"Hopefully, he wont find out soon" he said smiling glad to see tohru had the necklace "Katherine's still around, shes the night nurse, never knew she was crushing on alex-kun though" he said laughing at the thought "Exhaustion is your most likely bet, thats how it allways seemed to be atleast, the boy would over do things and then end up just passing out. Ne..alex-kun..he has anemia right, or still has it doesnt he?" roan said remembering, wondering a little if that was the cause of alexs cough.

Tohru blinked, a little surprised that Roan knew that piece of information. "I can't imagine he told you guys that willingly. But yeah, he's got anemia. Not a serious case, though. And it's died down a lot since he was a kid," he said, thinking back a little. "He coughed a little bit during the day, and nights it was hectic. Why he coughed like that, I'll never know. But it died down after a couple years." He shrugged, not really able to remember much more. "I'm not sure what's going on now, but I doubt it's good."

Roan shook his head "Nothing ever seems to be good..and alex-kun didnt tell us, the nurses told shin-kun about it, while alex was in the hospital, eventualy I found out from shin. Though nither of us have told anyone else, no alex would murder us if we did" he said smiling "Im glad its gotten better since he was little, still i wonder if its related to whats going on with his health right now" he said simply shrugging letting the subject drop.

Roan laughed "Ne, no worries tohru-kun, shiningai enjoys annoying people to much to go and die" he said smirking a little, glad tohru had managed to find them.
"Go to hell ro.." the boy said his voice sleepy and his eyes still closed, shin lay there half in and out of it, not realy feeling like moving "you to, tohru...." he added a hint of a smile on his face as he coughed slightly.

((I just found it funny 'cause there are two people chatting away in his room XD))Tohru looked at Shin a grin on his face. "'Fraid I can't do that," he said, really glad he was awake. "I've had my brother cry in my arms, almost kill himself. . .I've talked to a dog, seen a house after it's been exploded. . .and the next thing you know, I'm going to be carrying a puppet everywhere I go and talking to it. This world is really nuts, let me tell ya." He put on a more serious face as he glanced at Shin, holding Alex's necklace in front for him to see. "Poor guy's going to go nuts if he sees you like this. So I'll keep it a secret. For now. Oh, and your dog can talk?"

Shin let out a small laugh smirking at tohru "Wow, looking for a ticket to the nut house allready? Heh...and you called me weird for talking about flesh eating birds" he said shaking his head slighly "Puppets are freaky, if you wanna go crazy get your self a dog to talk to, its even better when they talk back. I know cody can talk, surprised you didnt though" he said listening to him talk about alex "You..stole his necklace?...hes gotta be pissed about that...and its okay..I know hell snap if he sees me, I can wait awhile to see the guy" he said opening his eyes finaly looking at the two.

"Stole? Oh, no, dear friend. More like confiscated. And I'm surprised he hasn't taken it back. And no, I didn't know Cody could talk. . .until a few hours ago," Tohru shrugged, not really minding so much. "But yeah, Alex is pissed about it. And he's worried as heck about you. But I'd rather him worry than him go nuts. There's a giant iron weight hanging on that thin thread of his and I'm not sure how long it'll last." He sighed as he walked over to Shin, putting the necklace in the boy's hands. "You take care of that. You, he can't kill so easily. Me, he can kill."

Shin smiled glad that tohru had taken the thing from alex "He cant kill me you say, heh, could if he wanted to im sure, doubt he would though....im surprised he let you anywhere near this thing, glad you got it though" he said curling the little necklace up in his hands, not planing on letting it go. "Its not right tohru...alex shouldn't have to deal with this stuff.....I dont like just standing by and watching the guy snap like that" he said looking at tohru sadly.

Tohru stood there for a minute, arms crossed as he thought for a minute. "In this case, it's not really a matter of choice. He doesn't let anyone inside that giant fortress of his," he started, turning his gaze to the ceiling. "Not even me, which is kindda sad, in a way." He shrugged, looking back at Shin. "If you knew about his past, you'd be able to understand hell of a lot more."

"Tried digging into his past..he ran away on me...got realy pissed to, even though it wasnt something that big...what does he hate about people knowing things about him. Im not gonna think any less of the guy just because he has a weakness its kinda what makes him human" shin said shrugging "Yeah its sad....wont let anyone in" he said looking at tohru.

"Smart one arent you? You said you knew stuff, you must know stuff having grown up with him. Ive scratched and clawed and begged nurses, and all I ever get are shreds of info. If I ever hear or learn anything from alex directly its when hes in freak out mode, or mortal peril....id like to hear something from someone whos calm for once, and while alex isnt here to stop me too..." he said laughing a little "Heh, if im gonna risk my life for the guy I wanna know atleast a little about him...dont get me wrong id stay by him wether I knew anything or not its just...theres finaly someone here to offer up answers" he said playing with the little necklace in his hands.

"Watch that thing. If it glows even once, Alex will be able to find it," Tohru pointed out. Then he shook his head at Shin's words. "And I really can't. I'm willing, but it's not my right to tell anybody. Especially with how messed up it is. And he only threatens to kill me now. He might actually do it if he ever finds out I told anyone. Besides, there's no way I'm going to betray my brother," he added with a laugh.

Shin let out a small sigh "You get me going and then you cut me off, that is so not fair you know that?" he said closing his hand tightly around the little necklace "Dont worry if it glows Ill just send roan off with it, heh..lets see lex catch someone who can fly" he said smiling "Dont worry, I wont ask you to betray lex...last thing Id ever have you do tohru...I am gonna pass back out pretty soon though" he said a small smile on his face "Being awake takes energy....hey your gonna take care of lex right tohru? Swear it please, I dont like not being able to be around when hes so strung out like this...I know I tend to make things worse but still im scared for lex" he said nervously looking to tohru.
