As soon as he leaqves the cat cracks open an eye to make sure he is safe. Ow, ow, ow... that hurt! He whispers to no one in general. Not sure of what is going on, he creeps silently into the tomb following Austin, but staying out of sight. Thank goodness I learned hw to play dead as a kitten to avoid getting beat up by my sibs, he thinks as he slips from shadow to shadow.

Now I have to rescue the one who just tried to kill me, but if I don't Lyssan is going to kill me twice. He watches as Austin levels a gun at the obscenely ugly beast.
