The girl was stable...but her heart rate was dropping rapidly. Minor healing hands would not be enough to remedy her grievous wound which had now noticeably pierced a lung. The bandaging technique was enough to quell the burns and to some benefit the flames heat aided in cauterizing the freshly made wounds with the help of the coagulation. The removal of the spike led to causing the lung to unfortunately further collapse. Breath. She needed air. She needed oxygen. An oxidizer. Something that would allow her to continue breathing or her blood to circulate and sooner rather than later. Alive but for how long?
The flames were quenched. The air was being smoothed out with fuuton by those assisting. A message would be sent to both the principal and the Arahikage. When they would arrive would be another matter. But then the girl was roused. She blinked wearily. Only to ask broken...weakly..."A...m..I..gun..na...die?" the look in her eyes showed that she wasn't looking at anyone or anything. Enveloped in a daze, ears ringing with shouts of 'get here' , 'take them to the hospital' and 'evacuate the students' all muddled like tinnitus rather than words. Due to the nature of Arashi she couldn't even look up to see clouds. All she would see were blurs. Breathes further labored she could speak no more if questioned. She was tired. Maybe she'd take a nap.
Now the fire was more under control and more people were arriving to help, Yua could stop producing the fluffy snow and do something to be of at least minor help to the people trying the save the Students life. She held her hands in a seal and shifted all the water building up in that room away from the emergency treatment dome and froze it as a foot tall barricade In a ten by ten foot square around it, separating her hands from one another and flicking her wrist to cause the freezing. She had neglected immediately taking action in respect to the smoke as she forgot how quickly smoke inhalation could by harmful to most people, the students whom were/had been evacuating coughing and wheezing being an unfortunate reminder. [Yua should have made slides and sent them out the windows to escape the smoke..... I didn’t consider all my options I just acted on impulse why must i... I..I don’t have time to think about this.. I’ll report my failure later, now I at least try to make things a little easier.] Still this made her feel guilt and a painful fear she had potentially risked these poor children, possibly even the one who was already on deaths doorstep by not thinking. She backed out the door and strode quickly towards the closest window and stuck her head out and pointed an arm at the ground right beside herself, yelling at the couple people directly below her to move lest they get caught in a technique she was going to use to try and assist drawing out the smoke and creating airflow.
The result of Yuas motioning would become quite clear as a strong vortex of frigid winds would begin to for, reaching upwards beside the building and towering fifty feet in height and half as wide. Now Yua had learned a good amount about how fires worked and airflow and the like, so she knew that heavy winds pulling air through parts of the building that were near some of the currently non entirely snuffed out flames might be a bad idea, however this type of Jutsu would generally be more used to entrap people and lacked the power of some stronger forms of wind Jutsu that created cyclonic winds and shouldnt be too much of a problem as long as she created it in a place where she did, it being place a little up from where the fire had hit and damaged but not where people would loiter during such a situation. That made it a good spot to try and draw the heavy and billowing smoke and harmful byproducts contained within, the technique itself would pose no actual risk to the structure as it was wide of the actual damage and lacked actual destructive power which is why she used it.
She felt minor relief that indeed it did redirect a portion of the plumbing smoke out of the opening on that side of the pagoda like structure, the slightly unfortunate Yuki-Onna getting struck by a quantity of the billowing smoke, ducking back inside and low. Not realizing how scorched her outer skin, hair and clothes were, the blackened Yuki-onna saw such issues as trivial as she returned to the classroom with its newly installed operating theatre, walking in but staying a couple of metres from the earthen dome to stay out of the way in case it was removed, looking around and through the walls that were damaged to keep an eye out for the flames and embers trying to make a return to life, which she would promptly deal with if they did just that. Yua took a few seconds to look at the dome where the operation was taking place and internally lament that she didn’t know of any real way to help, wishing she could grant her vital force and it’s abilities to the patient but knowing it was basically impossible without knowing how. She made a pained face at the Dome, not knowing what exactly was going on in there left Yua fearful and anxious with anticipation, causing her to murmur at it P..please don’t die.... Yua sorry she could help more... Reaching out a hand uselessly but withdrawing it as again she couldn’t do anything to help beyond just protect this place from any more fire or the roofs collapsing and damaging the safe space from the outside, Yua being willing to hold the room together with ice if things got to that point, which it didn’t seem it would..still Yua would prefer herself be in the middle of that scenario, if it could mean this girl wouldn’t be riding a fine line between life and death. The Yuki-onna wiped her eyes to deal with a forming tear before unhappily but dutifully keeping her eyes open for returning or spreading flames that needed blanketing under snow.

This twister remains active for two posts per rank applied. Aiyume glared at Seo in annoyance when she said for her not to touch her. Well, no duh. But she said nothing as she let them get to work. Using earth manipulation, she snuffed out the fire inside the dome as she blasts a hole on the roof to let the smoke out. "Is there anyone else in the academy?" She questioned Seo as she heard a bark outside. Tsuta? Tsuta followed Hotaru as Aiyume used the manipulation again and opened up the way for them. There was someone else to, and she smelled... odd. "Alright. Know what." She said as whistled to Tsuta. Focused on her chakra, a boulder appeared on the other side of the wall and she made sure it wasn't huge but big enough to take down this wall. With one swoop, the entire wall was gone as the boulder landed safely at the was the corner of the academy. The dome was still up to catch anything if the roof has collapsed. "Let's get out."

Hotaru would report to the girl as he came into the room and knelt down to the dying girl.
'We don't have techniques powerful enough to heal her. We have to get her into a state where she can be moved without causing further harm.' Seo said to her brother, once again in telepathy. Both twins began working together to make sure this girl wouldn't die as Aiyume was making an exit for the people in the room. The first thing to happen would be Hotaru using a technique to reinflate the girl's collapsed lung. Once the lung had it's functions restored, Seo would place her palms over the lung to make a chakra thread patch up the hole in the lung temporarily so it wouldn't deflate again while they were on the way back to the hospital. Finally, Hotaru would use another technique to get the young girl's blood circulating back to normal again. Hopefully this would be enough to keep her in a stable condition while she was moved. "No, I won't let you die." Seo said to the young girl, the same compassion and softness coming through that she showed earlier. Seo then picked up the young girl and stood up. Once there was an opening, she would use a handseal to shunshin out. 'Meet me at the hospital.' Seo said to her brother as she disappeared in a puff of smoke. "Seo went to the hospital." Hotaru would say to Aiyume before he would run after his sister.

Aiyume was worried about the girl but the twins had that so she was worried about other people. The roar of the flames had subsided and the academy was well... wrecked with snow and dirt. Not to mention a huge hole on the side of the academy thanks to Aiyume. "Is everyone okay?" She checked with the shinobi and even with the weird girl that smelt funny. Parents were pouring in one by one and embracing their children. She saw two parents looking around. And even gave descriptive of a girl that Seo and Hotaru had, she was going to inform them where she was but Hotaru arrived at the right time and passed the information that the girl went to the hospital, "Thanks! I'll be there soon!" She approached the parents and let them know. She approached the weird-smelling girl, "They told me ya helped put out the fire, thanks! You should let da Arashikage know, kay? Bai!" As she then ran to the hospital with Tsuta by her side.

The normally extremely white and light blue clad girl was basically completely blackened by the end of this experience, her clothes were burnt and stained by smoke damage. The result was that despite being totally unharmed, Yua looked a total mess but waved a assuring hand and stated Yua is physically ok! She would say in response to the young genin who was checking on everyone, the one whom had shaped to room and been able to create an extremely effective ventilation in regard to the smoke, the work impressing Yua greatly and alleviating a portion of her worries. Exhaling and empty breathe of the Immortal she looked about, spotting the discarded spike that had been used to impale the poor girl, bending over and picking it up before heading out. Trudging out of the building with no energy in her steps, her head was down and she fended off any advances to attempt to check her out for injuries, giving the assurance that she was quite unharmed. She kept ahold of the spike, making sure to carry it in a manner that would not lead to misconception, pointing tip toward the ground.
It was then that the earth release user approached her, giving her thanks for the assistance and advised that she report into the Arashikage, a concept that she suspected might need to happen, giving confirmation that indeed she should probably do so. Yua only nodded her head fervently in confirmation as the girl rushed of to the hospital, although Yua didn’t actually know that. Apparently the Arashikage had been called for so she decided that if she was going to meet him and report her assistance she might as well do it here, she could turn in the evidence to him to, that is unless another shinobi of authority requested it from her first. She wanted to approach and apologize to some of the students for not properly evacuating them to the best of her abiiities, although she decided against it, being as she didn’t want anyone focusing on the weapon that had been used to harm a fellow student, it might disorient them or their parents so she stood out of the way and began manipulating a bit of water to clean her face and hands of.
~Current Theme Music~:Inversions of Hope A rectangular shape would appear a fair distance away from the academy in its field. Those who were anbu gathered around it knowing full well what it was while others seemed to look at the lines in the air that appeared to be cutting into the very fabric of the world itself with both confusion and curiosity. Then what appeared out of thin air was a white door. The door was opened and with cane in hand did a dapper man step out holding his hand out expectantly for something. That something was a clipboard. Which was promptly and readily provided as if it were rehearsed. One more step forward and the door would close and cave in on itself disappearing as if it never existed. With each step forward were questions asked and answered. "Status report." "The fire has been extinguished lord Arashikage." "Evacuation" "Complete" "Casualties?" "None sir" "Injuries?" "One has been hospitalized with another believed to be on route sir. Both conditions critical. Nine minor receiving treatment." "Names?" "Shouta Sugimori and Iori Meiwa sir" "Families informed?" "Yes sir" "Provide them with financial compensation and inform the hospital waive any medical fees." "On it sir" "Cause of the incident?" "Arson sir." "Suspects?" "One sir. Sugimori stated the individuals name as 'Senran Kaguya' " "Put out an All-Points Bulletin for a Senran Kaguya. Confer with the Kaguya clan house for possible relations." "Yes sir" "Now then. Damages?" "Class 11-A severely damaged. Wall damaged by assisting shinobi due to causation and gravity of situation. West wing hall moderately damaged, possible instability. West wing dormitory structurally stable, however confirmed property damages to personal possessions in some rooms."
The final step and Toso was finally before the building affected in its entirety. Those in his surroundings he paid no mind to in the current thick of things. He merely bent down and appeared to pick up some of the academy rubble. It vanished in a puff of smoke. He then adjusted his glasses and looked at the damaged carbon blackened academy walls. With one hand did he seem to pull something from the others sleeve. Small metal balls. He'd throw them on the ground and they all roll rather reservedly. They would then spring to life and start floating. The squib. Anyone in Arashi would seek these things floating around and casually passing by and wondering what they were. Arashigakure's miniature little helpers and the Arashikage's secret eyes and ears when needed. "Clean the building bloop." the little guys scattered and would proceed into the academy where it would eventually be seen that they had taken up janitorial tools to begin cleaning the ash and stains.
Following this little marvel did the Arashikage remove something from his pen pocket. A familiar case containing what he referred to as the Oct-armaments. The case was opened and they would adopt a celestial like white and golden glow on their ends similar to an ink. The eight brushes would then rise from their case and like sentient creatures akin to a flock of birds or bees start to fly around the outside of the academy starting with Aiyume's hole about three deviated and went inside the building. Like filling in the cracks with spackle what would be happening at a rapid pace would be something to inspire awe. The brushes were 'paining' the academy back. Restoring it as if it were magic right before the eyes. The gaze of the Arashikage remained fixated on the brushes as they proceeded with their act of repairing the facility. Filling it back in like some kind of godlike 3d printer. The look in his eyes however behind his very fancy looking glasses was 'just another day'. As if to say these structural damages were more of an inconvenience than a crisis. An anbu whom hadn't left his side since he began would then hear from him. "Compile a list of the students this negatively affected. I'd also like the names of the shinobi that participated in quelling the fire for proper acknowledgment bloop...also...I could use something to drink should you find the time... it's rather humid I trust your judgement on whatever beverage you bring bloop." The anbu nodded. Relayed information into his earpiece and left the Arashikage to fetch a beverage from the nearby vending machine down the way. Although it seemed he was having difficulty deciding on what to get exactly. As if there was this immense pressure when it came to choosing a drink. After all it was a drink for the leader of your village, what if you gave him something he hated? Yet if you're trying to impress bottled water would be a safe but uneventful choice. A man whom has no trouble deciding life or death struggled with a drink choice. This left the kage unattended however, for the time being.

Single instances of gathering concentrations outside of techniques in this style are doubled capping at the users maximum limit. ○ Order Secret: Redirection {Arcane Knight} The user's tireless training with the Shield as a part of their everyday combat kit has taught them to effortlessly direct the force of an opponent's strike so that any of their added descriptive strength being used when interacting with a shield is nullified. ○ Order Secret: Arcane Wisdom {Arcane Knight} he user has mastered their chakra during combat. Standing out of the way and having at least cleaned her skin and hair from the black smoke that had clung to her, she shoes yet another shinobi who hadn’t yet checked to see if she was injured as every time someone saw the partially charred and blackened clothing, they assumed she had been burned. Suddenly a voice came from before her ”Hey Miss, you wanted the Arashikage Eh?! Well he’s right over there!” A chuunin told her, pointed her toward a dapper man, who stood out quite a bit for a slew of reasons. The gizmos and gadgets they practically spawned from him went about doing shockingly effective and complex work, Yua startled and evasive of the things like an reserved octogenarian to a VR, possibly because the comparison was quite close to accurate. Yua made sure to avoid the squibs, she hated those things, the made her uneasy because they were like little manufactured yokai that weren’t.. eerie little buggers.
Yua approached carefully, making sure to walk right up to him and trying to look as “kept” as her partially destroyed wardrobe and remaining smudges on her skin would allow. Yua hopes she isn’t being a bother but you are the Lord Arashikage, yes? The question was rhetorical, more designed as a polite way to grab the mans attention as Yua lowered her head very low, her hands behind her back as the spike she gripped would make this look less formal. Um so my name is Yua, I was told to report to you by one of the Shinobi who helped with the rescue and evacuation of the classroom with the wounded.....If you’re busy or I should talk to someone else instead I shall She said carefully, not entirely sure if she should actually be trying to talk to the man who gave her and many other Yokai a life, she greatly admired and respected him... she also feared him, much like a large proportion of the yokai, due to their stay being his decision. She trailed off to see if she would even get the time of day, not wanting to disturb him if she should instead be expected to debrief with someone else. Hotaru saw the confusion in Aiyume's eyes as he explained that she was tired and decided to explain a bit further as they were making their way back to the hospital. The man wouldn't really go into full details as it was even complicated for him to explain sometimes. Seo would do a better job at explaining but, the girl was still on the inside, mad at herself and the job that she didn't do. That girl better survive or she was going to be even more upset than before. However, after the short conversation it seemed they were already back at the academy. From what Hotaru could tell, everything was pretty much already under control. It seemed the Arashikage had shown up to see what happened. Hotaru wasn't the type to just approach the man however, so he would wait for Aiyume to approach him if she was inclined to do so.

Toso would speak to the girl with an amicable tone if not still flat as his voice was simply inclined to do. Those who didn't know Toso often believed his speech to be unsympathetic and difficult to read due to its often monotonous nature. Often compared to a enthused history teacher or a tired dad. Not knowing the degree of technology and abilities of this village and its leader always left Yua feeing like this village was the strange and unbelievable concept as opposed to how many had believed the yokai to be. The building which had taken a moderate amount of damage, the type of damage that would probably result in a building like that needing to be rebuilt, no this was more like magic as the buildings damaged was basically re-knit the structure back to its original, undamaged splendour. Her main attention was on the Arashikage, her wide eyed gaze being deactivated by the mans hand patting her on the head, the exact sentiment not fully comprehended but the action made her feel comfortable despite the mans eerie air and abilities. The slightly grinning tendril being the cause of said head pat however somehow didn’t bother her as much as it might others, as some might consider such an appendage as unnerving, Yua might find it different and something to be slightly leery of, a little unexpected but she could accept it due to the mans gaze she saw when her eyes had opened as the hand released.
A smile, a little less meek than her attitude just prior as in no sense of nervousness in said smile and a clear sense of pride and relief that she had done a good job and her work was deemed as contributory. Despite the fact this pleased her greatly she wouldn’t dwell or bask in the feelings, she would have to have to put that feeling to the back of her mind as she gave him a smile and bowed her head to acknowledge his words Yua is glad she could be of use, thank you for your for your words She said after the bow, before her expression went back to a less pleased and more passive expression, her vision tracking where the people the man had straightened and turned to called to, noticing the girl who had protected the students from the flames and got the priority students the help they needed as well as a male shinobi who had been helping with the injured girl to what she had guessed, the medic whom she’d only glimpsed who shared some traits with the man was unseen.
The odd gentleman of a Kages Anbu arrived doing the job a gentlemen would normally have their man(a butler) do... this one however used elite ops to do so, Internally Yua found this hysterical but this wasn’t the time, the yokai knew how to read a room. Yua shrugged indifferently to the idea of a beverage, not minding whatever they gave her with little preference, although she could make water so if it was water she’d certainly give the man a bemused “orly” face. She would wave a hand at the two other genin as they arrived, these two were the ones who deserved the real praise, and the girl who was missing, Yua would thank them as well when she had the minute. Yua then turn her attention back to their boss as he casually ingested some of the beverage supplied by the other shinobi, their lord would then request information from them, this is what Yua was waiting for and she would not be meek! but instead present the spike that the man had already visually noted Yua believes this was the weapon the attacker used and I can’t tell what material it is made of. I would want to give my insight but Yua unfortunately doesn’t know exactly what went on in there because she didn’t take any statements, she can only determine that it was likely premeditated in some sense as there’s little suggesting otherwise.... although I wouldn’t want to try and give any Insight until after hearing what they have to say and if I knew the story of what went on so she can make a semi-informed opinion. She said, not having quizzed anyone as she felt it would not have been her place to prod students for information when their parents were probably recovering. Her overly ringed yellow eyes moved to the other two as she gazed at they as if it indicated they should speak, they would hopefully mention some pertinent information that would be useful and possibly help Yua pitch a theory with the extra information as there was a niggling in the back of her mind that something wasn’t entirely right with what had taken place here, mainly because... even if by only a hairs breadth... no one died... and where some might point out people almost died and were maimed... to Yua, those two facts still didn’t change the fact that no body died.... that said, she still wanted to help find the peel and make them suffer for their transgressions!

Hotaru would say with a nod. "Suppose it was too bad we couldn't have just been born in one body so my mom didn't have to birth both of us." Hotaru looked around the academy, seeing the impressive Arashikage going around and checking on everything. "He may not charge you on the basis that it was to make sure you got to the scene of the fire as fast as possible to limit injuries and casualties. Just say it like that. I'm sure he would be reasonable." Hotaru would say before it was pointed out how dirty the both of them were. Granted Hotaru wasn't quite as dirty since he spent less time in the actual academy than the other's had. "Nah we look great!" The man would say right before they were right in front of the Arashikage and the man asked for a word with them. A word with them? They were just lowly genin, Hotaru was sure he had more important people to talk to. However, he wouldn't question the Arashikage of course. Just a little surprised is all. When asked what he wanted to drink, he'd ask for a water. Seo would pop her head out of Hotaru's back at the request of Hotaru as she should receive recognition for what she did as well. "I'm sorry Arashikage, I'm we're not exactly sure who attacked the academy. However, when we activated our byakugan to check around the area, there was already quite a few people here and the only people in the classroom were the students. However, if you needed, my sister and myself would be able to recognize the chakra materialization of those that were here so you could question them as well." Hotaru would offer as some sort of help in the investigation. "Oh maybe Aiyume and Tsuta would be able to track down the smell of the person as well?"

Aiyume's jaw dropped as he said that Seo absorbed Hotaru. Wait. What?! Oh geez. Aiyume definitely should brush up on her studying about bloodlines because now she was just confused. Aiyume heard Hotaru trying to reassure her as she scratched her cheek. Huh. Maybe. As she brought up how dirty they were, he disagreed as she laughed heartily. Hotaru went ahead and talk as she became quiet and started to think. Then a yelp, from both Aiyume and Tsuta could be heard when Seo poked out. "WHA!" She hollered, surprised as she glanced over at everyone else then she 'ahems' herself as Tsuta nad Aiyume went back to looking... 'normal' as possible. Aiyume smiled towards Hotaru with a nod as Tsuta too, did a nod, "Yea! We can try to track the criminal down. We have been around the students so we might be able to separate the smell and follow it. However, as for why... he would do this, I'm not quite sure. We have a boy that lost his hand and a girl that was impaled before setting the fire. It's as if maybe it's a distraction to a grander scheme? Or he's just an ugly a** jerk that gets off on hurting others." Tsuta started to growl as Aiyume reached over and petted her gently as Tsuta huffed through her snout.

It was unfortunate but thus far the information provided was for lack of a better term 'useless'. The three almost squad looking group potentially proposed they seek out the offender. "Hmmmm." The camera like lenses in the Arashikage's eyes zoomed in and out. As he was relayed the info back on their maximum potential limitations what sensor nin often called an individuals stamina or chakra 'pools/reserves' he'd remove the finger from his chin and shake his head. They were on the spectrum of genin. Competent genin no doubt with the pale girl on the cusp of chunnin level but still a potential risk. Whomever enacted this act of terrorism was clearly confident enough in their abilities that they'd even consider making an entire village their enemy.

After duration ends the emotion that was caused remains, though it is no longer compulsory.

The user's chakra is able to give any small or medium weapons the user has in their inventory the ability to hover freely around them. This technique can be used again to launch weapons at an opponent. Basic combat and bukijutsu techniques gain an additional [2] stat point increase to speed. Furthermore, the user is able to use these weapons to block incoming physical attacks by paying the rank of the technique in chakra to manipulate the weapon.
