I think, at one point, I used it to store my passwords using a form of shorthand. But yeah. I'm like Tsuj in that my notebooks generally contain everything that I would even consider writing down.
@Sanzie: I think it's sort of making sense, but only because I grew up Catholic too.
Hrmmm... I can't tell if King of the Hill is some form of genius or plain ignorant. I have a feeling it's leaning toward the former...

Hullo all.
I need a pick-me-up. (And money, but let's worry about one thing at a time, shall we?)
Oh yes and how is everyone tonight?

Anything you can offer. My self-esteem has taken a nose-dive in a matter of hours and I don't want to call my boyfriend or tell him to haul his a** onto Yahoo so I can whine to him >.< I feel that I already do that too much anyway (and I don't want to bring him down or anything...)
So yeah. >.> >.<

Well... you could join in the nonsense and fun here. We were having a sex-and-notebook-and-small-Cleanse discussion earlier (some still ongoing I think?).
Lazzie, I'm having the same reaction as Tsuj. The engraved ones are very pricey, like about quadruple the amount for just the normal notebook.

I am too, Tsuj; I love aesthetically pleasing things very much, and Moleskines (and, by relation, those engraved notebooks) are very pleasing. The only thing that makes me not really want them is if I wanted something personalised like that I'd find a way to get my own kind of personalisation on it -- not someone else's art. Still, I'd probably buy one anyways at some future point to support artists who do make them.
The artists... they get something for this, right? *hopes*

Yay for sex-and-notebook-and-Cleanse talks? (Hm...the minute I said that, that 'Sex and Candy' song started playing in my head >.>)
And it's cuz my parents were getting on my a** about scholarship s**t (I was supposed to have finished them months ago, but I suck so yeah). And I realized my GPA's too low for a lot of them >.< And I'm severely kicking myself, cuz I KNOW I could've done better in my classes but I was too lazy and s**t (I'm sorry but for once, I wanted to know what it felt like to not freak out on a daily basis cuz I don't have an A. I wanted to know what it felt like to not HAVE to get perfect grades. And it felt good. But now it screwed me over >.< I screwed me over D= )

What scholarships are you looking at? There are other scholarships out there that don't take into account GPA, though a lot of them need extracurricular examples/services and essays or other things (one scholarship I wanted to apply for required four photographs taken by the applicant showing who they are -- it was for some art and technology college in California). In any case, I wouldn't make a big deal out of it yet, though I would put some hustle. How does federal financial aid look like so far?
Also, random question. My friend is a fan of whiskey -- more specifically, scotch. I don't want to just get him a bottle of Jack Daniels or Jameson (since those are the safe choices). I need a recommendation of a good whiskey (preferably scotch) that's not the same safe choice everybody gets.
