It's so true and so very sad (ToT) I'm sure I could revive the guild by going on another invitation surge, but I seriously don't have as much time to run this place as I used to. University is my first priority now. Still, I'm gonna do my best (^__^)

You should just hold a lengthy posting contest, with the requirement that the posts be coherent. Say the first to 5,000 or something. That way it will take a lot longer and give you time to recover (since you just had the drawing contest). Or something. The prize could be an item maybe.
Thoughts. >>;
So, it just occurred to me that for the first time ever we have a guy in this thread. CONGRATS!

My copy of the box set will be arriving in the mail this week. Presuming they don't ******** it up, like they did when I ordered my Azumanga Daioh box set.

I like the idea of doing something like that again, only last time it only got a few people active. What we really need to do is give a reason for people to spend a lot of time here, but that's really up to them. Not to mention, moderating the requirement for coherent posts would be extraordinarilly difficult. I still like the idea though, don't get me wrong (^_____^) I'm glad I have loyal old timers like you around always helping me out <3

Of course, as you said, checking that would be difficult, but they don't have to know that. I don't know how many people would actually pay attention to that rule, but it could help keep posts SLIGHTLY on topic. Or you could specify that is has to be a conversation, like we have on this thread. Or something. I'm bad at planning. And even if a few participate, I think more people come here when posts are active and talking. When the number of new posts decreases so does the number of people coming to the forum. =< And I try, I love this place. ^_^ Good luck witht hat boxed set!! =D

I'm glad you're into ballet and classical music as well, they're two reasons I instantly fell in love with Tutu. Even though the theme is classic and timeless, the anime itself is totally original.

An idea that could work would be to run a competition to see who can get the most replies in a single thread. Rules are often overlooked in this guild, but something of that nature would be far easier to moderate. We could strictly limit entries to discussion threads only to get people seriously involved with each other, rather than allowing the guild to become clogged with dead end one-word-reply threads.
+Meggie, you're involved too <3

Aw, bless :3 If I've got your approval and support, I'll go right on ahead and get the contest started. I'm feeling the long haul for this one. What do you think? Either that, or go in a "the first one to reach x number of posts" direction, with runners up being decided based on where they are in relation to the winner once the winner hits x posts. I just want there to be a lot of hype surrounding the competition. Plus, I'll make it pretty strict so that any nonsense, bumping and deliberate disregard for the rules gets the thread disqualified.
