Edit level: CC Any other notes to add: I was thinking of him being a freakshow sword swallower; his deformities could be related to "fatal" attempts on the activity, evident on his throat/neck and chest, or maybe the swords he carries have curves or hard edges that make it normally impossible to do that, with some broken sword pieces stuck on his throat and upper chest area (if this last part is too much for you, feel free to skip it!)
I'd also like his colors to be less muted so everything else is noticeable too
