8/10, neat how you mixed things together. Looking closely they wouldn't seem like the things the you put together, but they work really well.
suggestion: Maybe a darker background so you can see the difference of the white hair and etc with the contrast of the clothing.

6/10 Oh cool a passing grade, I myself didn't even know where I was going. For some reason I can't seem to figure out what to make my avatar. But I always end up with a tank and pair of jeans with any accessory I can grab. 10/10 Awesome, I don't think I have an ability to coordinate things like you have.

@ raters: Back at this after a little time away from gaia, tryin my hand at a cosplay while i build the times for my new avi! Steampunk was fun but now for something better! so here's my placeholder cosplay!

 I'm going with a 7/10
You've got a really good base started.
I love the hair, pin, earmuffs and doves with the banner. Blue, red, gold and white is a great combo.
But maybe stray away from a pink shirt to help with coloring? Maybe more of a red perhaps?
And possibly shoes that aren't so dark?
Idk but I think you have got a great base to work with!!
