Mia scooped some stew into a bowl and walked over to the tree Ayu was in. "Here you go." Mia handed the bowl to Ayu. "Be careful, it's hot."
Mia walked back to the bowl and put some stew in 4 more bowls and gave them to Marcus, Ty and Hector. Mia ate some and smiled. "Mmm! So, is it good? Did I forget anything?"
Hector ate some stew and thought a bit. "Well, to me, it lacks a bit of flavour. But it tastes really good. I usually cook at home so I know a lot of recipes. I think I've cooked this before." Hector ate some more.
"Thanks, next time I'll try adding more pepper or maybe more soy sauce. Oh, and do you think that maybe later you could show me a few recipes. I haven't learned anything new in a while."
"Sure. I'll teach you how to make french toast. Do you know how to make that yet?" Mia smiled. "Nope. I can't wait!"

"Yes." She grabbed the bowl and began eating. "Wow this is good." She finished and smiled. "Wow...that was good." She giggled and jmped out of the tree. She put the bowl next to Mia's bag and climbed back up into the tree. She laid back down with her arm over the branch.

Mia giggled. "Thanks!" Mia finished up her bowl and wiped them with a cloth then put them back in her bag. Mia stretched. "Well, I'm going to sleep now. When you guys finish your stew just put them beside my bag ok?" Mia walked away from the fire and was about to lie down when Hector stopped her.
"You don't have to sleep on the bare ground. I have a blanket in the cart." Mia got the blanket from the cart and laid it on the ground. "Thank you." Mia lied down and fell asleep.

Ayu fell asleep right after dinner. She was mumbling stuff again about the family photo she found.

Hector nodded and finished up his bowl. He put it beside Mia's bag then went to his cart. He took out a pot lid and covered the stew. "So I guess you two'll be sleeping inside the cart right? Or would you prefer to sleep out here?"

Ayu tossed and turned. She sighed and finally stopped.

"Probably a better idea for me to get out of the cold for a change," Marcus said, finishing his stew and placing the bowl beside Mia's bag.

"Thats what you think." Ayu mumbles and sighs letting her arm hang over the branch.

"I'm just being careful in case the cold is hard on my leg. Keep in mind that it was broken a few hours ago!" He said, his voice raised. Looking at Hector he added, "It's a long story. And one I'm not sure I should tell you."

"He is being harsh again." She smiled and fell out of the tree. "Oh my god come on!" She sighed and got up staggering.

Hector chuckled. "You sure are a friendly bunch. But don't worry, I don't mind you not telling me about your leg. If it's something personal then, you're free to keep it secret."
Hector went to the cart and laid some blankets on the floor of the cart for Marcus to sleep on. "So, are you going to sleep on the floor on in the cart as well, uh, miss?" Hector turned to Ty.

Ayu was still staggering. "Ty he is askin you..." She smiled and climbed back up the tree.

(I guess Ty's been busy for the last few weeks. Oh well.)
Hector yawned and took out a blanket for himself from the cart. "Well, wherever you want to sleep, there's a blanket in there for you. Just feel free to take it." Hector laid the blanket on the floor and lied down and went to sleep.

Marcus laid his staff beside the blanket and entered the cart, laying down beside his staff. He soon fell into a fitful sleep, haunted by dreams of the destruction of Ruby Village, and the man who caused it all standing amidst the carnage and laughing.

Ayu was sitting on the branch up right looking at the group with glowing yellow eyes. 'Look at all of them sleep like nothings....I should have used this girl a long time ago..' She smiles as Marcus's ancestor slowly takes over. Ayu shakes her head trying to take control again having trouble.
