Anita glanced at Narnia.

"No, nothing's wrong." She glanced again to Jean-Claude, but his beautiful mask betrayed nothing. She pushed open the door, earnig herself a groan from the heavy door. She had began to relax and let the tension in her body ease when Jean-Claude said nothing, but the second the door revealed the vampire, she felt the hostility rise.

She was instantly reminded of Raina, just the way she sat and dressed. She could see her dark skin, revealed by the cloak, making it look innocent, but seductive at the same time.

Anita almost wanted to glance down at her own appearel. She had thought she had dressed pretty well considering it was her. She was wearing soft knee-high boots and a black miniskirt paired with a scarlet silk tank top, the sleeves no more than ribbons that wrapped around her arms, expertly hiding her scars.

"Who the hell are you?" Anita hissed, the Browning itching to be clicked off of safety.

((I can't see tankbbg's last post. It is supposed to be on pg 4, but I can't get to page 4. Has anyone else had that problem?))

(There ye go Narniakat darlin' (I wanna call you Niaaaaaaaa! But with one a XD).

"Ma petite I must request that you put down your gun. Violet will do you no harm," came Jean-Claudes silken voice as he glided into the room.

(yay for short posts!)

Anita glanced at Jean-Claude, not quite believing him, but lowering her gun.

"Alright..." She holstered the gun besides her better judgement, and crossed her arms infront of her chest, looking imposing.

"Let's try this again...Who are you?" Before Jean-Claude could utter a word she added,
"I know her name is Violet, Jean-Claude."

Okay, can you blame a girl for being hostile? Here's this dark, exotic beauty sitting like she own your lover's office, and looking like she would do anything if Jean-Claude only asked. So, can you? Nope.

Anita felt Jean-Claude's voice smooth over her, sending silent shivers of dark, sultry promises. She tried not to shudder too much, since Jean-Claude wasn't trying to seduce her on purpose, but it still sent goosebumbs flying over her arms. She fought hard to keep from rubbing her arms and instead opted to run a hand through her hair while the other sat on the butt of her gun.

*She made no move as Anita entered the room. Her eyes were already settled on Anita by the time she appeared through the doorway like a petite dark storm of wit and power. So not even her eyes moved. Sitting there she seemed almost statuesque (?) but much more lively. Her aura did not spill from her, infact she seemed quite weak from the little amount of aura that did spill from her. But she knew different, as did Jean Claude*

"I am here to serve Jean Claude. I am here to serve the master of the city for eternity. Whoever that may be"

*Her voice felt like blood soaked fur brushing against naked skin - lingering and intimate. There was nothing she could do about it, she wasn't even trying to use her voice on Anita. Let alone power. So, she sat there looking as harmless as she could, her power almost hunched in on itself with the effort not to let it go. Her body ached to let it free but she held onto it like it was the last drop of blood in the world*

Narnia looked at the vampire and tried to think where she had seen her before. She realized she had seen her at Guilty Pleasures when she was looking for Anita to tell her what was going on. It worried her that there was a vampire that Anita didn't know when all of this other danger was going on.

Anita, Jean-Claude, is there a quiet place I can go to get started. I don't want to intrude in your dealing with internal goings on with your entourage. I just want to get somewhere and see what I can do to help.

Anita thought about it, her arms quivering slightly when she motioned to Jean-Claude's bedroom.
"Go in there. We wont disturb you. I promise to keep everything out here."
And by everything, I mean the blood bath...

*Her striking amethyst eyes stayed on Anita, as if she were memorising her. But it wasn't the fact that she was curious, is was the fact that she knew better than to look away from her. She had heard of this dark haired womans reputation, and would not be one of the bodies that made her so dangerous. Her hands stayed clasped on her stomach and nothing about her moved - she had the tricks that most of the older ones have*

I will be out as soon as I am done. Hopefully I will have some good news by then.

Narnia walked quickly in the direction in which Anita pointed, hoping that she could do something, anything, to help.

Once Narnia closed the door, Anita turned back to Violet. She was fully aware that the witch would hear any yelling and fighting if it turned to that, but Anita felt that wall was enough to contain her for the moment.
"Ok, We've been here for like five minutes, I've asked you who the hell are you about three, you answered with a supreme "vague" answer and my gun is begging to be used. If you don't start talking, I will get pissed." Anita reached out with her power, lashing Violet's mocha skin like a catonine whip. It was more of a warning than to hurt...Right...

*A small frown appeared on her delicate face, she was confused by this woman*

"I have told you, I am here to serve Jean Claude. And my name is Violet, what other answer could I possibly give?"

*The smaller womans lash of power beat along her skin but seemed to be absorbed into her body, as though she fed upon it*

Anita froze. The vampire was absorbing her power...Oh, let's see...why else would she be suspicious.

"What are you?" Anita thought about it for a moment.
"Forget it, we have bigger problems on our hands. I'm gonna need to talk to Narnia when she's done." Anita leaned against the wall, arms crossed and glaring at the Exotic beauty. She wondered why she was here, espacially now. Can you say coincidince?

*She answered her question because she had asked one. Her face set in a blank but faintly amused mask, hands clasped on her stomach*

"I am a vampire. I feed from power and hold the ability to decompose but for personal reasons I refrain from doing it. Does that answer your question?"

*She was getting a little angry that she was getting the third degree, and didn't appreciate so much suspicion. It also annoyed her how she had no respect for Jean Claudes word, he had said she was of no harm yet the dark haired woman still hounded her for imformation*

Anita glanced back at Jean-Claude, trying to not to look too guilty. Sure she went overboard on the...questiong of Violet, but she just wasn't in the mood for new vampires. It gets tireing.

"Alright, look, I just have a lot on my plate and I'm trying to deal, 'kay? I get it, you're pissed. Well, join the club. As soon as Narnia's done, I need to figure out exactly how I'm going to keep everyone from dying. So if I come off as defensive,...well, right now, don't take it personally. But for the future, take it personally."
