Pirate Dirge XD Dak and I like to watch them in the pet store, being all hyper ninja-like. Seriously? When I see chinnys they are always looking rather lazy, and one bit me once crying

chinchilla's are a cute and interesting pet. they are very hyper and ninja like. I remember the first time I saw one, they are very soft like velvet. and cute too.

Chinchillas...so cute! Their whiskers twitch and they're oh so soft! I'm not sure I feel comfortable if they live long though. Supposedly they can live for about 30 years.

Chinchilla's are cute, but I say give it up for my Betta, aka the fighting fish. I bought one when I was at walmart, and he's still alive. But then again, mom didn't see hime for like the first 5 months, that's why it's still alive. I named him Kite 3nodding

I never know what's going on in this forum! I like Chinchillas though. And animals in general. But I don't have a chinchilla... I have 3 cats. BUT: I think people who wear chinchilla coats are great big meanies! scream xp domokun crying How could you wear that cute little thing?

I worked at a pet shop while in high school. We sold 2 chinchillas... they were wicked cute and soft.

@ the petco near my house they sell chinchillas and I always want to get one but I know I can't because I have a cat at home and she will get jealous...but I once had a chance of having two with a cage for free 3nodding ...apparently someone had abandoned them in the park and the ranger station where I volunteered took them in...I want a hedgehog for a pet though

Aww, I can't think of much else that is better than a chincilla. Maybe those little hedgehogs they sell at some pet shops. Or skinny pigs (but I'm probably a minority on that one). >.<

I heard that it is difficult to breed a chinchilla with a nice temperament. A friend of mine was breeding them and selling them at my work, and he said he had very few unless you want a biter. Poor little mean chinchillas : (
