Yey! Is it with one of the guys from your game? (By the by, there aren't chainsaws in traditional D&D so you might be playing a modernized version ar another tabletop like Deadlands).
I think the reason I only dated D&D guys was because I had the most n common with them. They were geeky and nerdy just like me; we had a lot of mutual interests so I found them more attractive than some jerk in one of my classes.

No, I've only hung out with those guys twice, and played once, so... we're not really friendly enough to even consider that yet. And my friend that convinced me to play with them, didn't ask me either. Is someone different.
(It probably is; these dude had chainsaws for arms... so... yeah.)
Probably. I mean, I can be pretty geeky and nerdy myself sometimes. So, I like hanging out with guys like that more. smile

It's a good dating pool. I suggest it... most of the time. I have admittedly met some unsavory D&D players, but that was back when I didn't play with people my own age. To be honest, only one of them was borderline "creepy" and he regarded me more like his daughter than anything. If he had made a pass at me I am quite sure the guys of that group would have come to my defense as they saw me like their cute younger sister.
<3 We just had a game tonight. We are running a module. A module is a campaign that has already been created and written out by someone else for a DM to run players through. I am a sorceress who follows the goddess of beauty. I have a penchant for enchantment spells- I make people do things they wouldn't normally do. Making a few enemies my friends has saved our asses a few times.

Well, these guys are my age, so that's the good part, and they are SO MUCH less creepy then the guys I was trying to play RIFTS with before. I didn't understand the game, prolly didn't WANT to understand, and hated the other players, minus the GM and two others who were in my class and the reason why I said I would try. D&D is looking to be like a much better switch for me =)
That sounds really cool. Oh! I have a question! The character I made, is an Elf, and the book gave names for Elves and such but I was wondering if I have to use suggested names, or can I make one up myself? I had a really good name I wanted to use instead, but I thought of it weeks ago, and now I've forgotten. x.X I was probably going to use my gaia rpc, Sintha. I already based the elf's looks on her.

Oh, they are just suggestions. I can't remember the last time I followed the name suggestions in the book! I think there are even suggestions for humans if I remember correctly. Those names are just given to help give you an idea of the the way the names sound. Elves all have nature-y last names, for example.

Oh. OH. Well then, I am changing her name. And this is suckage, because all this week I have been talking to you about D&D and other friends on here are playing and telling stories and I'm like "But! I wanna play more! I want to have stories too!" gonk
Am going to have to ask that we have a game somewhat soon.
._. now that I don't have the excuse of the contest keeping me from doing other things, I should try to make a character for Mutisme. Did I spell that right? Everyone's doing it.

I have a kitten... well, he's not really small anymore at 8 months. Dante is all black and definitely plans to be a rather large cat (in build, not girth).

Like literally, I would have died from fear last night if I hadn't been able to call him Dx
I am not playing DND at 11 at night again, unless I can get home better.
Edit: DnD is apparently version 3.5. Whatever that means.

I play D&D 3.5 (it's the current edition of D&D, although 4 is coming out soon). It... still doesn't have chainsaws. It doesn't have anything even remotely like chainsaws, even. Maybe they are playing a campaign setting that has been modernized? Classical D&D settings have swords and bows, the medieval sort of weaponry.
Boy friends are good for rescues <3 I have had more male friends (at least twice as many) than female friends since high school. I like feeling protected and being the only overly emotional moron.

Aight. So maybe Brian was making things up with the chainsaw arms. W/e. I've played twice, I just go with things. And I didn't play very long last night cause he got really sick. Hence Auron to the rescue, because it's always nice to call your bff to talk when you're in a sketchy part of the city. And then when you've missed last bus and don't know what to do. Dx
So I'm guessing that campaign was modernized a lot. Because they also would not have airplanes. I think we're getting back to a more "normal" setting with this new campaign. A rescue mission. I'm sooo unimaginative though! It's like "so, what are your skills, why should I hire you for this mission?" And I'm like "I dunno. I;m stealthy, can bluff and um. I can kill people if I have too?" "Give an example" "Um. I don't know Dx" And then Zack made up some crazy s**t. And they forgot it. So I have to be better.
