Food. It was the first thought that had popped into Rowan's head as she had left her house just earlier. Since having moved in to that house, she had barely unpacked or done any shopping, so she honestly had nothing to cook herself. Putting a hand on her stomach, she groaned as her nose caught the smell of the Italian place in town. Her mouth felt like it sprung a leak as she nearly drooled over herself, it smelt so good! Looking about, she finally caught sight of it and headed that way, nearly jogging to get there. Her stomach was clearly in charge at this point which was a little embarrassing, but what could she do? She was hungry!
Reaching for the door, she hesitated and thought to a few days prior, being at her new friend's, if she could call him a friend, place. She had picked up on some stuff, faint feelings really, from just touching things. Her powers were acting strangely in this town. Pulling her hand back, she reached into her bag and pulled out a pair of gloves. Slipping them on, she flexed her fingers into fists a few times before nodding and grabbing the door and pulling it open. Walking in, she looked around and blinked, it was beautiful inside. "Ah, just myself please." She addressed the person looking to seat her as she was directed to a table. "Thank you." She said softly as she sat down and immediately opened the menu, her vivid green eyes looking over the menu, it having taken up her full attention at this point. She had already decided on soup and salad with a glass of water before the waitress probably even knew she was sitting there.

Lola stood there somewhat impatiently, occasionally glancing out through the window or making small talk with the other waitresses to pass the time. The others enjoyed how slow everything was but it currently made her feel antsy. She was ready to go, go, go! Eventually someone came in and was quickly seated. Finally! While the rest were busy fussing Lola jumped at the chance to do something. With a bounce in her step she approached the table, a bright smile across her face. “Hello, how are you doing today?” She greeted the woman. “Can I get you started with a drink or an appetizer?” She brought her notepad out from her apron all ready to jot down whatever she would want.

Hanako whimpered. She wanted to curl into a ball the moment he snarled. Squeezing the piece of cloth she managed to hold onto his sleeve, she kept her head down in attempts to hide her petrified face. There was a hint of disgust in his words. In normal circumstances, she may be bothered by it. Right now, she was at her wit's end to save herself from possible danger.

Her eyes took note of his every movement as he walked closer to their destination. A sigh of relief came out of her. It appeared that still won lady luck's favor. That was until he stated that she was the one to pay for their breakfast.

"What?" Shifting her position, she would attempt to reach out to the man's pants but failed to do so. Curse her feeble arms! How can she be so naive to think that this man even has a golden heart? Not only did he ignore a damsel in distress, but he also freed the canine. It was a double whammy.

At that point, Hanako can no longer control herself and screamed in fear. Her feet paddled backward until her back turned the table to fall on its side. For some reason, the dog saw it as like she was pleased to keep her company. Tears started to escape from her eyes. There was no escape.

Her legs folded close to her chest while she tried to hide her face beneath her arms. For a few minutes, she stayed in that position until she sensed a hand over her shoulder. Carefully she lifted her head and saw a little girl. How shameful can this day get?

After she managed to gained over her nerves, she stormed into the restaurant and sat right across the man. She crossed her arms and looked away. With what just happened to her, she could not bear to look at him. This made her question her reasoning.

Emilia sat at one of the tables inside her parasol leaning again her chair. It was almost always easy to get an inside seat when it was nice and sunny out. It worked out for her well due to her nature of avoiding the sun like a plague. Today she had her more adult look going. Normally she didn't care much but she was hungry and her dark desire had been knawing at her. Coming off as more adult would get her a man to prey upon a lot easier. She applied her makeup in a different way wore contacts to turn her eyes from the normal red to gold, selected different clothes than the schoolgirl outfit. Her clothes covered most of her body excluding the neck. It was somewhat cloudy today but it was not enough to risk not wearing the proper protection. She didn't have to do much with her hair but style it a bit. No one would recognize her as the same 16 years old she normally was. She was drinking some tea looking around for a juicy target. She didn't care about their background at the moment. Instead, the one that drove her dark desire would be the one she killed. "Carpe Noctem" She mused to herself looking around for anyone that caught her eye.

Dodging contact as best as he could, the young male would be scurrying down the streets as best as he could. In his hand was a frappe with extra shots of expresso. He didn't want to go out, but he honestly had nothing else to do. He needed to get home, but it was busy unfortunately and his parents were not having the best welcoming condition at the house. Why was that? His parents were having an anniversary and going there would just make Usien uncomfortable. He honestly didn't get romance in the slightest. High school was so weird. He didn't have a relationship and he surely didn't hang around women as much not because he didn't like them , but because he wasn't able to get one. Was it because he was ugly? Nah. Maybe. That's a personal opinion. It was more because he was introverted. The only time he ever came out was because of band practice and even then performing shows was something he had to get over himself to do. He was wearing some jeans, a jean jacket and red t-shirt. His hair was a little messy due to getting straight out of the bed and heading out.

He was already at the place, sitting off to the distance where he had gold view of the door incase he needed to run. Why he was so scared of people was anyone's guess. Looking around,he caught the glimpse ofna lady while he tried consoling his fears. Looking st the lady with the parosale, he stopped. His nose started fo bleed a little..."oh s**t"

It was like a waiter dropped a glass and interrupted everyone as Emilia's eyes darted to her side. She had already felt eyes on her but the blood let her know exactly who it was. It was just natural to tell when someone was bleeding. Her right eye was not covered like normal either so she could see better. Her contact covered the part of her eye which she didn't want to be seen or talk about. When her eyes came up from the blood to the rest of his face she felt her chest start to get warm. Her dark desire was flaring up and it found a target. She found her target and she was not going to wait. She stood up and walked over to him with a smile on her face. "Liceat mihi. Vos autem sanguinem." She spoke perfect Latin and if Usien was smart he'd recognize it if he was a genius he might be able to speak some of it and understand it. Perfect Latin didn't generally exist and to speak it perfectly was almost unheard of. Regardless she took her glove off and wiped away the blood. She would turn around and walk back sticking her finger in her mouth to drink the sweet blood. When she sat down she motioned for Usien to sit with her.

He was discovered and boy was it something dark that was heading his way. She wiped up his blood and left. Her words. Why was she speaking Latin? No one uses that. Hell Usien only knew moderate Latin because he was that smart. Why she wanted his blood? He couldn't run. That cause a scene. He felt weirdly compelled to go. Getting up, he would head towards the door and stop. He was doing exactly what he said he couldn't. Letting out a sigh and drinking a shot of double espresso, he headed towards her table ans took a seat. He didn't know what to say. "Why do you want my blood? Arw you part of the blood bank?" He questioned with confusion. He wasn't guessing that she was a vampire. He was still innocent. Too innocent for his own good.

Emilia just laughed as he asked about the blood. "No, I was just wiping it off your face, I don't have any interest otherwise. Why were you bleeding anyways? Hit your nose on the way in?" She asked him smiling as her eyes looked him up and down absorbing every bit of him. For anyone looking on the outside, she was straight checking him out without a care in the world. "Kaiser, Emilia von Kaiser. Pleased to meet you. What is your name sweetie?" She held out the hand with no glove the blood on it gone. She waited for him to shake her hand before putting back on her glove. The kid seemed to have the confidence of a bug, but it worked out for her.

Usien was ignorant of such tactics. Taoing a glance, he noticed she was staring at him similar to how his parents looked at each other at home. Usually that look comes before they did emberassing s**t. He chuckled nervously trying to hopefully break her glance. When she finally introduced herself, he slipped. "Prince Nakumara..... I mean. ..... No that my silly nickname. I am. Usien" he responds taking big sip of his drink while shaking her hand. This was most socializing he has ever done. Plus was with a woman? He was... In a weird situation.

The boy was hopeless, no confidence at all even when a girl was clearly interested. Well regardless she didn't need him to take the lead. She would do that herself. "Is that your subtle way of saying you liked what you saw?" She giggled and a set a hand on his thigh as she leaned in getting closer with the purpose of "listening". In truth, it was just to reveal her body more. "You're funny Usien, I like that. You're a cutie too. Are you still in high school?" She asked keeping her hand on his thigh squeezing it a bit. Her dark desire was already driving her on and she wanted to enjoy this. Where to go though, she supposed they could go to her place or his. Though if he had a family that was out of bounds unless she was ready to kill a family. It wasn't a problem but it attracted attention. They could go somewhere public like a hotel which wasn't a bad idea or maybe even his school if he were in high school.

Of course he was hopeless. He didn't inheret none of his dad's traits at all and he got the shyness end of the deal from his mother instead of the dominatrix side she so boldy presents with his dad. It was actually kinda of confusing. Sometimes he believed that he was adopted. When asked the question,he stopped in his tracks. How to answer that? "Nicebody.Nice hair. Bold attitude, and charming sense of humility...kind of hard not to like what I saw. Anyone would" He commented.Yes, he just broke her down like ingredients to some recipe.It was the only way he would answer that question. He stayed frozen when she made a move, getting closer to him which caused the caffeine to become more and more ineffective. What was worse, his boss was probably looking at this with a chuckle since this was his work place. "No. I actually graduated high school. Do I really look that young?" he questioned. He was 18 but did he really look so young to be like a Jr? Depressing. Feeling the squeeze coming from his thigh, he was picking up the hint that she was getting some type of vibe for Usien. A woman interested in him? Even through his timidness. This...was going to go well. Maybe. "Ummm, you are kinda close...We are in public" He reminded.Though, way he stated it could of been misinterpreted for something else.

Emila's mouth formed a smile at his words. That's what she liked to see. He was interested. Seems he did have some confidence when push came to shove. "My you know how to make a lady blush....I like it." She only shrugged when he mentioned high school. He did look young to her, everyone was young to her. He probably did just get out of high school. "Young enough to maybe still be in Senor year, had to ask. It's a good thing though." When he mentioned them being in public she nodded. Her hand left his thigh if but for a second before grabbing his hand. "Than let us retire to somewhere not so public. We are acquainted and I don't know how much more I can wait. " She stood up putting down money for the drinks, though it was much more than they were actually charging. It wasn't even like a 10 dollar tip extra kindness. The tip would be more in the area of a few hundred dollars. She grabbed her parasol and led Usien out of the coffee shop. Her parasol was up blocking any sunlight before they stepped out. "I like my complexion, getting a tan would ruin it. Plus it's hot." She explained as the parasol covered her exposed skin on her face from getting direct sunlight.

He made her smile? Was that a good thing?! Made her blush too? How? Did he say something right? Was the simple analysis of truth a compliment for her? He didn't know what he did right. When she said he was young enough still be a senior, he couldn't...deny that. It would make sense. It also made him feel somewhat better. He at least didn't look too young. That begged the question, how old was she? She seemed filled with youth but she didn't act like a teen at all. Was this one of those sugar mamas he heard about? His public statement must of been a trigger. Within moments he was whisked away, If anything. At least, they were happy with the tips that she gave. Maybe his manager wouldn't be so upset due to such a thing. Being led out, he noticed the parasol but considering her complexion, her reasoning made sense. It was hot out and some people didn't like to be tanned. Still oblivious that she was a vampire, he didn't know where they were going. "I would offer my place but it's probably too far away. I don't care where we go though" His words were setting himself up. Big time. Hands in his pocket, he only wished he bought some caffeine to go. Instead, he popped a few pills to gain a little bit more of a pick me up. "May I ask, how old are you?"
