No enclosed stairs.
In fact, you climb them using a metal ladder attached to the tower.
The ladder is windshielded and there are ropes in case you fall off...
The towers themselves are pretty slim with a platform on top, a bit like the windmills used to generate electricity...I avoid these things razz
Kayaking...done that...it was expensive and not all that good...must've been because of the artificial nature of the artificial river used for it...
No natural rivers/streams in my "vicinity"...
