Karathor glared a cold darkness into the spherical being. He was ready to bring that destruction. However, he knew if he were to cause this land to perish, he would surely fall with it. As he looked upon the being, his orb halted in its growth. He stood unflinching in the light of this being, examining it, picking its tone apart. Karathor had lived a life of deceit, and he knew that this spirit was not bluffing. He felt the fear in its voice. This made him grin. Inside, he was smiling, yet outside his featureless, black veil glared daggers into the being with its aura, rising like smoke from his body. Slowly, he allowed the orb in his right hand to recede back into his body. In a piercing tone, he finally spoke. His voice was like daggers of ice, the very sound of which radiated from the darkness within him. "You.... your form has been altered as well, has it not?" He stood atop the water's surface, never touching, as if the water itself would have no part of him.

Coremean trembled harder. He really felt scared, although, he didn't know why. It felt baseless, although he knew that it came from something... Evil. That was the only way he could describe it.
(I'm going to introduce Coremean's younger sister... Is that alright biggrin )

Link shivered visibly as the same feeling that the others had experienced washed over him. Sickly fear crept into his mind, and an urge to run plucked at him hamstrings. "We should hurry up." he stated, breaking into a jog as the path led around a bend, splitting off into a dank cave in one direction and a humble homestead in the other. Link waved a grim greeting to the owner, who was bobbing sleepily next to the fire. Link trotted swiftly past the hermit, following the path down to the broad expanse of Hyrule field.

"So, how bad is that?" Alaci asked, she hated not knowing exactly what was going on. "Can you tell where the person is?" Alaci questioned, if it wasn't too far away, they could most likely stop it. "I mean, the person can't be too strong. Can it?" Alaci asked herself. She frowned and attempted to make some type of a plan.
Vitia waited a few more minutes before heading off, being sure to keep herself enshrouded in shadow. She wanted to get to Kakariko before the other people did. Making sure she was completely covered by the shadow, Vitia moved silently ahead, quickly catching up with Zelda and the others. Keeping her distance, Vitia passed them, nothing more than a mere shadow. "I wonder if they can sense me," Vitia tought. Bearing that in mind, she quickened her pace, and soon almost ahead of them.

Character name: Lyri
Weapons: Spiked whips, a crossbow, poison needles, and her shadow.
History: When she was kidnapped by the Bulbin King she was still a normal girl. After a while, she managed to escape after suffering from serious trauma. Soon after, a man walked up to her and gave her this mysterious dark power, which corrupted her once pure and kind mind. Now she roams Hyrule, looking for her brother, killing anyone who stands in her way.
Appearance: She has short, black, spiked hair, a scar running across her right eye, she has the same build as her brother, a younger, prettier face than her brother, and silver eye's that no longer show any signs of life or emotion. She wears an ink black set of armor.
Evil or not: Evil
Abilities: Can send Coremean feelings, controls her shadow, conceal herself within a shadow of an inanimate object, sense Coremean's feelings, and is very nimble.
Crush: Link
Items: Bolts for her crossbow, her whips, her crossbow, a locket that Coremean gave her, needles that she poisons, and jars of poisons.
Twilight form: She gains the features of her brother, only more dark and sinister. Basically she turns into her brother's dopplganger.

Zelda's eyebrow rose, just a smidge; under the powerful dark presence, she could feel another's magic. She casually glanced to the side to see the girl that had been in the tree earlier move quickly through the shadows. She kept walking, keeping one eye on the girl and moving out into the wider part of Hyrule Field. A few large domes of Twilight lay farther ahead.
Midna peered upward. "The Fused Shadow's over... there." She pointed. It was, unfortunately, in the rough direction of the strange dark presence.
Eldin screeched. "Yes... it has... we are covered in Twilight... and we will be until I regain my Light..." He remained wary of the strange spirit-boy.

Karathor stood at his full-height, tilting his head slightly. It sounded as if the being was attempting to trick him into restoring its body back to normal.... yet, this was a being of light. Still, it's manor was honest, as was all light beings. He trusted it was true, but he didn't like the idea of helping it get what it wanted. Either way, he had no choice were he to return to his original state. He knew what had to be done.
"So then, tell me. How would one go about restoring your precious.... 'light', to you? And if one decided to do such a thing, what would they get in return for their actions?"
As he spoke, he could feel tiny glimpses of light all over the village. Their light was similar to that of this one's. It must have been broken and scattered to pieces. Yet, if this was its domain, then why could it not simply retrieve its own light? Unless there was something keeping it from accomplishing its goal. Yes, the scattered lights seemed to be moving. Not very quickly, or very far at a time, but they were moving. Something was keeping this being's light hidden away from it, and now it needed help getting that light back. It was the only way. Whatever was holding this spirit's light, they were not very powerful, else Karathor himself would sense their nature. Like drones, without much thought or energy, simple shells to house large amounts of power. Shouldn't be too difficult to accomplish. But he needed the spirit's word before he could move forward.

Lyri shook her whip off. It dripped steadily with the blood of her assailants. One of them was still breathing. Barely, but still breathing. She kneeled in front of him, looking him straight in the eyes. Even though he was so near death, she could see the fear in his eyes. He gasped, spitting out blood in the process. "Just... Who are... You...?" She smirked, laughing darkly. "You have no right to know who I am." Once she finished talking, she stabbed him in the neck with one of her bolts. The man's body went limp. He was dead. She walked away, her dark laughter filling the air.

Zelda kept walking ahead, turning along the path, into the narrow canyon... and straight into a wall. "Ow!" She looked up. Black and amber made up a complex design with an intricate keyhole in the center. They'd reached the edge of the Twilight.
Midna looked up and grinned. "Twilight! Yay!" She didn't have to bring any stupid humans with her unless she chose to. Perhaps she'd make them beg. Begging always made her feel better.
The Eldin-ball quivered. "The Beetles of Shadow possess the Light... one would need my Vessel to retrieve them, and should I get my Light restored, I should return to my normal form and erase the Twilight in my region."
