Quote: The S-Rank is attained once you have become rogue from your village and you engage in combat with a ninja of higher rank. You must be Jounin or equivalent before moving on to the S-Rank.
What if I wanna start my character off as belonging to no village? What if I wanna make my character a little kid, hence he wouldn't be jounin rank before engaging in combat even if he belonged to a village? Did you read over the character concept I had planned for my Akatsuki member?

Edegaru says you can be Jōnin or a rank equivalent to Jōnin before you can fight someone and become S-Rank.
Edit: So basically start off as a D-Rank rogue and beat people until you're A-rank then move to S-Rank.

Yeah. No one's going to name a Genin or Chunin an S-ranked Criminal. They are just too young. Sasugay was an exception, of course.

If you get beat down by a genin while operating seriously and you are a kage, they are an S-rank criminal. Tonight is the night we become Great! The Stars are what gave us away!

Weapon/Special bloodline: Chakram and sword/ and custom bloodline
Description: (For now his name is Jio)
Jio has two sides to him. The only reason he was chosen to join the Akatsuki at such an early age is the bloodline he posesses and the fact that the spirit of a legendary shinobi resides within him. (Lanfaer you should know it's gonna be Xzaro and the ashigan) Jio's body seems to be split in half as well, with each side of his face being a different color, (i.e. hair is half black and half white, and eyes half blue and half red) He is for the most part, weak and more of a support-type ninja..although in battle he is surprisingly good at avoiding attacks. He has little speech capability due to his age and so he speaks in third person and quotes the person he is speaking to. Jio's personality fluctuates as he speaks and so it is difficult to understand his true intentions unless with a partner with a special bloodline to read minds/see chakra flow. If Jio is made happy enough his body can change into a fully controlled version of himself, with black hair and red eyes. He is more powerful in this form and can use his bloodline and jutsu surprisingly well. But if he is angered/saddened then the spirit of the man within him is unleashed. The man has his own set of abilities as well. In general, Jio is a useless fighter but if his mood is changed one way or another his power can rival the strongest of opponents. Each extreme has its own set of weaknesses/strengths so it is not always best to go one way...
If you're wondering, It's a fuuinjutsu that's placing Xzaro inside Jio. I am wondering though, if I have to make a separate profile for Xzaro or if I cna write Xzaro's jutsus in Jio's profile and just slash them out and say "can only be released when seal is broken" or something.
Pg 476. I am planning on making a little kid as an akatsuki, that's why this ranking thing is conflicting. I know I put 3 years old but I'm willing to change it up to 9 years old... though since we age every four months or something I don't want to make him too close to 10 years old cause that's around the time you hit puberty (unless you're Justin Beiber) and I want my character to stay a little kid as long as possible.
