I tried to jump over a chain and my feet caught it, so i kinda hit the concrete at work really hard, but i braced with my hands, chest and hip, so my head is fine, but my hands and hip....

Sounds like you've bruised all the way down to the bone, and might even have manged to fracture some bones if it's that bad.

^_^ I'm glad you like it. I used one of the fallen angel pictures i"ve had for a while, and then I...I can't remember if I polorized it or did a negative for it, but I used an effect on it, and it came out really nicely, all black and white and kindof sketchy looking...so I just thought the text went well with the image and it did..it's simple but yet still elegent in it's own way. I'm really glad you enjoy it. ^_^

I'd still credit the original to you.
