Noah's eyes had widened, he was in a wreck, that had made him worry even more, " by the gods, do you need me to call a hit on this b*****d? " Noah had said, his worry was turned to Anger, but it became suppressed, as Blair had asked what he was doing at the hospital, " well, one of our guys decided to shoot up their own crew, so I gotta go visit the lone survivor of the onslaught, look, if you need a ride home, I can give you one, my car is parked in the parking lot, I can even pay your medical bill and repair bill. Blair's eyes widened as he shook his head, "No no, there's no need for that! He's been arrested, I'm sure that's more than enough punishment." he said quickly, not wanting some stranger to get hurt. His eyebrows scrunched together, "Aw jeez really? That's terrible, I hope the guy's okay." he said softly, readjusting himself on his crutches again. He blinked for a moment before nodding his head with a smile, "Yeah a ride home would much appreciated. I can't exactly fly home in my condition. They say I can leave tomorrow, just have to pick up some pain meds." He let out a nervous laugh, rubbing the back of his head, "Oh wow that's awful kind of you to offer, but I couldn't ask you to do that for me."

Dr. Takashita was making his rounds around the hospital. As head doctor he wanted to make sure everyone was doing their job properly and everyone was being taken care of. He'd help where he needed to help. He smiles when he notices most people were being taken care of. However he was starting to get the craving for blood but no one knew about this, his vampirism. So he kept it a secret and only ate at home.
~✰`★ ~ ☄Casey walked into the hospital, he had a small vase of different flowers and a plump star ballon tied to the bouquet. He walked to the main desk. "Is Camil Falkov in?" He asked, setting the small vase on the desk and fiddling with the hem of his sweater as the lady behind the desk checked the computer. A certain nervousness bubbled up inside of him and he was sure it was just backwash from the past few weeks of him panicking for... no real reason? He overthought, let his mind wonder and broke down. But his friend paid for it, he left someone he cared for behind and that's not something he can live down. He had to redeem himself somehow. "Sir, Mr. Falkov is in the room down the hall, please sign your name here before you go in." Casey nodded and scribbled his signature onto the sign in sheet and picked up the vase walking down the hall to the room. He looked back at the woman behind the desk and she shooed him forward, telling him to just walk in. Casey took in a breath and knocked on the door, waited a second and opened it, walking in and closing the door behind him. He pushed up his glasses and walked to the edge of the bed, making sure to say quiet just incase Camil was trying to get some rest. Casy carefully pulled up a chair and set at the side of Camil's bed, setting the flowers and balloon to his side. He nervously cracked his knuckles and scooted a little closer to the edge of Cam's bed, looking over his form, taking the time to take in detail. He sighed and whipered an apology, fiddling with his hands in his lap.☄ ~ ★`✰

It was tiring and it appears Camil had collapsed halfway through the journey when Rigel took him back to the hospital and here he was lying on the bed due to the mild fever he had. The police still came around to question his ‘suicide’ attempt, and they’ve discussed if he should be sent to a rehab centre. But with the evidence that there was no drug abuse in his past, they’ve finally decided to leave him alone. However, just when he thought he could rest, the nurses came in and gave him a full hour lecture before they left him be with his medication and a drip. There he laid upon his bed, tired and exhausted. His vision was still impaired, still affected by the overdose he had a few days back. He wondered if he’d even be able to regain most of his sight at all. That alone worried him. He wondered if Rigel had gotten home safe, if he had proper dinner.
”That idiot.” he shook his head. Camil would unconsciously reach for his ears, his finger gently caressing the area he so painfully ripped his hearing aids out of. The doctors had that tended to and it was best reccomended that he leave anything out of his ear for the time being, at least until it was fully healed. He couldn’t hear anything, he couldn’t see very well and he wondered if there’d come a day when he’d lose everything completely. His sight, his hearing. What would he have left, then? A world of complete darkness, a world so silent he can’t even hear the sound of a pin drop.
However, he can still feel the vibration of movements. When the door to his room closed, he felt it, the soundwaves in the air. Camil pushed himself up the moment he saw someone walk in through the door and he’d squint his eyes to get a clearer view. His vision was dark, foggy and he had trouble seeing who it was. Instead, the scent smelled rather familiar. Familiar than ever. He reached forward, his fingers gently tracing the man’s face. ”Casey? ..is that you?” he asked. He recognized the scent and he was able to make out his chiseled features. They no doubt belonged to Casey. ”I can’t.. see very well i’m sorry.”

~✰`★ ~ ☄Case was to consumed in his thoughts to hear much of what was going on, he didn't snap out of his thoughts until he felt cold fingers on his face. It sent a shiver down his spine that he contained. He looked up from his lap, cheeks turning a light shade a red. The blush brushed over his nose and he could feel the tips of his ears heating up hotter than his face, and he knew Cam could feel the warmth with his fingertips. Casey quickly licked his bottom lip. Casey nodded a little. "Yeah.." He said, taking the time to acknowledge the tingle Camils fingers left as the dragged against his skin. Case cleared his throat and said again, louder so he was sure Camil would hear. "Yeah Cam it's me. I'm sorry I-" Casey stopped himself and thought for a moment about what he wanted to say. He swallowed and started over, trying to make sure not to lose himself. "I, um, I brought you flowers." He said, reaching over and picking up the vase of roses with the star balloon. "And a balloon." He said with a small smile that was audible in his tone. "Its shaped like a star." He got it namely cause it reminded him of one of his first times with Camil, lying out on the sand at the beach while Casey guided him through the night sky. "It reminded me of the night on the beach. I thought you might like it." Casey explained, setting the flowers down at the table beside his bed.
Casey let his eyes skim over Camil. He looked... overall tired and his ears were red. Case wondered what happened, he was pretty sure he wasn't still in here for the overdose but he was smart enough to not bring that up. "How are you doing?.." He asked, feeling a little guilty about it. He shouldn't have left. He should have stayed updated with Camil's recovery. He should have been there.☄ ~ ★`✰

It was only until he felt a nod upon his fingertips that he’d finally allow a smile to curve his lips. Casey. Though when he seemed to realize their distance, he’d quickly withdraw his hands from the man’s cheeks that felt strangely warm. Why was that? Camil would assume Casey was blushing but he supposed it was because he didn’t have his gloves on as usual. Because it was the first time he touched someone without his gloves. The first time he felt someone’s warmth upon his raw fingertips. Even though he couldn’t hear, he could still catch glimpses of the movements of his lips, and that was enough for him to read what Casey was trying to say. There was something he didn’t quite get, though. ”Why.. are you apologizing?” he asked, confusion showing upon his features. There was no reason for him to apologize, is there? ”Don’t apologize. You didn’t do anything..?” he responded in attempt to reassure the worried male.
When Casey spoke of flowers, it was then, his gaze moved towards the small bouquet he held within his hands, along with the small string that led to a helium balloon. A star shaped helium balloon. Camil laughed, though he fell silent quickly after. It was a little embarrassing, bursting out in laughter all of a sudden, and with that, he’d duck his head and turn away. ”..t-thank you..” he murmured, his fingers gently caressing the flower petals. Camil had always been told he had the look of a woman. In other words, he looked feminine, which was why he tried to became just a little more built than before but even so, he couldn’t get rid of his feminine aspects. Perhaps it was more so his quiet nature than his appearance.
”It reminds me of that night at the beach-..” ”It reminded me of the night on the beach. I thought you might like it.”
It was then, Camil fell silent once more. The beach. Yes. He stuttered in attempt to speak again but it seems his voice had gotten caught within his throat. Camil was happy to receive such a gift though. He was the first person aside from the musical audience that gave him a bouquet of flowers. It was a fairly heartwarming feeling. ”I like it. Thank you, Casey.” he lowered his head in a bashful manner, feeling the warmth starting to spread within the confinements of his chest. Then, came the question that struck him. How was he doing? ”I-I’m fine-..! Rigel snuck me out of the hospital this morning. Apparently he signed me up for a paintball event. The doctor said I have a bruise on my cheek. Look.” he tilted his head to the side, caressing the spot upon his cheek that hurts just slightly more than the other. ”It was really fun-.. Really fun.. It’s the first time I’ve had this much fun..” he answered, twiddling his fingers in the process. It was the kind of fun he hasn’t had in forever, the fun that had his adrenaline rushing, his heart pumping. It made him feel.. normal. ”It would have been nice if you were there, too..” he added, unaware that he had spoken his thoughts aloud.
Priya walked into the hospital, her hands in her doctor's coat pocket. She winced slightly at the bruises she attained from the paintball fiasco, but otherwise was all was well. She grabbed her charts and began her rounds around the hospital.

~✰`★ ~ ☄Camil took his hand off his cheek and Casey watched as the hand left his face and settled on the bed next to Camil. He was both relieved and displeased at the same time. He felt needy and he a wanted to be touched, not even in a sexual way. He was lonely and going out of style.
Camil asked him why he was sorry and Casey cocked his head to the side a little. "I dissapeared. Be for a short time sure but you weren't well and I wasn't there for you... I should have been there for you you know." Casey explained, fiddling with his wrist watch.
Casey felt his lips tug into a smile at the sound of Camil's laugh. It was cute, and it made him happy that the presentation of flowers made Camil happy, but his laugh was cut short and Casey's smile faltered a bit. He looked over Camil's features. They were... soft. He was nice to look at. He had such a nice set of looks, it was very androgynous. Casey watched as Camil reached over and caress the petal, a small spike of something like jealousy bubbled at the bottom of Casey's spine, he pushed it down as far as it would go. Seeing Camil rub a petal between his thumb and index finger with the soft lights of the hospital made Casey want to write, or maybe paint, or probably both. Casey parted his lips and spoke of the purpose behind the balloon and Camil spoke words the same as his, it made Casey feel warm, his smile grew more causing crows feet to appear next to his eyes and dimples dip into his cheeks. "There's no need to thank me really!" Casey said, a new warmth audible in his voice.
Casey listened to Cam talk of his friend and paintball event. It made Casey feel like a hermit crab because he had no idea that there was even a paintball event going on! Case grabbed the bottom of his chair and scooted until his knees were touching the bed. He placed his elbows on the mattress for support and looked over Camil's bruse, a small frown tugging on his features.
”It was really fun-.. Really fun.. It’s the first time I’ve had this much fun..”
Casey rested his chin in his hand, ugly jealousy washing over him again. It made him mad, at himself of course. He had no right to feel this way, he had just meet the guy come on, he really had to get his act together. though as ugly and annoyed he felt all of that washed away completely as the next sentence Camil spoke registered. Case, just about forgetting his moment of irritation, smiled and gave Camil a soft look. "I would have loved to be there... I'm sorry I missed it." He said, humming a little to himself. "Ill be sure to make it up to you someday... someday soon hopefully." He signed, looking at Camil with a soft expression.
"Oh!" He exclaimed, leaning back in his seat and pulling his phone out of his pocket. "I've found this song that made me think of you. It's from one of my favorite artist." He explained, opening the downloaded files. "I didn't know if you'd be able to hear it or not so I downloaded a version that plays a video of the music sheets and lyrics along with the music." He said Opening the app and handing Cam the phone as the Chet started to sing and the first few keys of the piano was heard."I wanted your opinion, curtique my music taste, if you will." He signed before crossing his arms and resting his head on the small empty area of the bed next to Camil's legs, quietly humming along to the tune of the song.☄ ~ ★`✰

Because he disappeared? Camil simply stared at his companion, his face still filled with confusion. Sure, he had wondered where Casey went off to but they both have lives of their own, and Camil wouldn’t expect him to stick around all the time. He wasn’t obligated to do so. It wasn’t anything worth apologizing for, though the thought felt a little heartwarming. He had little experience of being showered with kindness by a person he just met a few weeks back and he felt a little at loss for words. ”I-It’s okay, Casey, you don’t have to apologize, honestly.” he stuttered as he attempted to get his message across, to make him feel a little less horrible over the whole situation. He came today, with flowers and balloons and that was enough for Camil. His presence was enough. ”You’ve done more than enough, Casey. If it weren’t for you I would have-..” he quieted down, fearing the worst that could have happened if Casey hadn’t been there, if he hadn’t found him in time. Would he have died so easily? He shuddered and quickly shook his head, unwilling to think of it any further. What’s passed is past. ”Rigel has been dropping by the past few days. He said he wanted to meet ‘his brother’s saviour’- something like that..” and he’d chuckle, lifting the bouquet of flowers in his hand. The fragrance smelled amazing, and he could only wonder what colour it was in, what type of flower it was, but he couldn’t see properly and he never saw colours at all. It was saddening in some way, not being able to fully appreciate its beauty.
Casey seemed cheery, and Camil could only assume he was delighted that he enjoyed the bouquet of flowers. In all honestly, he felt a little flustered, a little shy over receiving gifts. Camil wasn’t exactly a person who’d socialize and if anything, he was often passed off as someone cold and distant. He simply didn’t like the look in people’s eyes when they gave up trying to explain things to him and he understood just how much less painful things were when he kept his distance from people. He didn’t need social interaction. He was fine on his own, until he came to Soleil and encountered these bunch of people. It was only then he realized how much he missed out, how much fun it was speaking to others. He was thankful towards the people he encountered, thankful to Casey who stuck around for so long despite how troublesome he had been. Camil smiled, taking notice of the frown upon Casey’s features when he noticed the bruised cheek. It wasn’t anyone’s fault though, he simply didn’t wear his safety gears. The helmet reeked of sweat and it was too unbearable for him. ”I met a lot of people today- they were really nice. This guy- I forgot his name-.. He helped me get through the event- I think that’s what having a body guard feels like?” he chuckled. He hasn’t been able to tell stories in quiet a while, and he hasn’t been able to contact his friends in London due to how busy they were with work and according to his brother, it seems that Sage is around town. Camil made sure to pay a visit to his childhood friend soon.
When Casey spoke up once more, the musician’s face immediately flushed red, unaware that he had spoken his thoughts out loud. He’d quickly turn away, hiding his face beneath his ombre locks. ”I-I-I didn’t m-mean to say that out l-loud!” he stuttered, laying down and pulling the blanket up and over his head but as time passed, he’d slowly peek out from underneath, and he’d catch the soft expression on his companion’s voice, along with the message he spoke in sign language. Camil’s eyes glistened with excitement almost immediately and he’d nod his head, though he’d still feel embarrassed over the whole slip of the mouth. ”That’d be nice. I’ll be looking forward to it then.” the man signed in return, a warm smile plastered upon his features.
When Casey spoke of a song, the dragonkin found himself rather interested. His eyes would light up at the mention of the music sheet, and he’d be moved by Casey’s genuine attempt to share the music with him. ”I have profound hearing, so I hear little to nothing at all.. but I can recognise the notes based off the vibration they create-” he paused, ”..and I tore my hearing aids out earlier today so-.. so I can’t wear them until my ears are fully healed..” he frowned. It made him feel less normal, less like a human being and he hated that. He came to terms with his disability but he hated every aspect of how he couldn’t hear, how he couldn’t see colours. He didn’t like the look of pity in other people’s eyes, but when Casey entered the musician’s field of vision once more and rested his head just a short distance away from his, Camil felt a wave of calmness wash over him, and his frustrations ceased to have existed at all. He listened when the song played, and he’d pay attention to the music sheet and the lyrics that followed after. Camil fell in love with it almost immediately. He’d remain silent, at least until the song ended. ”It’s an old classic love song, isn’t it? The melody’s slow, unlike the music nowadays.. I like it.. I like it a lot.” he chuckled and he’d give the lyrics a couple of thoughts. Love? What does that feel like?
”Hey, Casey?” he paused, ”Have you ever been in love before?”

~✰`★ ~ ☄Casey was surprised. He didn't feel like it was okay and he felt like he should apologize. He didn't even leave a note or tell anyone he just left! that wasn't cool. But... He got bad.. He had nothing to say, so he said nothing and just looked at Camil, surprise present on his face but not overtaking. Camil talked about his brother and Casey laughed a little. "I'd love for you to introduce us if that would be alright." Casey said, giving Camil a soft smile. And he must admit, camil holding a bundle of flowers, golden star balloon bouncing with every movement, was quite the sight.
Casey listened to Camil's little story with interest He was glad Camil had had fun "You've never ha a bodyguard before? I thought you would of at least once you know?" Casey said, tilting his head a little. It made sense to Case, if Camil played for a bunch of people doesn't it make sense to put his safety into consideration.
Casey couldn't help the smile that went onto his face when Camil's face bloomed red and he pulled the covers over his face. It was cute and Case could feel the tips of his ears burning. Gosh Camil was so cute. "I'm glad you did though." Casey said in a somewhat teasing voice. Camil poked his head out of the white blanket, eyes sparkling and a smile plastered onto his face, Case couldn't help but to smile back.
Casey frowned a little upon noticing the other man frown. "I wish you had told me earlier, I hope you haven't been struggling to hear me speak." Casey said, signing along with what he said so Camil had two ways of"hearing" him. The song started to place and Case laid his head down on the bed, eyes closed and long lashes shadowing on his cheek bones. His glasses were awkwardly pushed to the side and standing off his face a bit. He softly hummed along to the song as it played and Camil stayed silent. The song came to an end and Camil spoke. Case opened his eyes and took off his glasses setting them aside so he could keep his head down. "Yeah its an old song. Chet is one of my favorites though." Casey said. "All of his songs are kind of like that. Slow I mean. I really like it." Casey explained, that was kind of Chets signatures, slow in the beginning no matter what. slow and soft and lovely. "I'm glad you liked it." Casey said, shooting Camil a smile.
The next question Camil asked took Case by surprise. Has he ever loved before? He closed his eyes again and thought for a moment. Memories came flooding back to him of Dionicio. He remembered long walked at cold shorelines and warm hands. He remembered fireplaces and hand made blankets. He remembered kisses that were warm in many ways. He remembered eyes that spoke words they'd never learn. He remembered soft hair and skin, gentle touched and sweet nothings. He remembered drunk late night drives. He remembers dying... A mix of pain and longing and anger pinched at him and gave him goosebumps and he could feel Pedri stir within his mind. He opened his eyes, a blush smeared across his face and his eyes shining with emotions, to many to read.
"Yes" He answered almost breathlessly, signing along with his sentences.. "I've loved.. A person. A long time ago." He felt if he said more his emotions would take over, he didn't want that. "I love the night sky, I love space.." he paused and thought about it for a moment. "I'm pretty sure those count." He said, setting his hand down after he finished signing and thinking for a moment. "What about you Cam?"☄ ~ ★`✰

Introduce them? Camil doubted anyone would last ten solid minutes around Rigel but he supposed it wouldn't hurt. His sibling seemed pretty excited when Camil spoke of Casey. It would be nice, showing Rigel the new friend he made when he first came to Soleil. The musician nodded, a smile tugging upon the corners of his lips. Casey seemed surprised when he claimed to not have a bodyguard of his own. He did. Just not the type who was up close and personal. Camil never really liked bodily contact, after all.
"I do have bodyguards, but they keep a distance from me since all they do is keep people at bay." he answered, though it seems to be a different case when he was headed towards the car, though. There was so much shoulder grabbing from the guards when they tried to shield him and by the time he reached the car, his face was already beet red while his heartbeat would hammer all over the place. "I just.. don't like skin contact, that's all.." he answered but when it came to Casey, it was a little different. He didn't mind as much. In fact, he didn't mind at all. Perhaps he had grown accustomed to him? To the other few in the city as well?
"I'm glad you did though." why would he ever? Camil felt his cheeks burning, but this time around, he made no attempt to hide his face like he did just moments earlier. His gaze was downcast, his lips pursed as he held the bouquet of flowers close to him, liking the flowery fragrance that filled the atmosphere. "Y-You're saying embarrassing t-things again.." he stated. It seemed like a habit of Casey's, speaking so straightforwardly, speaking so.. absentmindedly. The musician could only shift his gaze away, however, when Casey frowned, Camil started to panic. Had he upset him? "O-Oh.." tell him? So he could hear better? The man lifted a hand to stifle his laughter, and he'd feel quite delighted over hearing such an answer. Touched, to be precise. Not a lot of people put in the effort to speak to him. Not many have the patience Casey had and those simple words alone meant a lot to him. "Even if I have my hearing aids, all I hear are muffled whispers, that's all.. I've been lip reading all along, so it's fine either way." he stated truthfully, liking how he used sign language to speak this time around. Camil has only been able to hear through lip reading alone and sign language.
When Casey would lie upon the hospital bed, Camil would chuckle ever so slightly at the sight of his glasses, at the sight of his long lashes. He seemed so.. angelic. Camil couldn't resist the urge, and he'd reach forth to remove the glasses and cast a gentle touch upon his soft eyelids. "Long lashes.." he murmured though he quickly pulled his hand back shortly after. What was he doing? His face felt warm, so did his ears, and he could feel the strong hammering of his heart against his chest. He heaved a soft sigh, wondering just what had gotten into him. Perhaps it was because he's made a new friend, a new.. person to interact with. Yes. That must be it, he assured. When the song ended, Casey would speak, and Camil would once again be forced to notice the distance between their faces. "I-I see-.. I bet he has a nice voice.." countered the male almost immediately out of sheer nervousness, but when Casey mentioned his songs being slow, Camil would smile. He always loved songs with a slow tempo. That's why most of his arrangements were in such a way, too. "I like slow melodies. You can enjoy every single bit of it, let each and every note resonate in your ears. It's.. pleasant." he chuckled. Don't get him wrong. He has composed a few fast paced songs but by the end of the day, slow tempo has always been his kind of thing.
Casey seemed surprised at Camil's next set of questions and when he'd fall silent and close his eyes, the young man felt a pang of guilt bubbling within his chest. Had he upset him in some way? Was it taboo to mention past lovers? "S-sorry.. I didn't mean to.." he reached forth and gave Casey a small nudge with his fingers, but when his eyes opened shortly after, Camil found himself surprised. Surprised over how it was possible for someone's eyes to hold so much emotions, such mixed emotions. "I've loved.. A person. A long time ago." Love? What did that feel like? Camil would withdraw his hands, and his shoulders would relax ever so slightly, allowing his head to sink into the soft pillows of the hospital bed. When his companion would mention the sky and space, Camil would laugh and he'd offer a nod. That counted, too. Camil had fallen in love with music, after all but as for.. people.. His smile froze, and his expression soon turned melancholic as he shook his head. "I have been in relationships- but-.. No.. I've never loved before. I've only ever been used by people to show off to their friends.. I guess? I don't even understand why.." Many used him for the looks he possessed. He was always an object people showed off to their friends. Camil couldn't understand. He didn't understand that he had a fine set of appearance to begin with. He didn't know his appearance was the type to be considered.. 'good looking'. He didn't know what to do back then, and all he could say was 'yes' to people who asked to date him. First kisses and all that? Sure, but he felt.. disgusted. "I.. don't know what love feels like- they say it's something that gives you butterflies in your stomach.. it makes your heart race but.. I don't- I don't feel any of it."
He returned his gaze towards Casey, his eyes full of determination as he spoke the next part. "However.. I've fallen in love with music.. if that counts. I'm terribly in love with music and I don't think it's something I can ever live without."

~✰`★ ~ ☄Casey nodded along as Camil explained to him what he has had securitygaurds Before but he just want all to big on touching. It made Casey feel a little bad, hes touched Camil a lot for having just meet the guy. Cause Casey's needy and compulsive and gets crushes to fast. Did he have a crush on Camil? Case thought about it for a bit. Maybe, it was super possible but he didn't want to think about, he didn't want to let it take over.
Case chuckled a little. "I'm not saying embarrassing things you just get embarrassed easily." He said, giving Cam a soft boop on the nose making sure to make a quiet and bring his hand back. Again, compulsive. Camil explained that he still has a hard time hearing with hearing aids in so lip reading was fine. casey frowned a little. "I want to make talking with you easy for you, y'know. So ill do both. Its not hard or anything." He said and signed, giving Cam a soft smile.
Casey was resting on the bed, eyes closed and he could feel Cam remove his glasses. He didn't think much of it. He knew they were askew on his face. But when he felt the warmth of another's fingers on his eyelid he froze a bit. He became a bit confused, Cam had just said he wasn't big on skin contact but.. Maybe Case was an exception? He didn't want to think about it. Camil made a comment on Casey's lashes and Case cringed a little on the inside. Long lashes were a result of his female assigned sex. IT wasn't that bad of a thing, most people said they were pretty but still it sat funny with him. This felt different this made him feel happy? He wasn't sure why, couldn't put a finger on it. When Casey opened his eyes and noticed the new color blooming on Cam's face he decided not to bring up. "Chet had a really interesting voice. He had this broken, fragile singing style. He was by no means a particularly good singer, but it still sounded good. He wasn’t technically amazing and I really like that idea that you can have flaws in your voice, yet it can still convey a message well… if not even better because it’s flawed and humans are flawed." Casey signed away, both for Camil's convenience and because he felt it better conveyed his message.
Camil chuckled about Casey's comments on space and that made Case smile. Casey watched Cam's expression freeze and his smile turn into one just short of depression. Casey listened to what Camil had to say and felt a type of Anger boiling in his blood. "That's horrible!" He exclaimed. "How do you even show of a person, you're not someones property, you're not an object." Casey said, falling silent to listen to the rest of what Camil had to say.
Casey could feel his ears burn. Because he had an urge. An urge to give Camil that experience. He wanted to give Camil butterflies, wanted to make the boys heart race. Wanted to shower Cam with the love and affection he deserved. He knew his voice would fall silent so he tried to see if he could find the words to form with his fingers but before he could begin to sign, before he could tell Camil this, Camil spoke and Casey pushed this knew feeling to the side and watched Camil speak, his voice as determined as his eyes. Casey chuckled a little and sat up to take his phone back opening an hour long Chet Baker play list and setting the phone onto Camil's stomach."I'm glad you've found something that makes you feel this way." Casey sign, resting his head back into his crossed arms on the bed and looking at Camil. "I want to hear you play one day, anything. I want to hear the love you have for music expressed in every note." Casey said, moving his hand out from his elbow and signing along with his sentence. "Ill make you something for it, food or whatever." He flashed Camil a smile, eyes soft with a little something more than happiness.☄ ~ ★`✰

He just gets embarrassed easily? That might just be the case but Casey still spoke of embarrassing things nonetheless. Who speaks in such a straightforward manner? He huffed and puffed, but then again, he was just about the same. The sudden boop upon his nose surprised Camil, and he'd find himself heating up once more. "No.. you do say embarrassing things.." countered the man almost immediately. But it wasn't an unpleasant feeling. Camil liked people who get their point straight across. When Casey wanted to make the conversation a little more easier for Camil, he found himself at loss for words, unable to speak any longer. His lips were slightly parted, his eyes wide open in surprise. For him? His expression softened noticeably, and he'd simply gaze at Casey quietly, his eyes soft and tender. That was really sweet, really nice of him. There were hardly anyone who'd go to such an extent for him and to encounter another person like that, it made Camil feel warm at heart. "..you're very sweet.. you're a very sweet person, Casey.." he answered, his cheeks still pink with colour. He felt so touched, so.. delighted. He felt so cared for and that was a feeling he hasn't felt in a very long time from a stranger, a friend. "You're treasure, Casey. Anyone would be lucky to have you as their friend." Camil smiled, reaching forth and giving his hand a soft squeeze before he withdrew it once more. Casey's nice. He's an angel.
Flawed. Humans are flawed. Camil lowered his gaze, finding that statement a little.. sensitive for him. He's flawed, terribly flawed. He's deaf.. he's colour blind, and if overdose were to take its toll upon his body, he might as well turn blind altogether. He can't afford to lose his eye sight. His eyes were all he had left, all he had left of his world and he wasn't just about to lose that. "I hope I can hear his voice.. his voice feels.. deep." he answered, simply assuming from the vibration that resonated within his ears. "I don't think anyone has to be a good singer to sing.. as long as their emotions show through, as long as people got the message.. I think that's more than enough." he answered truthfully, knowing there were many who were self conscious of their voice, many who gave up opportunities simply because they were told, "they couldn't sing". No one believed in Camil at first, he was deaf, he couldn't hear but he tried hard. Music was his love, and it was something he could not give up. He simply.. couldn't.
He closed his eyes, yet he felt something change in the atmosphere. It felt.. tense. He opened his eyes, only to jolt in surprise when Casey appeared angry. Had he said something wrong? Had he done something to anger him? Camil would back away, his expression showing signs of panic though when he'd finally understand why, he'd end up laughing. "Thank you.." he answered, but giving it some thought, he'd understand what it really meant to them back then. He supposed he could understand why they had done so. "I don't feel angry at all.. it's just.. I think they want to fit in? Or something like that?" he wondered. Peer pressure, perhaps. But there were some who had feelings for him, but in the end, things were still the same. "I was told I had been cold? I didn't mean to, really.. I just- I don't know.. I don't understand things like that-" but even though there weren't any feelings involved, when they left him, he could feel the small pang of hurt, the small painful ache within his chest but gradually, he got used to it.
He lifted Casey's phone, and he'd notice from the screen that it reads "Chet Baker", Camil chuckled, allowing the soft vibrations to echo into his ears once more. He was glad he found something to love, something worth his time. He felt sad when he first learned he wasn't normal, and it was always the help of music that cured his sadness. The musical notes spoke his emotions. It felt like a part of him, something that flows in his blood. He'd sit up and turn to the other side of his bed, lifting his violin case from underneath. He was used to playing the piano, mostly, but since he can't play it here, he might as well have his brother bring his violin instead. "I have my violin with me, and honestly, I've been dying to play it though I'm not sure if I'm allowed to.." he chuckled, parting open the lid to its case, revealing an old violin that's very well taken care of. "The Mary Portman. It's made in 1735. I had several people win it over for me in the auction. Many people were fighting over it, after all." and alas, it fell into his possession with a whooping ten million dollars worth. It was worth it, no matter what people said. A wooden instrument was worth much more to him than anyone could ever imagine. "It was once owned by Fritz Kreisler and Mary Portman, can you believe it?" he spoke with excitement, his golden orbs glistening with sheer pleasure and delight.
When Casey would speak, Camil could only shake his head. There was no need to make him anything in return. "There's no need. Not a single price could be hung over music. It is absolutely priceless. It is.. something everyone could have, something everyone could possess." he chuckle, gently resting his chin upon his little violin. "I would play for anyone as long as they ask. You're no exception, Casey." he chuckled, and lifted his bow. He fell silent, and he'd close his eyes. With a single stroke, its melody played, one of the songs he had rearranged. Chaconne, it's called. He liked how the vibration felt upon his fingers, how the melody would resonate, how it would just become one with his being. He was alone, in his little world, in a world where it was only him and his violin. No one else, not a single soul left. He could play to his heart's extent.
His movements were graceful, and when he pulled his last stroke, his eyelids would flutter open, revealing the golden orbs that held all sorts of tenderness within them, and he wouldn't notice how his smile was ever so present, even when he was playing. He'd gently set his violin down upon his lap, and he'd chuckle. It felt good. It felt better than ever. It was something he hasn't felt in ages, the beauty of melody. "Chaconne. I rearranged it back in two thousand fourteen. It was one of my proudest performance." he answered, and he'd look over towards Casey with eyes that would glisten with anticipation. Did he enjoy it? Did he like it? Did he make any mistakes? "Is it.. alright?"
