@Kagae's fight?:
After being pegged by one arrow and missed by the other Kagae decided that he would, CHARGE DIRECTLY AT THE ENEMY!
Ahem, I mean retreat to the cover of a nearby hut to avoid further arrow attacks.
Pulling the arrow out of his should teeth clenched in pain he shouted, "I DAMN WELL TOLD ALL OF YOU! BUT NO ONE LISTENS TO KAGAE!"

As Denbe rushes Sotan the bandit, he does a graceful and dramatic leap into the air before landing with a fierce slash of his blade. Though, perhaps to Denbe's surprise, Sotan shows some proficiency with his stolen weapon, and redirects the blow to his less fatal left shoulder. Sotan spends a void point to reduce damage by 10! He is now Grazed!
"Temper temper, samurai! You know, that woman still has some life left in her. You could SAVE her if you weren't too busy fighting me!" Sotan would announce, sneering as he attempted to take advantage of Denbe's now-presented opening. Maintaining an Attack Stance, he uses his three free raises for accuracy as he attempts to wound the Hare in return!
14 + 15 (free raises) vs TN 24+5 = 29
Damage: 6 (wtf, FIVE threes?)
Despite his wound, the man would make a slash at Denbe's side, leaving a gash along his side.
Denbe and Sotan (and possibly the woman) take 1 point of fire damage!

Kagae would run to cover, the peasant running alongside of him, keeping his head down. He would lean close to the hut, looking up to the armored samurai, and ask him aloud, "Samurai-sama, what are we going to do? Are you going to attack?"
An arrow would hit the ground at the corner closest to the archer's fire lane, perilously close to Kagae's foot, to emphasize the danger the archer still posed.
Kagae, your thoughts on the matter?

Quickly drawing his blade as he ran using his skill in iaijutsu, Kojiro closed with the bandit on the left, slashing at the man with skill and conviction. And a katana.
Nakazo would lift up his yari to parry, but it's poor quality compared to Kojiro's blade was obvious as he cleaved through it, and across the bandit's chest. Not enough to kill him, but he looked crippled by the attack!
Otojiro's roll to resist intimidation: 39
Otsune's roll to resist intimidation-2: 18 ((Ignoring the 9 as part of the second two dice rolled for dangerous beauty))
Miyako's words would sound out across the battlefield as the spear-wielded bandit yelled out in pain. The two would look to each other, then to Miyako, before turning their attentions back to Kojiro, seemingly indifferent. The woman would pause, looking back at tiny Miyako, and sneering. "Don't worry, honey. When we're done chopping up your boyfriend here, I'll make sure they spare you life for a while, so I can watch my boys rape you t' death." With that, the two bandits would converge on Kojiro.
16 vs TN29+20 = FAIL
Nakazo attempts to shiv Kojiro with what's left of his weapon, but he's too busy bleeding all over the place to make a solid attempt at it.
23 vs TN 29-2 (Flanking) = Miss
Otsune would attempt to axe Kojiro, but he was a nimbly arthropod, and her weapon would swoosh by!
26 vs TN 29-2 (Flanking) = Miss
Otojiro would hoist his no-dachi upwards and swing it downwards with a yell, though a quick parry would send it into the ground instead!
Holy crap Miyako, he's holding his own!
Kojiro, Tides of Battle (if you care) then go! You're surrounded on three sides! Miyako, you go right after!

The Hare turns away from the blow- but all the same clenches his teeth around a sound of pain as it opens a line across his stomach, letting blood across the floor. It wasn't much, but it hurt- and the Hare takes pause for a moment at how little more pain the other man seems to be feeling, and his words. He wasn't turning into easy prey like the others had.
Despite that danger... his eyes drifted to the woman.
If she was still alive, it wouldn't last in the burning building long, and he'd couldn't leave Kagae's daisho here either. If an ambush started outside as well, Kagae's need for his swords might become even more urgent.
"You're right," Denbe admits, slowly holding his sword out to one side.
For a moment, he silently focused.
And then, as he was prone to, the Hare exploded into violence, jumping from the ground- and kicking one foot against a wall of the hut, pushing himself higher, striking out at the bandit as he leaped past him.

Kagae glanced at the peasant, "WE aren't doing anything."
Kagae eyed up the building he was taking cover against and paced back a bit. Now he did the only thing a crab could do in this situation and ran at the wall.
The desired effect was to smash through the walls towards his enemy.
