"... What is it?..." Sheikah asked in a sad voice, a rejected and heart broken voice.
"It will take a while for him to get over this though... He... Had a friend before, but..." Kaze murmured, not wanting to say what happened to Sheikah's friend.

"Uh....Sorry... I'll... go..." The voice murmured and shuffled out of the shadows.
Josline sighed, looking at the ground and returned cooking. She felt guilty. But she knew... Eva would love him much better than she ever could. "Eva... she's shy at first... but she'll approach Sheikah slowly..." She murmured.

Sheikah said nothing, he just sat with his arms around his legs as he confined himself in his corner of sadness.
"It would be better if Eva does not approach him for a while..." Kaze muttered and sat down, watching Josline cook.

Something moved towards him an sat down next to him. But whoever approached him didn't say anything.
"That's not how Eva works..." Josline said, placing the ingredients into the pot and let it simmer.

Kaze said nothing for a while. "... Sheikah won't get over anything unless he does it himself... That's just the type of person he is..." He explained as he sat there.
Sheikah said nothing to the person, he just continued to mope by himself.

"Hm... reminds me of someone else I know..." Josline looking over at Kaze. "She doesn't like others to be burdened by her pain, so she secluded herself away from others... dealing with the pain on her own... one day... someone came and took her hand, without offering it..." She explained. "I think it's about time... someone took Sheikah's hand, without needing to offer or get permission to help... Or he's going to feel the need to be alone for the rest of his life..." she turned back to the pot, watching it simmer.
Suddenly, arms warped around Sheikah, pulling him close.

"Well... she's been alone since she was young... she's been trying to find a way... to break the curse that's been placed upon her... Sheikah can turn to people whenever he wants... Eva has no choice... she's stuck being alone... forever..." Josline said, pulling out a spoon and tasting the soup.

"No... not in Eva's eyes, you see. She has no emotions or feelings of any kind... her master locked them away inside of her... though, she has the ability to express them at the whim of feeling the emotions off of others..." She explained."But I guess if you put it that way... both Sheikah and Eva are in the same boat. Just keeping their back turned to each other... making a sudden glance over their shoulder... once they both look at the same time... they'll realize it... Sheikah will understand why I made the choice that I did..." She said, taking a spoon and scooped the soup into a bowl. "Here, you can take this to Vaati..." She said, handing it to him.

Vaati smelled the soup before he saw Kaze bring it in. He decided to suck it up and sit up. He hissed in pain, but if he was going to have soup, he needed to be sitting up.
"So.. elves and run fast and recover quickly too? What else can you do?" Alyssa asked, get over the fact that Kaze hit him with a door.

Kaze sat the bowl beside Vaati and headed out the door without saying anything.
"We also live much longer than humans." Zathier explained as he messed with his nose a bit to straighten it out after getting mashed.
