After he was finally done "doctoring" her ankle she poked her head out from under them. Rolling her eyes at his words she playfully wiggled her finger at him, knowing he would never do anything to intentionally hurt her. Another shiver ran down her spine as she tried to push the thought of a hospital out of her mind. After a few minutes of silence she opened her mouth slowly. "You can be the hero and I can be the sidekick.." She giggled a bit, quoting a line from a song that she found absolutely amazingly adorable. ☆═━┈┈━═☆

 Gage chuckled as he watched Stella wag her finger in mock defiance. He ignored it and went about making her tea, once he was done, he returned to her side and sat down on the edge of the couch, untucking her enough to give her the tea. "Ankle feeling better somewhat?" he arched one dark brow as he looked at her curiously "I can grab ibuprofen if you need it..." those eyebrows knit together and he took the tea away for a moment to readjust her so she was half sitting in his lap before he returned it to her. He grabbed the remote and chose some random mushy movie to put on so they could relax and unwind. "Oh, and here." reaching down, he pulled up the bear couple and handed them both to her with a soft grin. "I didn't forget either of them... Figured they'd comfort you."

Stella took a few sips of the tea after he readjusted her. Setting the tea down she hugged the bears before setting them down as well. Turning to Gage she nuzzled his neck and laid her head on his shoulder. "I don't need tea.. Or bears as long as I have you to cuddle with me and keep me warm." A soft smile pulled at the corner of her lips and a little tear ran down her cheek. It was a wonder someone so insanely perfect like Gage could love her. Snuggling against his side she felt completely at ease, knowing that no matter what he would always be there for her.

Gage looked down and brushed away that tear, smiling softly at her. "Ah love... How the hell did I get so lucky as to get you?" he smiled and trailed fingers down her arm as he looked down to meet her eyes. "Must have had a very good person at some point to deserve a girl as beautiful, smart and wonderful as you..."

Stella giggled, her cheeks turning a bright pink color. In her mind she couldn't help but thinking he deserved better. Someone who wasn't afraid of heights, who didn't have ex boyfriends come back to bug her and who didn't get caught in the ocean in the middle of the night. With a sigh she looked up at him and smiled. Despite the ocean incident, the rest of the night had been extremely fun. And with her thoughts clogged of images and memories of her and Gage there was no room for her to feel any pain from her ankle. "Let's set a date for the wedding.." Repeating the words she had said just an hour or so before.

Gage sighed softly and smiled. "Alright, what kind of wedding do you want, do you want fall, winter? Didn't you say something about outdoors?" he looked down, one eyebrow arched in curiosity as he waited for her answer

Stella tapped her lip and thought for a moment. She did want an outdoor wedding but she didn't want it to be cold. "How about early fall? So its still warm from summer and not to cold before winter." Her voice was soft, as if she was still lost in thought. "Late summer early fall..."

Gage smiled at Stella and nodded. "Alright, plain and simple, how about.... Late September?" he arched an eyebrow and tilted his head to one side as he spoke. "It's not too terribly hot, and the leaves are starting to change colors, so we'll have the fall addition... Without the severe temperature drops at night... We can have a midday wedding... And a reception that moves from outdoors to indoors as the temperature changes for the night..." he looked down and smiled at her, kissing her forehead as he did

"Sounds great!" Stella giggled and nuzzled his neck one more time. Stifling a yawn she pushed the blanket off her and onto Gage. Slowly swinging her legs to the ground and standing up. Wincing as the pressure on her ankle made the injury throb. Walking to the bathroom she turned the shower on, waiting until it was warm before stripping and getting it. She washed off all the ocean and salt, letting the water run down her body for a few more minutes. Shutting off the water she dried herself off and wrapped a towel around her self. "Gage.. Can you help me with my ankle.. I'm tired..." She got what he needed and walked back to the living room, still in her towel.

Gage chuckled and watched as Stella started towards him. He stood and scooped her up in his arms, sitting down on the couch with her and rebandaging her ankle as asked. "There, you're all set to go... No more damned walking tonight, period." and with that, he stood, her still in his arms, and carried her back to their room, setting her on the bed. "Either you sleep naked, or you tell me what you're wearing to bed, so I can grab it. I'm serious, no more walking."

Stella squealed as Gage scooped her up into his arms and carried her to there room. Kissing his cheek softly as he set her down she leaned back against her pillow and thought for a moment. "Surprise me." She took the towel off and draped it off the edge of the headboard. Wiggling under the covers to watch and see if he would get her clothes or not. She didn't care either way, if she did she would of gave him a straight answer.

Gage grabbed her underwear, and one of his button up shirts, tossing them to her, he grinned and chuckled. He stripped down himself and showered, pulling on shorts as he came back out, and crawled into bed with her, pulling her up close and burying his nose in her hair. "Hmmm.... It was a damned long day....."

Stella pulled on the underwear and shirt he tossed her and snuggled in bed, closing her eyes while he was in the shower. She started to fall asleep until she felt the bed dip just a little when Gage crawled into bed. Snuggling against him she opened her eyes and smile sleepily. "It was..." With a yawn she closed her eyes again and laid her head just next to his. Drifting into a light sleep.
The sun shone brightly through the curtains and some time during the night Stella had rolled over to face the window. Blinking back the sun she rolled over to see if Gage had woken up early like the day before.

Gage hadn't woken up as early as the day before, but he was up, and came out of the bathroom, a towel wrapped around his hips and another over his head as she woke up. He smiled brightly as he finished toweling his hair off and tossed it into the laundry basket by the door before he continued into the closet, speaking from there. "Do you want to go to breakfast this morning love? Something simple of course, but still..." he stuck his head out "I don't feel like cooking today...."

Stella watched as Gage walked in, sighing when he went into the closet and spoke to her. She secretly hated when he did that, its not like she hadn't seen it all before. Giggling out loud she covered herself in blankies and thought for a bit. "I just want cereal.. But I'll go out to breakfast with you if you want." She wasn't in the mood of something cooked. No matter what they decided she was getting cereal..
