"Nice to meet you all,I am Raven Solace."He says giving a bow in return."It would seem time is drawing close to dance."He says noticing the instruments being moved out and put onto stage and he grins."Mayhap I will play something for every one tonight."He says with a little laugh before giving another bow."Please forgive me but I should go to the king for a moment."He says before heading out passing by all the laides form before noticing that Alija was not with his wife then nocied he was getting food but he gives the ladies a bow and smiles,as he stops next to the kings throne."Good evening my king,I hope the night finds you well."He says with a smile.

The king was sitting on his throne as Raven approached"Ah yes master raven its a very nice thing indeed to see you in good health" the king was rather cheery since it was close to christmas which was the only time of year that brought him the best of memories"How are your staff? Have they been well in their studies?" he asked glancing about the ballroom he noticed people moving forward into dance; Evelyn and molly got ready evelyn put on a pretty green dress and molly wore pink as they fixed each others hair; Stepping out into the hallway the boys were waiting Bryan looked awestruck at how beautiful evelyn was and stammered as he spoke to her"Ms... eve.lyn.." he said nervously"Would you like me to escort you to the dance?" he asked with a bow; Molly giggled as john smiled at them both"I suppose we are all 4 going together their bryan come now lets get going" she patted him on the head and walked ahead of the group as he stumbled after her; When they reached the ballroom all 4 of them looked in awe at the glorious display all the dancers were dancing as everyone began to twirl in format the 4 of them stood on the side like others watching the preformance; Molly lookedd up at John and with a nod of his head he led her out onto the dance floor leaving bryan and evelyn; They were only their for a few minutes more before a man approache evelyn he rather flushed as he approached her dipping a bow"My lady you are radiant would you llike for a dance?" he asked she looked over at him blinking slowly with a smile she shook her head"I'm sorry my Lord I am but the staff I can't dance as grand as you would like me to" she told him humbly as the young man looked startled"You a servant? You look like a princess to me a grand lady.." he smiled at her"Tis matters not would you like me to show you?" he said as she bit her lower lip"Of course.." she said finally with a cursey she was then whisked away onto the dancefloor unknown to her by a foreign prince; The queen watched the dancers with a smile"Ah look there Elora your brother is dancing with somone pretty" said the queen as the princess of Astraguard looked over her breathe caught in her throat"I be jealous.. I would much rather it be me instead" she said with rapture"Tsk my child you know that you can't have pretty maids like that in our kingdom or they would have to answer to me first" said her mother with affection as she watched evelyn"I would buy her from you sister if she were purchasable but I know that sort of thing isn't aloud in this kingdom" chuckled the queen; Lilith smirked"Nor your own sister~ but I suppose that.. my daughters husband would want her as well by the look of that face" she watched her son in laws astonished face as he followed the blonde dancer about the room"Raven should be careful.. with his staff in your kingdoms" she said with a sad smile"Or they may leave him for love or higher positions.." she then turned to the pair of them as they all conversed about the afffairs of their kingdoms; Angeline glared after Evelyn"Hm.. I dont see what you see in cousin she is just a pretty girl.." she said rather quietly her cousin giggled"I'm not sure.. you are one yourself.. I just love beautiful women.." said the red head (which is elora) as she watched Evelyn with seductive eyes;

Raven watched as his staff entered the hall and with a smile he watched as they started to dance and even Eve got whisked away and he chuckled slightly."Will my king should we join,tis not a good luck for a king to sit by."He says as he walks up to the queens group and smiles warmly."Would any of you lovely ladies care to give this humble man a dance."He asks as he holds out a hand to them.

The queen watched the showed with interest as raven stepped up to take someone hand; LIllian stepped ofrward taking his hand without letting others have a chance"Ever a gentleman but I was about to ask you myself" said the gueen with amusement as she led them out instead of him;

The floor was allive with colors and skirts the music playing softly the atmosphere was phenominal Evelyn felt like she was in some strange cinderella story but instead of sweeping out ashes which she used to do she was being paraded about with a prince who looked down at her with a raptured expression; She could tell by his own expression it was the same as bryans and by this point you would think she knew what puppy dog love was but she was to dense to know of this; She smiled slowly as they twirled past john and mollly who seemed to be enjoying themselves; Bryan actually got asked to dance with another castle member who seemed like she was overjoyed to be dancing with him by the blushing of her own cheeks; They swept past the emperor who seemed to step into dance with Evelyn as first one came to an end his blue eyes were rather mystified"Ah who is this? The godddess herself come to steal my heart?" she blinked his accent was strange his skin dark his eyes bright blue? She thought they all had brown eyes the ones from the desert; She seemed puzzled; her expression soft with confusion the emperor found it rather gentle and he smiled tenderly at her"Ah... you wouldn't know about her thought would you.. thought it seems the fates have asked me to see you tonight"he seemed like he was profecying something and she lowered her gaze"I'm sorry my lord..' she bowed at the end of their dance"I am not the woman that you think I must be for I am not even one of my own accord" she looked up at him with a sad smile and then walked away as he watched her go he frowned; 'If only I wasn't married...' he thought with sadness; He would pursue but he knew that his young wife would get jealous so he dedcided to go pick her up for a dance"Come my lovely Angeline it is time to show them our traditionall dace" the young woman sighed and followed her husband out as they preformedd a 'couples' dance will the people gave them room to preform the lavest dance that was part of his culture; Elora watched Evelyn go and sit down to the side slipping her way over she sat next to her Evelyn blinked in suprise as the woman sat down"Ah hello there.. sorry hope you don't mind.." the woman had beautiful gleaming red hair and was wearing a strange breastplated armor piece over her gown"Of course not Ma'am.... I mean Miss..." saidd evelyn rathe rnot sure how old she was Elora gave a soft laugh"Oh for sure a miss.. I barely pass my 20s love" she told her in a teasing voice; Her brother who was duped out of dancing more with evelyn was raging with his other sister mary"Why does she do this?" he grumbled as mary smirked"Because she can and you know it.. being the next queen is a high privelage isn't it brother?" she said seeing as Elora was rather intuned with having mutiple male or female mistresses the girls being her brothers ex's;

Raven lets out a little laugh as he and Lillian headed to the dance floor and even thought she started to lead he soon took the upper-hand in there dance and unlike most men he wasn't afraid to lead like one holding her close as they moved across the dance floor and once the song ended he bowed to her with a smile and even gently kisses her hand."Thank you very much for this dance."He says before he heads towards Eve and Elora and gives them both a smile."Hello again."He says to Elora and then looks at Eve."That dress looks great on you Eve,I don't hope you worked to hard earlier."He says kneeling down before her with a smile."Would you care to dance with this humble mage."He asks with a smile he knew he would likely dance with every one of these lovely young ladies but he wanted to make sure he got to dance with Eve and Molly both at lest once.

Evelyn looked up to see raven exstending his hand out towards her and she found herself gazing into his eyes something she rarely did directly"Of course sir" she said with a soft smile as she rose out of her seat and joined him on the dance floor she took up her positon as the dance began to flow"There is alot of people here.." she commented"I've.. never recieved so much attention before either that was proper at least..." she confessed lowering her gaze as they flowed through the movements on the dance floor;

Raven smiles at her as they move the music he held onto her softly yet tight enough to lead her through the song."Will you are a beautiful young lady so its natural."He says with a smile before spinning her before pulling her back to him as the song got slower."Any one tries any thing just call my name but its you're chance to enjoy you're self you all worked so hard today."He says as he spins her once more and gently kisses her hand as the song ends and he gives her a smile."Thank you my lady for this dance I would love to share another when you are free."He says before giving her a bow.

Had she ever felt so light on her feet before? He would bring her in closer and she found her heart caught in her throat and another spin he is whispering in her ear to play safe and becareful and when he bowed to kiss her hand and glance up toward her she could barely feel hear herself say"Of course thank you for this dance" she lowered her gaze and curtsied; Somehow she felt herself turning towards the food bar where she grabbed some punch feeling herself flushed from the event when bryan came about"Ms. evelyn!! would you like to dance?" he asked finally managing to get away from the small horde of girls who were tryiong to dance with him; Evelyn turned seeing another young woman much younger than herself giving Bryan pleading eyes from behind a pillar"After she is danced with" she pointed at the little blonde who hid away as she was mentioned and bryan turned suprised"Oh.. okay Ms. Evelyn have a nice rest" he tolld her turning he went to bow to the lady and ask for her hand in a dance; Evelyn managed to slip into the hall to take a quick breather and away from the crowd on her way through the halls she found herself falling further and futher from the crowd into the empty hallways of the palace; She was slipping past an old stairwell when a hand reached out and pulled her by her mouth into the hallway their was a blade to her throat as a rugged familiar voice was heard"Aye you thought I wouldn't figure out where you were from wench?" said the man it was the theif from earlier so embarassed and angry he decided to invade the castle and since it was open to the public during christmas it was not that hard to slip inside; He rammed her into the wall putting his hands aorund her throat his eyes bulging in anger"You little slut i thought you would be prancing about in here probably pawning money off men" his eyes were bloodshot and his breathe sour with alcohol he had been drinking"You're gonna pay..." he squeezed her as she tried to pry her fingers to her throat barely whispering out the word..."R...a....veen...";

Raven started talking to some nobles when his eyes narrowed and with out a word he just vanished and appeared behind the man and wrapped his arm around the man's throat and stood up to his full height lifting the man off the floor and Raven spoke."You dare put hands on her."He says as he starts to squeeze the man's throat and the man was a good half a foot off the ground."I am going to make you suffer for this."He growls before the two of them vanish and reapear in the ball room with Raven still chokeing the man before letting him go and pushing him to the ground then out of no where a right hook catches the guy as Raven punches him full force,then a hook form the left hand."You put hands on her."He says again pretty much yelling it as the others watch."Stand up you sorry peace of trash."He says his fists clnched.so fight his nuckles where white and his eyes where glowing with rage.

The guy was so stunned and suprised he literally pissed himself by the time they got into the ballroom not only was he getting his a** handed to him and being shoved around by force he had soiled himself in the process; When the wait went off her neck she found herself taking in a large breathe and then fell to the floor choking her vision was blurred she began to stumble towards their rooms her neck feeling swollen; The whole crowd was astonished the music stopped everyone in the whole ballroom watched in horror and silence as raven appeared with a dirty man and was beating the living crap out of him; Guards came rushing in they were not sure what to do the king and queen were stunned everyone stood everyone waited to see what would happen; The their finally managed to stand to his feet and then throw up causing outstreaks of horror run through the ladies a few of them fainted; Wizard Warr was startled but he ran over to Raven"Raven lad! Raven!!"said the older wizard he was scared as well feeling the power behind the mage"Whats wrong what happened who is that!" he gave him a little shake on his arm to get his attention on what he had done;

Ravens eyes narrowed as Warr got to him."This filth dared to lay hands on Evelyn."He says in a low deep gowl before taking a half step forward and planting his fist into the man's stomach and he let the man drop to his knees next to him."You are not worth any magic but for what you did I will kill you my self."He says turning and looking down at him."You have the guts to attack a woman yet you have no nerve to face a man."He adds before kicking the man in his ribs and then steping down with a whole lot of force onto the man's chest.

At the sound of Evelyn's name bryan rushed out the doors running down the halls to look for her; Molly and John rushed out to so did half the servants they knew who she was and the whole search party was about the ones that had danced or talked with her looked alert Elora stood at the sound of hearing he had layed his hands on the pretty woman and her own eyes blazing"The filth!!" she screeched in anger; She drew her sword as she marched to prepare to lop the man's head offself she was met by her mother who gave her a warning glare"This is the wizards battle know your place child" LIllian snapped at her daughter who growled in frustration andd released her sword marching out of the ballroom; Her brother had already slipped out looking through the halls as well as for the emperor he glared down at the man he was cursing him under his breathe"The Gods willl punish you with the fire of their divine..."; There was much rucuss the guards asked his majesty what to do about the criminal as the queen lifted her hand"Leave him Raven wishes to kill him himself then so be it" said the queen with a straight face she would relent to the wizards rage; Warr backed off turning to the crowd"The party has ended everyone make your way out" he snapped; the ongoers begana to preapre to leave out the sidedoors lleaving the man under raven's boot gurgling from the weight as his rib cracked and punctured his heart causing blood to run from his mouth; It didnt take the party long to find Evelyn passed out half way to her room; The staff had her put to bed the wizards from Astraguard on order of the princess were to attend andd heal; They came into to apply healing to the massive bruising causing the swelling and most of the bruising the disappear with the help of both of their magics; Molly was crying outside the door being comforted by John and Bryan paced the floor pulling at his hair and trying to hold back tears;

Raven looks down at the man as he spoke and a twisted grin crossed his lips."You will die now and none will morn you're passing."He says as he pushes his heel down into the man's chest before removing his foot then he brings it back down on his throat,he puts all his weight down on the man's throat crushing it and braking his neck in one go then he backs away a few steps and holds a hand up."Hell take you."He says as a fire as black as night flickers to life in his left hand and he throws it onto the body and in a flash of black the body was gone,nothing was left not even cinders but raven's hand was burnt and scared form the heat of his own fire."Death to any who try to take or harm any I protect."He says before looking at those left in the ball room."Forgive my rudness but i am needed else where."He says not even looking at his hand as he walks to Eve's room.

Those that remained or were leaving (Since many came) watched as he summoned a black flame the wizards in the room looked at it in astonishment and the warning he gave sent goosebumps to all those present; They watched him burn the man into complete ashe before their eyes the Queen was to shocked or stunned to say anything and everyone noticed the damage it already did to Raven's hand; That fire was very dangerous; When Raven arrived in the hallway molly was moved to John and bryan's room"Lord Raven" said john tired"I'm sorry.. we weren't watching her.. the castle is open to the public during christmas this has never happened.." bryan was curled up asleep outside eve's door he looked troubled in his sleep as if it was a bad dream; John bowed his head"I'm sorry sir.. I know I'm the oldest I should have kept an eye on her.." he said quietly; Everyone had moved out of the area the queen had the wizards remove teh ashe not sure if they would harm anyone; Using their magic to put them into a jar and seal them away so no one could open them; There was also guard going through the entire castle making all civilians leave anyone who drank to much was sent home immedietly and anyone looking out of place or not working in the castle or lived there was sent home as well commoners and nobles alike the visitors were sent to their rooms and everyone was on edge about what had happened;

Raven shakes his head as John spoke."Don't feel bad about it,I am just glad I got to her in time don't blame you're self now go to molly she needs you right now I will look after Eve."He says and looks at Bryan and sighs softly before sending the man into his own bed with magic,he puts a hand on John's shoulder."Now go rest."He says hiding his left hand as he goes into the girls room and sits down next to Eve and uses his own magic to check her over again,healing what was left to heal the others did a good job and he was greatful to them for what they did."I am sorry Eve I failed to protect you."He says sadly.
