So Tam sings Kero's song complete with a few more verses that he has added over the years, making everyone laugh. He smiles at the lions and bows with a flourish. "And now we should have the man of the hour, himself, play us a tune. Kero, did you bring yer harp or would ye like to use mine. I know ye weren't planning on doing this."

*Kero goes, and rifles through his packs, pulling out his silver harp*
I believe I shall play...Angels we have seen get high....
**With the pot grown on the plains.....and congrats...looks like SIN won....I blame society**

**sigh... ye know... Jesus was a rabble rowser (sp?)... following the rules can be just as evil and not doing so... I walk a middle road.... yep I do...**
Tam sighs and asks for a different song this time. "Ye always play the same one... be original for a change."

*Kero laughs....and swaps to a tune, though he does not sing the words...a tune known for it's very bawdy hymns...a musical rendition of the Knight and the Milkmaid....*

Tam doubles over in laughter and Fortuny sighs in exasperation. Hope, without thinking, begins to sing along, until a glare from his mate stops him cold.

*Kero then switches to a different song...a song about a saucy priest...who won't wed two lovers, and gets his comeuppance in a muddy field*

*Kero sings a new song....one he had composed...designed to imitate the crackling of fire...he sings of a Salamander who forsook the flames....and took to the water instead....*

**ouch... in more ways than one... turns the water to steam and cools himself down as well...**
Tam nods. "I like the way you worked in the elements, Kero... using them as a form of music in your song... it was a nice touch."

*Kero nods*
Thank you, Sira...but the song isn't over yet...
*Begins to sing again...now swapping from Fire to Water in his sounds...and tells of how the salamander somehow survived his liquid environment...and became a new things...a creature of flesh and blood...the salamanders known throughout the world today...he finishes with a swirl of notes like a waterfall, or a babbling brook...or is it the crackling of coals...*
**Ever notice that...wait til a fire burns down to coals, and then listen to it...Oak fires are best for this....it sounds just like water flowing and laughing on a rock bed**

**so many things are hidden in the coals of a fire... Yosh and I love sitting and watching them at night during the winter... We usually have a fire going pretty much 24/7 then.**
Tam smiles and swaps is harp for a small hand drum and ask Kero to play with him. He suggests the Bard's song, then realizes they need a pipe as well as well. "Hmmm... Hope, do ye remember the lessons I gave ye?" he asks with a grin.
