" We came pretty damn close though. Lawrence was probably the reason he didn't end up dead," leopold said. He shuddered at the memory of being electrocuted. " Don't give me all the credit man. You did your fair share as well. You knocked him out," Lawrence said. Leopold shrugged. Cordinia was sitting at Eric's side.

Peppermint decided the new girl was alright and then whined, wanting to be where Eric was. "Still, you'd probably be worse off if you had killed him." Namine said and picked up her dog, placing him by Eric.

" Thats debate able, but you're probably right. I doubt I could live with the guilt of killing my best friend. Even is he was that creature. Life would not be the same without him," Lawrence said. Leopold left the room and sat back down on the couch after another glass of brandy. Cordinia had shifted her focus to Lawrence's story.

Lawrence rolled his shoulders. " Well, no more beating around the bush. I'll let you know what happened from the beginning. I'll give you a more in depth story later cordinia, seeing as you haven't seen neither me nor Eric in a matter of years," " Me and him were babysitting this girls brother a few weeks ago moron. Don't you remember?" " Damn, I do. But you weren't there for the real beginning of this particular story," " Just get on with it grunt," " Still as straightforward as usual I see. Well, no more dilly dallying," " Is there a single word in your vocabulary that isn't over one hundred years old?" " Just let me get on with it cordinia!" Cordinia crossed her arms. " Finally. so, as you know, Eric went bloody psychotic and tried to kill me and possibly kirune," Lawrence began.

" Got a problem with me criticizing my subordinates missy?" cordinia snapped. " Calm down ladies. It was an innocent remark. We're all friends here. No need to cause more chaos than has already happened today yes?" Lawrence said trying to quell the tension. Cordinia glared at namine. She was ready to fight if necessary. Lawrence gulped nervously. This can't be good. Namine doesn't know cordinia's skills in fisticuffs are only rivaled by Tifa. She could easily take down a keyblader, he thought.

Cordinia glared at namine. " Listen here pinky pie, I've been at this heartless slaying game much longer than you have. If you want to get all high and mighty about my subordinate, I'm glad to adjust your attitude," " Damn it cordinia! Rank doesn't matter anymore. Now lets just calm the hell down and get on with this. (Ok. Just had to make sure. Thanks) Cordinia cracked her neck. " You're asking for it little girl. You want to take this outside or should I beat you down here?" she snapped and readied her fists. Lawrence stood between the two women and put his hands in front of both of them. " Will you two just bloody stop it!?" he said. Cordinia pushed Lawrence's hand out of the way. " Shes past the point of regret. The only way she can learn now is through experience," she grinned madly. (Have you seen the bio of cordinia?)

(( Nope.)) Namine nodded. "Sure. I'll be outside if you need me." She said and walked outside to await Cordinia. Kirune watched as she held Alex. He's more like a child his age when he's asleep. She thought to herself.

  With a rather ominous sound a dark portal opened on the ground nearby the small gathering of people. Out of the darkness came Vreal, albeit not in the manner one would expect him to. Instead of casually sauntering out as he intended he kinda stumbled, dropping down to a knee in order to avoid falling and recapturing his balance. He shot his head up, glancing around with those unloving, uncaring eyes. He had no clue as to where he was, it was his first time using the corridors and was frankly a novice when it came to accurately plotting a destination. He had never even been to this place before. He stood up, setting his eyes on the group before him. He rolled his shoulder as he did so, loosening the kinks that had formed in his muscles from the trip"Where am I?" He asked. His voice was eerily reminiscent of a hallow bell. Deep, but empty. Would they be intimidated by him? Most were. Perhaps not though. Then again, if they didn't comply, he would always give them a reason to be fearful. The mental imagery made him smile.

( Second to last post) Cordinia smirked. Lawrence stood up. " I can't let you do this," Cordinia shrugged. " the little girl thinks she can handle the big dogs. She must be taught a lesson from the top dog," " Is that all we are? Just dogs of war looking for the next fight?" " Don't kick a tiger in the a** unless you have a plan to deal with its teeth," cordinia said walking past Lawrence and outside. Lawrence sighed.
