True it took longer than you originally planned, but extenuating circumstances were involved. *finishes the bandaging and starts to put things back in the kit* T-to be fair, I don't know all of your background. B-but, I don't think we are just what happens in our past. *turns back to him and continues* Many face something terrible in their lives but having something like that happen or not, people still can go on to do great things. *tentatively reaches over and takes one of his hands in both of hers* I admire you, Talbot. You had something to do and you didn't give up on it. Even when things seemed their darkest, in the end you persevered. S-so yes, I have complete faith that you can do this.

*kneels beside him still holding his hand* I-I hope you can. *nods sort of petting his hand to offer comfort* Sounds like a fine idea. Many places . . . *trails off sort of thinking about it* Well it's been awhile, but I've been to a place or two when I was younger and still with my mom. We moved around a lot back then. There's something heart warming about hearing someone be excited about the unknown and the possibility of seeing new things for the first time. Though I've already seen things in forests no human eye has seen~ *gives a bit of a shrug and giggles* How will you decide where to go first?

*shakes her head still smiling and gives his knee a pat* You aren't, no worries. It sounds like you'd like to try seeing the more natural world. What with mountains, plains, snow, and forests. Perhaps you can pick a direction and head off that way, just see what you find. Though at some point, you should go to a secluded forest if you really do want to see things most have only imagined.
