"Twice as unfair? Maybe it will be. Who knows," Alex laughed, not at all liking the cold water at his feet. He aimed a hand down towards it, letting some warm air circle along the water. "You may have mentioned that. And here I was, about to offer some warm air to dry you up! Well, at least I know better now," he teased.

Shin just stuck his tongue out at the boy "I refuse your warm air so hah!" he said smiling stepping forwards through the cold air the ice water suddenly exploding around alex, forming neat little dripping pillars, shin laughing happily watching the slushy ice water drip down onto the boy.

Alex quickly shielded himself with his arms, managing to protect his face but getting wet anyway, shivering at the touch of the cold water. "Now look who's unfair!" he grinned. He moved his wet hair out of his face, a little annoyed with it. "Sheesh. You're a hypocrite, you know that?"

Shin just shrugged "Yes yes I am, heh and its fun to be a hypocrite, join in lex!" he said happily letting the pillars dissapear shivering again "Cold air sucks! Were both going to get sick from this" he said laughing stepping back a little deeper into the water "Thats fine though huh lex, cause were having fun" he said keiune appearing in his hand the scythe glowing "Hope you dont mind getting realy wet lex" he said a wave of the slushy stuff rising up, keiune glowing fiercely as it splashed down towards alex.

Alex reacted quickly, summoning the necklace from around his neck and into his hand as he formed a little shield around himself, preventing himself from getting any wetter. "Cold air does suck but warm air is great. Now cold water really sucks!"

Shin smirked "Yeah it does, feh, again an unfair advantage lex! You get air conditioning and heat!" he said darting forwards, the ice rising up on alexs side spraying out at the boy slushily "I so dont like your shield, it works pretty well though!" he said happily still smiling.

Alex kept the shield up, kneeling down on the ground as he did so. "Works well and drains. It's got its pros and cons." With the necklace in his left hand, he put his right on the ground and created a warm current around Shin and the water.

Shin laughed a little, smiling as he stopped shivering, feeling the warm water and air "heh, here im trying to freeze you to death and your being nice to me, again your unfair lex!" he said though he was glad for it, letting keiunes glow die off, simply holding the black scythe glad to be warm though soaked. "Now hte only one whos going to get sick is you though, and wont I feel bad for that" he said laughing.

"Heh. Yeah, well, I'm not going to get sick that easily," Alex smiled, stopping the air around Shin and warming himself up a little, dropping the shield he had and only slightly panting.

Shin laughed walking over to his freind "im so glad for that lex, cause you suck when your sick" he said smiling messing with the boys hair "even soaked its still fluffy!" he said smiling.

Alex sighed, sitting in a more comfortable position and not even bothering to fight back. "On the plus side, my anemia's probably helluva lot better? Err. . .at least I think so," he said, laying back on the ground.

Shin nodded "Yeah It definetly has...I cant say much only knowing you a year but still I feel it has" he said shrugging looking out to the sky a little surprised how late it had gotten, still theyd had fun "Heh, sleepy allready lex?" he asked smiling watching his friend lay back "It will allways amaze me how you can do that most anywhere, just doze off" he said laughing a little.

"I don't care much for comfort, although it's definitely always nice," Alex chuckled. "Not sleepy. But I am a little tired." He looked up at the sky, feeling like he was forgetting something. "Damn. This day flew by, huh?"

Shin nodded happily "Yeah it did, I just wish there would be a moon out tonight, that would make things ten times better" he said laughing a little bit, lex could probably sleep on a bed of rocks if he wanted to.
Cody walked up onto the beach his nose close to the ground as he happily followed the boys scent, knowing shin and alex were close by.

"Yeah. It would," Alex agreed. He put his hands behind his head and closed his eyes. trying to think. "Why do I feel like I'm forgetting something. . .?"
Yuri followed Cody, looking around a little anxiously until finally, she spotted a dot of blue up ahead and ran up to Alex. Carefully, she knelt down beside Alex and poked him. "Hey. Sleepy one."
Alex opened his eyes again, quickly sitting up when he saw Yuri. "What?"
Yuri sighed, taking Alex's hand and pulling him up. "Come on! We've got something to do," she said as she began to drag the boy along.
"We do?"
"Yup!" Yuri looked back behind her at Shin and Cody, waving before she merely took Alex along with her, walking a little fast and keeping the book in her hand.
