"Awww, I feel honoured." Denji's grin didn't leave his face. Finally, he broke out in the field. He sniffed the air here too, only to find it still smelled different as well. His noise cringed.

Askari giggled when Denji's nose wrinkled, "Don't worry, you get used to it," she said.

"That's a sad idea, why does it smell different?" Denji asked as he continued his way to the forest. All of Hyrule seemed to have a different smell to it. "It's really starting to get to me now..."

Askari had to think about this for a short bit, "I believe it's because of all the creatures that came around after the land was practically detroyed." she said. "It's basically only the people with sensitive noses - like us - that can smell the difference."

Denji nodded, but his nose continued to cringe in disgust until he broke into the woods. He's never been in the woods before, and he had to say, it didn't smell as bad here. He let Askari down. "Here were are..."

"I do not know, I will figure something out when I get through this..." Denji muttered as he shifted into his cat form. He was even larger in this form too, and his fur was longer and shaggier.

Askari stayed in her human form, she'd change when needed, "Do you want me to go with?" she asked.

Denji nodded. That would be nice. He meowed, though it really wasn't a meow. His sides moved and he made noise without opening his mouth. It wasn't his regular meowing method.

Askari nodded, "Alright," she said. There was the slightest hint of sadness in her voice; the last time she had let Denji go into a temple alone, he was gone for seven years.

Something wrong? He purred, nudging his head against her leg affectionately. He was trying out his bigger cat body. He wondered if he would be heavier to lift? He felt like he was just a kitten when he was sixteen. Now he was twenty-three!

Askari picked Denji up, "You're a bit heavier than I remember," she teased. "It's just...last time I let you go in a temple by yourself...you were gone for seven years.." she said quietly, stroking the cat.
