Actually, that's for Serenity's own protection. Serenity's cousin's girlfriend, who's like family, has a Gaia account.
Serenity doesn't want them to find out she cusses so frequently, seeing as how she's not allowed at all X] So that's why. Sorry if you don't like it, but Serenity won't change it.

Also, a note aimed at those who are thinking about making a banner, bear in mind that the size limit for signatures on Gaia is 500x500 px. I'm seeing quite a few banners here that won't be fitting in anybody's sig.
