Let's put it this way. . .
Like: Zane, Cherry, and the other leopards, Richard, Jamil, Louie, Rafael, Catherine, and Bert
Love: Nathaniel, Jason, Damian, Edward, Anita, Jean-Claude, Asher, and Zerbrowski
Dislike: Dolph, Belle Morte, Musette, Ronnie
So, basically, my favorite characters are the ones in my love list ^.^

he's just cool!
I don't know what it is about dangerous bad a** guys
i've only gotten to book 4 so i don't hate Richard...yet i guess.
But from what i hear about him he's and a** so i'll probaly end up
not liking him eather...but then again maybe not. we'll see.
I do like Jean Claued tho ^^ even tho he is argant and self serving...there's
just something about him ^^ I would have given into his marks long ago...

I agree I would have had the fourth mark and have been happy to take it. But I guess that means JC wouldn't have wanted me, since part of his attraction to Anita was that she was hard to get.

ya^^ ture...but that useualy just anoiys the hell out of most guys tho...but i guess Jean-Claude isn't most guys ^^
tho i don't know why Anita has such a problem with it...
with all of the marks she gets immunity from vampier tricks, hard as hell to kill and as a Necromancer she has compleat free will...all the perks and none of the draw backs...i guess it's her whole "it's the princepal of the matter.." thing

I don't think it's the principle of the matter. Anita is fightened of her love of Jean-Claude and deep down, more frightened of being trapped. The Fourth Mark traps her into Jean-Claude's web and she will be unable to escape for the rest of eternity.
Not to mention her beliefs. She is Christian and she has been raised that vampires are evil and immortality is the devil's work. They don't get into this as much, and she has overcome most of her issues, but you have to take into account her upbringing.

Edward is just a wonderful character. He's pretty much everything I like in a character rolled into one sociopath stare
But other than that, I'm also incredable fond of Jason, Damian, Asher and Sylvia. Oh yeah, Anita is also the coolest, without question xd

I love JC. I've been in love with him ever since he was in the first book. I couldn't tell you exactly why I love him so much. I think it's how he presents himself. I love his intrest in Anita and the way he can annoy her like no one else can.

I have more than one favorite. I love Asher, Edward, Nathanial and Jason. Damien rates up there too, but I want a book that describes him a bit better.
::edit:: I'm going to add Shang Da and Jamil to the list, they're pretty cool.

I like Edward. I want him back in the story then perhaps the storyling can go beyond that of Anita doing everything she can get her paws on.

My favorite is Asher. He has that tourtured soul quality and what can I say I've always had a thing for blondes.The first time I read his character discription I freaked out my best friend because I started to hyperventalte in the back of our class. *shakes her head* The words asher and chocolate could do a poor girl in 3nodding
