I like it. =) I might try some different shoes or something, but it's cool the way it is.

The green-blue in the hair mismatches with the some of the other items, but besides that it looks good.

I love your avatar, and I've been wanting to comment on it for a while now =) glad I finally got the chance. I love the way you got some earthy colors to match into the fur skin. It really is quite good =D
And the red eyes match for no apparent reason.

We always end up underneath each other for some reason or another..oh well, anyway here I go.
I like this one loads actually, it must be the band geek in me, or the fact that I love how acoustic guitars sound. But it's interesting how you got the white of the angelic guitar to work with the rest of the dark tones you have on.
If anything, I'd take off the gills...to me, they're quite lame, and I tend to see them a lot.
