I don't really like it but I don't hate it either. It's just kind of some bits of outfit put together, nothing more and nothing less.

The purple and red shows a warm scheme, but the blue still works. It's very well done =)

I like it but there's somthing odd at the same time. My like is stronger than the odd though.
It reminds me of the anime with the snow man plu... something rune? no... The were from a small island and the guy was supposed to do something with a legend...
