[[ Oh, no, Alex, it's fine! Perfectly fine. *nodnod* ]]

Iyla, after watching the foreign process, turned her head to him, her chin still held in her hands. The smells that were wafting all around her were far too tantalizing not to pay attention to, but she managed to grasp what he was saying, smiling once more. "Oh, nothing," she said teasingly, playfully poking him in the ribs before she began to idly pace again. "We could talk, walk, sit in the grass and watch it grow... you know, the usual. In my opinion, today should be spent bonding, if anything. Maybe that's a bit unusual, but really, I'd like to know you before I live with you for however long, or before I get comfortable and revert to antisocial again."

This little speech said a lot more than she intended, but that fact didn't really bother her. She had warmed up to him rather quickly, but so far was enjoying it, and if things went well enough, it was possible she wouldn't close up on him. Then again, that always happened, regardless of how well she had liked the person beforehand. Of course, she had already taken plenty liking to him, and had tolerated and accepted him for this long now. It hadn't been a long time, but they'd been in enough little first-encounter-oriented situations to test each other. Her eyes, as well as lips, were smiling, the warm kitchen and tall man creating a seeming perfection for that time.

Doran rolled his eyes and walked over to Gunther, cuffing him lightly on the head. "Hey! I'm over here! Okay, first off, I'd like to point out for one reason or another, you don't want me leaving. Now I can't help but be curious about that. Secondly, you don't even know your brother, so maybe, even subconciously, you want to know him..? Come on, you're not that dense."

The foxboy growled softly, his tail flicking in agitation. "I swear, humans are so difficult!"

"Oh, and foxboys aren't?" Gunther stared directly into Doran's eyes, standing up and towering at his full height. "You listen to me, and you listen well. My father is a complete and utter d**k. If he finds out that you're my so-called 'slave' and that you were trying to see my brother? He'll hurt you. And then he'll come complain to me. Maybe even cuff me once or twice. The point is, it's dangerous for you to go. And it's true that I don't WANT you to go, but you're your own person, remember? You can do whatever the hell you want." Gunther then shrunk down, sitting back on the bed. "Whatever the hell you want..."

Doran stared back, trying to hide the fact that he was slightly intimidated by the taller being. When Gunther sat back down though... the foxboy pounced on him. If he was lucky, Gunther was caught by surprise long enough for Doran to straddle his waist and pin his wrists down to the bed. "What is up with this f***ing attitude? You own me, a*****e." Doran couldn't accept the fact that he was basically free. All his life he was under someone's control, or his path was clear in his mind. Now, apparently, he was influenced by neither a boss/master or the need to fight to survive. Decisions, decisions...

Needless to say, the young lord was indeed surprised, but also a little turned on by Doran's sudden movements. He pushed all the dirty (yet kinky ;D) thoughts to the back of his head, and opened his mouth to speak. "Well, Mister None-of-your-business, my attitude is that no one should be a slave to their fate. I just gave you a second chance. Now, would you please stop straddling me?" Gunther's cheeks flushed ever-so-slightly.

Doran blinked, staring down at Gunther. He didn't see why he was blushing. >_> The boy scoffed and shook his head, tossing his hair out of his face. "No, I'm not done yet. So you're telling me that no one should resign to their fate, and yet here you are, determined that you can't see your brother even if you want to. To me, you sound hypocritical. And I don't believe this 'second chance' thing. Why did you break me out of that place?"

Now Doran was trying to get all his answers. Gunther had to talk to him now, no? The boy was leaning down now, his face rather close to the other's face. Mmm, this didn't help Gunther's dirty mind I bet.

"What I'm saying is, I don't believe it's right to keep slaves, which is why you're so free to do whatever you want. I don't see why you're so ******** mad at me for it, since you were having a bad time down there too - no baths, no change of clothes, no steak." The young lord commented on Doran's weakness for the meat. "However, I do believe that if I try to see my brother, I'll get another beating that keeps me unconcious for a month." Gunther just stared at Doran, not giving him what he wanted. "To me, that's self-preservation."

Before Gunther did anything he'd regret (>_<), he used his training with his master to flip over, wrench his wrists away from the foxboy, and stand on the side of the bed. "Now, if that's all, I would like to try and sleep again."

"Hey!" Jei lightly protested, as he was poked in the ribs. Jei flipped the eggs, before looking back up to Iyla. "Sounds like a good idea. I beleive I would enjoy a bonding session." Jei said, before smiling slightly. "Well, the eggs are finished." Jei announced, as he turned off the burner and took the eggs of the pan, placing two on Iyla's plate, and two on his own. Taking the bacon out of the oven, he divided the strips up equally amongst them, before throwing out the paper towel, and placing the plate in the dishwasher.

Jei motioned to the table, inviting Iyla to sit down, as he too, made his way to the table. He placed his plate in his desired spot at the head of the table, before going to the island and fishing out knives and forks for both of them. Walking back over, he sat down, offering the extra utensils to Iyla. This is going to be an interesting day, I hope.

Doran listened to Gunther patiently and was about to speak up when Gunther turned the tables. The boy let out a soft yip of surprise, his ears flattening down against his head submissively for a moment before he stood again to glare at the other. "Fine. See if I'll be here tomorrow." He muttered angrily and stormed out. Really, it was just an idle threat. He might disappear for a day, but he'd come back.

"Let's play a game, like we used to know, let's play the game, if it's only for show." The words were soft, and the accent that tinted them was muted. it had taken only six months of captivity to break the intense strength of the girl's Cockney voice and turn it into nothing more than a soft lilt of English descent. Elysia stared as the heavy bars of her cell and continued mouthing words, though no sound came out. It had been a long time since she'd been given anything but a look of contempt by the buyers, and even longer since she'd seen anyone she recognised.

Her hands wove idly through the air- trailing their ribbons gracefully- as she dropped herself onto her back, staring at her long-ago memorised ceiling. "Let's play the games, from the days of old, let's play the game, tongue of silver mind of gold."

Someone would probably pass by again soon. People were constantly passing her by. None of them ever considered her, though, so the songss just kept flowing. On and on and endlessly on.

Now, the question is, should I make a fourth character in this roleplay, so that you can roleplay? I think I should, but alas, my creative mind is shot at this moment from school.

Don't fret. I will submit a character sometime soon, when my creative mind kickstarts once again.

Gunther was far too tired to argue back. The lights went off; the door was shut. He slipped off his shoes and socks, and then laid down on the bed. He tried his best to relax, but hot tears wouldn't stop coming down his face. He didn't believe that Doran really WOULD run off... would he? Curse his ability to make the worst of everything. He started to imagine all the horrific things that could happen to Doran, and it made him want to get out of the bed each time... but sadly, he was too tired to move.

Doran wouldn't be found in the morning. His bed was made and showed evidence that he didn't use it last night. In fact, everything suggested that he left and followed through with his threat. Food was missing from the kitchen, as well as a dagger he had found. The boy had stayed out of sight and silent as he made his way out of the mansion, but he didn't leave the estate. Instead, he had found a nice little nitch on the roof were he was sheilded from the weather and could be alone for some time.

What was this going to accomplish? He wasn't quite sure. He wanted to know if Gunther cared if he left. And, Doran supposed, he needed the time to think everything over. "Do I want to leave..? Sure, see the sights, stuff like that, but everything I could ever want is here; food, shelter... I wouldn't need to steal anymore and risk my neck..." He sighed and rubbed his brow. This was going to be tough.

(( Sorry Auron. I hadn't noticed that you'd responded to my previous post. I'll get to a reply as soon as I can.
I'm trying to catch up on all of the role plays I'm in all in one night. @.@ ))

Fayte was silent all through his description, smiling pleasantly until he was done speaking. "It sounds beautiful. And that's a perfectly good way to spend finances." She said with a nod, her ears twitching around involuntarily as she tried to pick up different sounds in the area. "No, that's fine." She said, one ear turning around to face Lein. "That was a very good description. I don't need to know anything else." Why was he even asking her what she thought? It was strange, but she wasn't complaining. It was certainly a nice change from being treated like dirt. Feeling that he'd released her hand, Fayte curled her fingers lightly over her palm and let it fall back to her side.

"Have you found him yet?" Gunther's voice rang through the courtyard.

"N-No, sir, but we're trying..." Three obviously scared servants were shifting glances to each other, wondering what the young lord would do to them.

"THEN KEEP LOOKING!" Gunther snarled, storming off angrily. Tears had already made a winding path down his face, but a few more came all the same. The silver-haired male had looked everywhere in strange places that he thought Doran might want to hide in; rooms that had never been used, hallways that hadn't been touched in a long time... but to no avail. No one had found the redhead yet. Gunther went to a private garden on the side of the house, and literally broke down, begging Doran to come back.

Doran heard Gunther's voice faintly over the breezy wind, disrupting the sound. Boy... he sounds mad... The boy thought, wondering what was wrong. He packed up and followed the sound, spotting Gunther stalking to... well, somewhere. He decided to follow silently, keeping out of sight and using a small illusion spell to hide him.

Once Gunther was in the garden and seemingly too distracted to notice, Doran began to climb down the walls. The fresh scent of plants and flowers was a relief to Doran's nose. He set his stuff down and stolled up behind Gunther. "Man, did someone die or what?" He asked in a lightly amused voice. THe boy had a feeling this was all because of him. Sweet. He loved causing trouble. He didn't have the faintest idea why Gunther was crying.
