I promised I'd bump some stuff that people posted forward (along with my own) because they were posted late at night when no one could comment on them: La Belle Isolde Let me start by saying that I don't actually sound like this. I have always thought that Sarah Brightman sings like she's on helium (actually, as I've discovered, only when singing ALW music). This is my impression of her. Just hearing someone say "Hey guys, this is the pancake" made me giggle. whee I couldn't watch the video because I apparently don't have the right flash version or something. Naturally singing it's a little higher, but not that much... let me see if I have a speaking sound file... OMG... My voice the way I hear it, will sound completely different if I were to record it, so I'm going to refrain from that, as I dont' want to drive myself crazy wondering if that's what I really sound like...

I think everyone's voice sounds slightly different when they're on mike though... But no one's forcing you to post your voice. biggrin I guess.

In addition, people tend to speak differently when they are being recorded, especially if they are uncomfortable with the process.
