"Right! But right now he's asleep, so lets wait until he wakes up." She said, heading off towards the inn.

Dark jumped out, diving for Alyssa's shadow. Alyssa stepped to the side, causing Dark to miss. He curled up on the ground, the sun already getting to him. It wasn't fatal at first, but after a while... "No...."

Zathier stepped in front of the light and stared at Dark, ready to move if he tried to get into his shadow. "Now are you going to torture anyone again?" He asked.

"It's what we do..." Dark was curled up the floor, shaking. "I-I'll leave you... t-two alone..." He stretch his arm to Zathier's shadow, but was short a few centimetres. "No... shadows..."

Zathier bent down so the shadow was even further from Dark. "Promise?" He asked.

"I promise.... I-I'll le-leave you two alone..." Dark looked at Alyssa and Zathier with desperate eyes. He glanced at his now burnt hands. He was dying faster than he thought he was. He was able to stand sunlight for a few seconds, but he was beginning to feel as if his time was running short.
Vaati straightened up and stood on his feet. Holding onto Opal's hand, he managed to limb to the bed and climbed on top. "I'm not even sure if I want to train anymore..." He murmured. "I doubt I'll be able to walk by the time four days are up, but Kaze is going to start as soon as he can. I don't even have a bloody weapon!"

Dark melted in Zathier's shadow without another words. "That seemed a little harsh." Alyssa murmured very quietly. She never saw anyone or anything look so desperate before.

"Hey Dark, you still there? If you don't answer then I'll walk back into the light room to see if you pop out." Zatier explained with a girn on his face. He wasn't really going to go back to the empty room, but it was fun to have something to tease Dark with.
