Rose, too, was unnerved by the sudden crowd of people. I leave and they come to be. Perfect. She sighed, standing up and taking one last look at the crowd before simply vanishing. You can always find me when you need me, she told Vale before reappearing in a tree in a completely separate forest. She rubbed her eyes--using her power made her weak without any sleep..and its been days. I need sleep... she told herself, forcing her eyes to keep open. She never did sleep well alone, but she didnt know of anyone that could keep watch over someone like her...Let me know when you need me, Vale.

The cub yelped when the wolf
vanished. She curled up where
she was , burying herself in
the dirt. She wanted her family
back. She saw some seeds upon
the ground that birds must have left.
Quickly she lapped it up with the dirt
and coughed at the horrible taste,
sounding like she was about to hack
up a hairball.

Since the bird was already dead, Vahuka didn't need to waste any time crushing the life out of it. He simply picked it up with his tail, opened his mouth, and swallowed the bird whole. "Thanks." he said, something he told other incredibly rarely. "I think you're seeing why I normally choose to stay away from those young ones. But I won't have the problem of having little ones try to play with me, even if I'm near, since they're all too afraid of me." he told Vale.

Missy "Woah!" Missy excalimed at Lia's sudden move. "Bye guys! and nice to meet you Eden!" she called to Diana, Vexen and the rest. Once she slid off of Lia she followed her to the lake laughing. Lia really had changed...

Jako saw the cub ran away from him and sighed."I wasn't going to eat you little one....I'm just here to help..." He said out loud to the area around him as he scampered out around, passing a few trees and bushes that came into view."Little cub, I'm going to bring you to a new family, friends and you can be fed properly...I assure you...." He said out loud again. ((Did you see my last post? This needs to slow down or I need to pick up my pace...>.< ))

a new family."
A dirty and filthy mess, the cub
slid down the side of the cliff
to the ground below her with a big
plop at the end. It was hard to
see any of the orange or white fur
on her body due to all the dirt
and mud. She really needed a good
clean bath. Chiasa got into a low
and crouched stance, a useless
defensive maneuver with her size,
being he could easily eat half of her
with a bite if he really tried to.

Jako sighed, hearing her words and spoke to himself,"Heaven....why must they run when I am only trying to do good? I guess things aren't always easy..." He said softly and started running after the voice, using his keen eyes and his nose to smell the familiar scent he had earlier. He had several smells in range of him, but he couldn't quite get the right one. The mud and dirt that she had rolled in, may have kept his nose from picking up the scent easily. He walked around and yelled out,"I know you may think of me as a liar and only wanting you for lunch, but trust me. I do not want to eat you. What will it take to convince you?" He asked out loud to the cub, looking out around him for the cub.

"If you find my mommy I will."
Moving out from where she was, she looked
at Jako carefully. She needed food, and with him
following, what other options did she have? Keeping
a safe distance, Chiasa stared Jako down.

Jako heard the cub and saw the cub come out of the bushes. He sighed and smiled, hearing her request. He nodded, even if he was sure about the fact that if he could find her mother."I will little cub....but you seem hungry....I can take you to a place that can give you food and water to drink..." He told her softly, not moving any closer, fearing that she could run.

Her stomach decieved her, growling the very
moment she finished her statement. She laid
down on the ground, tired.

Jako looked to her and replied,"Your stomach, growls with hunger...." He told her softly, smiling lightly then added,"Me and my friends at the den called Eden will help you find your mother..." He said to her softly and motioned for her to follow."Come on...let's head for Eden...and if you are tired...I can carry you there..." He said to her softly, smiling lightly.

She sneezed, and the dirt blew off her coat
a bit. Tilting her head, she moved over to him
cautiously. Ready to snap back as quickly as
she had to if needed. Crawling over to him,
she heard a snap of the branch nearby. Quickly,
she darted under him, between his legs.
"Is Eden a wolf?"
Nervous, but calmer, Chiasa stood back up. The
small cub was quite clutzy.

Jako smiled and laughed lightly at her cautiousness."No little cub....Eden is a land that is safe from harm, from trouble and threat....for anyone except humans..." He said softly to her, looking down at her, seeing her hide in between his legs."It's what we call our den..."

(( gonk so much reading, quick post before I bury myself into my hw))
Vexen and Diana would be the only ones left in that grassy patch soon. With Joko out rescuing and Lia taking Missy to the lake, then Vale had taken Aella. Vexen noted that Rose had left so all that remained were herself, Diana and Eden. Vexen was not bothered by this. She figured they'd all eventually rendezvous back at the den. "Come on." She muttered. "Lets head back. It's been a long morning and I don't think anyone has had a real meal yet."
Diana stood an trotted behind Vexen. "I agree. but do you know what should be done next?" she asked her leader.
"Honestly Diana....I was thinking of going for a very long run."
Diana cocked her head in curiosity.

"Mommy says that humans are evil, but
what is a human?"
The lack of knowledge in the cub was great, other
than the warnings. It was beginning to seem that
she hadn't been lost, but abandoned. Her tummy
matched her expression at the perfect timing of
pure hunger. She hadn't eaten meat before, she
had been surviving off fruits and leftovers animals
didn't want to eat.
