Well, If you thought he was your age because he lied about it, then no. But really its only 2 years apart which isn't much...Depends on the person really. And the maturity level of the 14 year old etc.

Wait a minute, did he say he was older before or just never mentioned his age? Because if someone told me they were older/younger just to get in my pants I'd be more worried about that then their age.

If he's old enough to be willing to do it, his problem. It's been done with the genders reversed plenty of times. I like a 14-year-old guy and I'm 16, I see nothing wrong with it as long as ou're happy.

Athiel Here in Sweden (as far as I know) no one gives a s**t, as long as it's not about a 50 year old guy "gets" a 12 year old girl...^^ Yes but Sweden isn't as full of freaked-out ugly idiots like America is, so that doesn't count. xd

Honestly, I can say, you gain alot of intelligence/maturity in 2 years, atleast, I do.
It wouldn't be 'rape' it would be 'statuatory rape', slightly different, but the punishments are usually the same.
Honestly, I don't think staying with him is a good idea, but if you honestly think you guys both love eachother or whatever, then stay together, whatever you decide, I can't change it.

that's not sick at all i mean that's not that big of an age diff and he's 14 so that's the age i think sex and all that is ok so if u liked him or still like him then keep him it's not sick and there is nothing wrong with it i mean i dated a guy that was 15 when i was 17 ...and before that when i was 14 i dated an 18 year old it's not wrong

Ok the guy is 14, and your 16.. Nothing legal can really happen till you turn 18, THEN there will be legal problems But it all depends on the state laws where you live at. But I'd eave him anyways for lying about his age, go for someone your own age..
