Lyri looked down at her dark form. It seemed eeriely familiar, and yet she had never seen it before. Although just looking at her reflection gave her a sense of security that only one person could give her, and that was her own brother. Lyri closed her eyes as she washed the rest of the gore and blood off of her armor, daydreaming that she could meet her brother again.
Coremean stared at the giant black wall uncomfortably. He sighed as they realized that they probably needed to get in there... Back into the dreaded twilight. He shuddered as he realized that he was going into that cat form again.

Link trotted around the bend in the path, almost bumping into the massive black wall just as Zelda had. The intricate orange marking pulsed slowly, making Link slightly queasy. With his left hand, he cautiously reached up as if to wipe fog from a window, and was shocked to find that the wall, well, shocked him. He leaped back with a startled yelp, clenching his tingling fingers. He quickly whirled around, and his gaze rested on Midna. "Well, I guess this is where you let us in..." he said, trying to sound optimistic.

Midna thought for a moment before shrugging. "Nah."
"Midna!" Zelda said sharply. "This is you who needs help getting the Fused Shadows!"
"And it's your kingdom that'll be swallowed by Twilight," Midna retorted. "I happen to like Twilight. If you want to go in, you'll have to beg me first." She flashed a toothy grin.

Alaci sighed and rubbed her temples, "Midna, just let us in, now." Alaci said, feeling herself lose patience. She was not going to beg to Midna just to go into the Twilight.
Vitia watched the group argue while she was, yet again, merged with shadows. She hadn't thought this far ahead and didn't excpet there to be Twilight here. Vitia had orginally thought that since she had power over shadows and darkness she would be able to get into the Twilight, but had just been shocked by the wall.

(Well... here's the thing... I sorta screwed up the order of the Light Spirits, so we aren't in Faron yet. Eldin-ball is talking to a new guy- Karathor- and pretty much everyone else- Alaci, Vitia, Midna, Link, Zelda, Coremean, Andarlo, etc- is just outside the Twilight covering Faron Woods and Kakariko Village. Excuse me if I have the map mixed up.)

((Yeah. Kakariko was not exactly close to Faron last I checked. Ah well. I'll just stick Rayne somewhere when they enter the Twilight then.))

Karathor thought in silence on this for a moment. A vessel. This spirit is a vessel. He'd think it would do fine, considering they're his pieces of light. And since Karathor hates liers, there is only one true way for him to be absolutely sure this isn't some kind of trick to get him to go away. He needed some reassurance. So, without warning, Karathor reached out a hand as if to grasp the spirit, but he wasn't close enough. Instead, a stream of black lightning shot out of his hand and encompassed the spirit in a cage that resembled chains wrapped over its spherical form. He pulled it tight, and the cage of black and red energy ensnared the spirit. With that, he glared into it and spoke in his darkest tone, "Then I suppose you won't mind coming with me to get them?"
Without waiting for some kind of answer, Karathor turned and pulled on the cage he had made. The energy swirling through it was dark and piercing, a freezing energy that could drain the life out of any mortal in minutes. Still, he had yet to realize the full extent of his new power. Yet that wouldn't stop him from being creative while he still had the chance. through this power was cold and he hated it, what he hated more was being helpless. he would not rest until they found all of the pieces of light. On he dragged the spirit, completely ignoring any protests it may try to spew at him.

A chill ran down Zelda's spine. "Something is wrong," she muttered. "We need to get in. Now."
Eldin screeched in fury and indignation. "You insolent boy!" he cawed angrily. "Release me this instant! Do you have any idea what will happen if I leave this place?" He rammed himself at the cages in feeble protest.
Midna cocked her head. "Hunh. Well, make your choice, skirt boy. You gonna apologize and ask nicely or sit here and do nothing?"

The shrieks and cries of Eldin reverberated violently against the chasm walls, chilling the small band to the bone. All the hairs on Link's arms and along his spine rose. Those were screams of rage and fear. Anger bubbled up his throat as he locked eyes with Zelda. "You feel it too? Someone is attacking Eldin." he said, glowering over at Midna. He bent over, only stopping an inch away from the imp's grinning face. "You hear that? That is the sound of a terrified spirit. Whatever grievance I have caused you, I am sorry for it. But now is not the time for me to repay you. We need access to the Twilight. Now. If Eldin disappears, so does all life in this province." he murmured, his voice low and angry as his eyes burned with a deep, intense blue. He sincerely hoped that Midna would give in, just this once...

Midna let out a dramatic sigh. She wasn't particularly mad at Link, just kind of mad in general. "I'll go in," she replied, turning and floating into the Twilight. Seconds later, she felt her physical form ripple into existence and grinned. "Finally," she muttered. "Now, the Light Spirit's somewhere in this direction..."
Zelda's eyes widened. "That evil genius," she whispered. "She said she'd go in, but didn't say anything about taking us with her..."
Suddenly a huge hand shot out of the Twilight, grabbed Link, and pulled him in. Midna was waiting on the other side. "Oh yes, almost forgot," she mocked. "Perhaps the mutt will come in handy." For someone who owed them their life, Midna wasn't being very kind.
Zelda hammered on the Twilight wall. "Midna! Let us in!"

Link's yelp of suprise turned into a short bark as his human form melted away into the body of a wolf. He snorted once, then shook himself off from nose to tail. Muffled thumps rippled through the amber-colored light, and the vague form of Zelda could be seen hammering hazily against the Twilight wall. Link twitched his ears and strained to hear what the princess was shouting, but all of her words were garbled; it sounded like she was trying to speak underwater. Link looked up as Midna expectantly, hoping that she would let the rest of their group into the Twilight.

Coremean pounded on the wall along with Zelda, desperately calling "Midna! Please! Let us in!" He probably wanted to help as much as the others, perhaps even less, mainly due to the fact that his real motive was not even close to what he was doing. Setting that aside, no matter how much he loathed his twilight form, he was willing to help.
Lyri wandered along a beaten path, not caring where she ended up. Eventually, she spotted a floating mass dragging a cage, with something in it. As stealthily as she could, she decided to follow it.

Midna poked her head through the Twilight, feeling the strange sensation that her head wasn't there while her body was. "I don't particularly want to," she replied. "I don't have any use for tagalongs." She backed away and glanced at Link, who was staring at her hopefully. "I'm not letting them in. They slow me down." She didn't explain the real reason. Despite her tough talk, she didn't want any casualties. Look what had happened to her.
Zelda kicked the wall in fury. "Midna, if you don't let me in, I'll tell!"
Midna froze.

Alaci glared at Midnas head, "Let all of us in. Now," Alaci snapped, her orange eyes cold. "We will actually be of some help to you, stop being so stubborn and let us in," Alaci said, walking up to the wall of Twilight. She had heard Eldins cries and knew something was very wrong.
Vitia had to bite her lip to not scream in anger, "That insolent little," Vitia thought angerly, half tempted to go up and slap the imp. Vitia frowned after a moments thought, "If she has to pull me into the Twilight, I could have a problem," Vitia thought, narrowing her eyes.
