I'd go with finding some lighter blue shoes to match your outfit and some black stockings to match your co co and your hair...
Overall I think it's cute..

I like everything except for the face area and hair. The scarf is nice but I don't like how it covers most of your face. On top of that, you have red sunglasses. I think maybe a Zorro mask would be better?

 I shall burn a true vision of horror into that empty head of yours! Very interesting and creative, I love the combo of the horns and the squid thing XD The only thing that bothers me is the orly. It kinda makes the avatar a little off to me...

I like the colour matching, but everything feels one sided. I fear everything to the left will cause your avie to fall over gonk
