Tam smiles knowingly at her. "Fine by me... It's your itching skin not mine. But if your mother says you bathe, princess... you know you will have to. I've got some scented oils I can pour in the tub to make you smell nice if you want. Think about it, ok?"

Tam looks at her and sighs. "And you eat with that mouth. Princess, I'm ashamed of you." And he walks out of the room without another word, showing her he disapproves of her language with every move he makes.

*Salunia sighs...and then Kero steps into the room...a chorus of chirps and whistles is heard, and when Tam comes in again, he finds Salunia gently crying, Kero holding her close...though there is no sign of a struggle*

Tam raises an eye brow, then nods. "I'm going to go sit in the garden. It's dark now and with the walls we have fencing it in no one will see me. Why don't ye join me later, once Salunia heads up to bed." He grabs up his rosewood harp and heads for the garden, knowing that Kero would know what to do.

"Ye sing her to sleep?" he says strumming lightly on the harp, letting his fingers find their own melody.

"I do hope ye weren't too hard on her. I always tried to reason with you first, remember?" laughs Tam gently. "Kero, do you like it here?" he asks suddenly.

*Kero looks at him*
What do you mean, too hard on her...I tried to reason with her, she cursed, and I simply returned fire. And I love it here, sira...we've lived here for nine years now, you know...

"I know, dulcha... I know. It's just that unless Hope comes by or like now we have a rare visit from Salunia and her mother... there is no one else here like you. Doesn't it bother you?" says Tam quietly putting his harp aside and running his fingers through Kero's fur.
