Amanikitty -C'est la lune qui conduit la danse...-
o: Okay. So same-color shoes and bow. And a white one just in case I don't want the bow so big. x3 And a white parasol!
That's really good, Pearl! D: I could never be able to sew my own stuff. [Unless I start going to the Fashion club... which I really don't have time to do. ;o;]
-...quand le soleil sera couché dans ton âme froide.- Be sure to post pictures once you get everything all together!! biggrin I'm sure it'll be so cute. ^-^ +Loli Lace+ : Kwwiiiii thank you! ^w^

PearlZenith I sew it because I'm picky, and beause I don't like spending money...though, the work it takes has convinced me that buying brand is definitely worthwhile. Ooh, white parasol. About a month ago, I considered ordering a parasol from Baby, since it was about 12USD, or so. I mean, that's not expensive, and good parasols are so difficult to find. But, even though I loved the parasol, it went with nothing that I own, and the only other thing I want from Baby is a blouse of theirs that could pass as classic, with the right skirt. Thanks, Nezu! I hope you have money to spend if you're buying brand. It's very very worth it. Baby is an excellent brand, too. -C'est la lune qui conduit la danse...-
o3o I was actually considering to buy the parasol from BSSB in fact. Theirs look so pretty and stuff. x3 *Eee girlish mode* I was just going to see if they have a parasol with the logo white as well, so I wouldn't have white-pink parasol with a light brown dress. xD
..And now that I think about it, I wonder if light brown would look good with my skin, anyways... sweatdrop It should, I guess.
@ Nezumi: I will. :'D

Abusive Mana MinaMouse Abusive Mana - really? The dress I got is pretty comfy cotton, even my super perfectionist mom said it was good quality. I'd be too afraid to go to the mall in my dress; it's so light colored and I'm a super clutz! When I tried it on for the first time (I neglected to mention this XD) but when I ran back upstairs to grab the headdress to show Mom, I tripped...UP the stairs! (thankfully didn't rip anything, but I've got a nice rugburn to show for it. crying ) Cosmates use fabric equivilant to that of cheap costumes used for school plays Which is why I stopped buying from their site when the prices got higher I'm not gonna pay so much for such low quality DDD:um... cosmates doesn't make the EGL clothing on their site, they buy and resell them from other vendors their main vendor is bodyline, their prices went up becasue BL didn't like them getting and reselling at base costs and BL, not cosmates upped the prices, if CM's prices didn't change they would soon be out of business. I own a bodyline dress and pannier, they aren't the same quality as baby or meta, however they are also 1/2-1/3 of the price. you can't really expect to get the exact same thing a brandname has from an offbrand company. the materials are the same kind you would find in a cosplay shop (remember 90% of japanese cosplayers buy their costumes,) the materials are a little cheaper, but meant to be worn out. (I know i can get a stain out of my BL dress, i wouldn't even eat in half the places i love becasue of that with a brand dress) Pearl- your dress looks awsome! i just found the most amazing pattern for one I'm gonna try out soonish.

Thanks, Mae. And, thank you also for the clarification of Cosmates' business.
Amanikitty, light brown should go with many people's skin, so I wouldn't worry.

Well, you like the light brown dress, right? Do you think your skin will clash with it? I have rather yellow skin, and used to be told that I couldn't wear white, by some silly people. And then, I decided to wear my favourite white blouse somewhere, and everyone told me white looked good on me.
So...it's really up to you. I like brown dresses.

You're really pretty. Do you have other options for the colour of that dress? Maybe a darker brown, or a pink would be better?

Ugh. I'd be lucky if the order haven't been confirmed yet. -3-; I hate when I think of things like this LAST MINUTE. I have to go ask my Daddy later and see... Gosh, I'm so stupid for that. Dx

I dont have any Baby brand clothing yet Depends on what the Moitie item in question is! I mean, if you're just looking at a petticoat or some jewelery, try something new and go to Baby. If you wanna get a nice dress, having a Moitie item is always fun to show off. haha.

If you're buying a coat, I say go with Moitie.
Jewelry wise, I would definitely look at Baby, or even some of the Himegyaru brands. >.> Yes, I'm a heathen, but I like some of the Hime stuff, and jewelry like pearls can easily cross fashion genres. I wouldn't suggest you wear a Hime dress, or shoes, though.
I've been considering buying a Baby blouse, if the Kinokuniya in Seattle starts carrying the brand. I just hope you can try them on, because I'm afraid they'll be too large for me.

PearlZenith If you're buying a coat, I say go with Moitie. Yes yes yes! I'm wearing my Moitie jacket right now, in fact! lol. So toasty warm and soft. *pets velvetyness* I was supposed to go to a play tonight with a friend... but she never showed up in the lobby and she wasn't in her room and I didn't want to go looking all over the dorms for her, so I just returned to the computer lab decked out in semi-aristocrat. haha.
