Dark watched, but quickly shot his own spell at Vaati without anyone noticing. Vaati now stood as a human, but with the ears and tail of a cat. Dark tugged on his own new ears as well. "Opal, why'd you wish for that?"
"She didn't wish for it!" Vaati shouted.

"I don't know about you, but I like our new look." Dark said innocently. Vaati's ear flew back.
"So YOU did this! What are Arious and Darious going to think?" Vaati grabbed the Shadow's collar, prepared to throw him out into the sunlight.
"They're going to think I'm freaking adorable." Dark answered with a sly smile.
