After standing around the gates, ground zero of the Glop Monster's peril, there was the Drop Distrist. Unki heartily avoided the path to lead her to the gates but the Drop District was a hop-skip-and a jump away. The farmlands are probably the next most dangerous place to be at this time.
tab The good people of the Drop District were very much likely to be the very first folks to flee the turmoil. Just a ways away, her more gallant allies and foes were making targets of themselves as Unki ran the green. She needed to bring back as many supplies as she could carry while being as creative as possible to do so. As Unki buzzed in on her borrowed hover board she found the district was truly akin to a ghost town. Modest supply stores and homes were seemingly emptied with front doors to a good few buildings left open probably out of a mass panic. Goods like shoes, baskets dropped in the streets, lost newspapers, and various other items were left behind.

tab Unki hopped off the hover board, knelt to collect it, and looked around of what she had to work with. She recalled Toso feeling uneasy about the immense number of people using his house and business as shelter and just thinking about how many sort of things needed to be moved from point A to B made Unki feel uneasy too.

tab What do people eat? Unki was just a home-cook, truly, and only dreamed about serving for great numbers on occasion. Rice? Unki turned on a dime toward a sign that suggested a near by building was a general store. Rice. Vegetables. Rice and vegetables were a staple all themselves and didn't even needed to be together to be any good. Daikon, onions, sweet potatos, and lotus root would be great if she could find it.

tab Then the reality hit her. This was a humanitarian effort, more than likely. The easy thing was stealing a fraction of these good people's livelihood. Uh-oh... Stealing wasn't the morally proper thing to do, yeah? The initial plan was set back. She had the town as a resource to take from (and leave a heap of IOU's in her wake) but instead tried to venture out just a hair from the street.

tab What was wild? Unki back-tracked from the streets, cautiously, and ventured into the land. Without a doubt she could collect rice bales and leave notice for compensation (among gratitude) but Unki never thought she could collect something like bamboo shoots. The shoots were outside, in the open, and had newly sprung from the ground among its older, much taller, bamboo cousins. Unki was quick to try to find the basket (which she is to borrow and never return) she previously eyed in the street that must have been, accidentally, discarded in the panic and put such to use.

tab In time, Unki had gathered a worthy basket full of bamboo shoots that she carried back to the street and placed near a doorway to an open shop. She took a visual tally of what goods this shop had and tried to piece how much coin or how lengthy an IOU would she need to leave. Rice. Unki pulled four large sacks of rice out of the store and piled them near the basket.
The easiest magical-ninja means of carrying these items was through the method of sealing but she had neither paper or ink to formulate what she needed. Unki hurried back into the store and ransacked counter shelving and essentially any form of storage until she aqcuired what she needed.

tab More importantly, she caught herself with passing thought, and plucked her wallet from her vest. She placed a handful of pretty coins on the table and used the fountain pen she found to scrawl a vague message: "Thank you for your contribution - Ika-shokuji " and listed the items she believes that are being appropriately paid for: Four bags of rice, 8 jars of lotus root, 3 dozen eggs.

All of which she found and gathered after having lugged rice around. All of which were piled up in a meticulous mess and sooner, rather than later, was bundled into the careful swirling calligraphy that made up a fuuin formation on a piece of paper. She'd have to hurry back now. Truly.

• Thread Walking :: Rank: C :: Training:: By using Chakra to focus the mind, the user becomes able to balance enough on thin platforms to use Bukijutsu techniques without any penalties. Covers only balancing on solid structures at least one inch wide, not moving or unstable structures. Also allows the user to balance and move on wires during its activation

Tanisoko

• Dexterity: Two Halves :: Rank C :: Training:: Basic training in the style involves using the techniques one at a time, but this is slightly problematic when it comes to higher-level movements. To increase overall skill and proficiency with the weapons of this style, the user trains by using both sticks simultaneously instead of in the disjointed way that the early stages emphasized. After mastering this training, the user gains a slight boost to speed for all techniques in the style.
  
• Dexterity: Footwork :: Rank B :: Training:: The user practices all known techniques again, this time incorporating basic footwork to add to the fluidity and practicality of the style. After mastering this training, the user gains a moderate bonus to movement speed while using any technique from this style or tonfa, twin sticks, or hard physical Formless Style techniques.

Selina found herself in the agricultural district. This seemed at the right place to be. At the moment, she knew that she had to return to the work of a ninja. It is for this reason that she reached down and began pulling weeds. The work was laborious, but it would help her out. After all, she was grossly out of practice for a proper ninja.

Selina moved to the next patch of weeds. God was she out of sorts. Years of being an idol have toned down the amount of work that she did to maintain her body. It was for this reason that she was glad that she had a chance to work herself out. After all, this was a safe way to do so.

Selina tied her hair back as she moved to the next batch of weeds. She got onto her knees and pulled them out by the roots. It has been a while since she allowed her clothing to get this dirty. She recalled when such things used to bother her. However, she had to overcome those things once again in order to become a stronger shinobi. And it was time for her to become strong.

Selina moved to the next group of weeds and continued to pull them. Her hands started to cramp as she continued to pull them out. She did this relentlessly. She put all of her anger into pulling out the weeds. It was the only way for her to be ready to go back to combat.

Selina moved to another batch of weeds and continue to pull weeds in order to regain her strength. She took a second to wipe some sweat off from her head. She breathed slightly heavier than she was used to. it was almost enough to make her want to quit. However, she could not stop now. She continued to pull the weeds as necessary.

Selina positioned herself onto the next batch of weeds and continued her yard work. By now the woman who recruited her was surprised that Selina continued to work. Normally she had multiple people work on the yard to get rid of all of the weeds. To only have one person, and an idol of all people, was enough to surprise her. Nevertheless, the young woman finished as she moved to the next batch.

Selina moved once again to the next batch in order to get rid of more weeds. She could not stop pulling weeds. With each weed pulled, she recalled another face from the horrendous fields of Saizen. Each name she was forced to hear as the death toll reigned in. It was almost too much for her to bear. However, she told herself that she would not lose herself again.

Selina moved to another batch of weeds. She was silent as she worked. Inside of her heart was a stormed of emotions. She felt guilt for running away from the fighting in the conflict. Ada and Kenshin remained on the force and continued to serve. Selina couldn't do it back then, however. That was why she had to put more effort into it now.

Selina moved once again to another batch of weeds. She knew a part of her was still weak. There was a piece of her which could not be ready for the horrors which she suffered. And yet, she had to return. If she did not return now then how could she continued to look herself in the mirror? Therefore, she had to repeat this repetitive task over and over.

Selina continued to pull weeds as she moved onto another area. She started to get used to the muscles required to perform the task. She started to feel it become easier. Despite the physical exhaustion she suffered, she actually felt at ease doing this. It rekindled a piece of her which she felt lost away. She was able to continue this task with lessening difficulty.

Like a force of weed pulling vengeance Selina moved to the next batch. She moved with a re-found purpose. Yes it was only pulling weeds, but to her it represented the birth of a new shinobi. She was not going to hold onto her past accomplishment any longer. She was now a woman in the eyes of man, and a shinobi reborn within her heart.

Selina continued the tedious work of pulling weeds within another section. Her hands cramped now but she did not care. Her eyes never flickered in their resolve. If she stopped now Selina felt as though she could pass out. She needed to push herself further. She needed to keep her momentum.

Selina rushed to the next batch of weeds. Her pulling of weeds started to become frantic. She ripped them away as dirt flung all around. Now grunts of pain erupted from her as she used her hands without concern. Her pride turned her pain into something productive.

Selina continued to another patch of weeds and got to work. She started to slow. All of her limbs were screaming out. She had been doing this for hours at this point. And yet, she did not stop. Selina could not allow herself to stop. She made a promise and nothing was going to break it.

At last, Selina moved to the last batch of weeds. She knelt down and made quick work of them. She found the strength within her to move with absolute precision. Once she pulled out the last weed, they were all gone. Hundreds of weeds were pulled at her hand. She fell onto her back. She stared up at the sky. She was capable of doing this again. She smiled as she waited for her muscles to stop cramping.

__ He found a distant location that was out of the way in the agricultural portion of the village. The last outcome that Kenshin wanted was for this lightning rod to destroy crops or livestock and turn the Drop District's jolly ranchers into angry farmers. He also did not desire to see the entire village's food supply go up in smoke. As he installed the lightning rod with diligent attention paid to the instructions he felt that he was starting to get a more rehearsed sense of the procedure.

As he installed the lightning rod aptly just far enough to be away from civilians. What matter stood is that this plot of land. While small and lacking in any harvest what so ever was owned by someone. Someone in a very disheveled tiny hut of a home nearby that looked completely abandoned given its look and condition. There in the hut a man would pop out hunched back and ancient looking. "WHATCHU DOIN OUT HERE ON MAH PROPURTY CITEH BOI!" A rusty pitchfork in hand missing one of its teeth so it looked more like a bidet would be shaken angrily in the captain direction.

Of course, when the lightening successfully struck the earth the veins began to spread. What once was an empty field of what appeared to be nothing from the ground sprouted the heads of daikon. Naturally, the farmer was surprised. Not a damn thing ever grew on his land until now. "WELL I'll BE TWO PLUMS A PUCKERED ON A PEET BOGS BRANCH! HOT DAMN TARNATION BOY! LOOK WHATCHU YOU GON AND DONE! I'LL FORGIVE YA TRANSGRESSION AGAINST ME THIS TIME! HELLUM FEEL FREE TO HELPIN YOURSELF TA ONE OF ME CROP FOR YA HELP! GUESS THAT NEW KAGE FELLA REALLY DO CARE BOUT US COUNTRY FOLK HE DO!"

The man would turn around to go back in his dilapidated hut only to have his pitchfork act a conductor. He would be struck with a slight bit of lightning and like that he shot up his hunched self standing straight oncemore. "AW HELLUM BE DAMNED! I CAN STAND AGAIN! BLESS YE SKY GODS I FEEL YOUNG AGAIN!" He turned around and looked at Kenshin. "ONLY ONE YA HEAR?!" He'd threaten Kenshin in bumpkinesque about his crop and how he may only take one. Should he accept the offer Kenshin would acquire the following.

Description:
A radish imbued with a large amount of chakra and electricity. Can only be handled by those with a lightning affinity. May launch a bolt of lightning from its mighty tip for a C-ranked amount of damage. If thrown at a location discharges a 10-foot radial electrical blast. Recharges after [3] posts. Highly recommended one doesn't eat this thing.

__ Kenshin blinked as he watched the farmer yell at him for installing the lightning rod on his property. Strangely, however, the lightning promoted the growth of his radishes. Then when he watched the man get electrocuted he ran forward to lend him aid before he suddenly stood fully upright. "Electricity doesn't perform miracles, what's happening?" The police captain was remarkably confused. He was then given a lightning-charged radish. He dusted the dirt off the crop before placing it in his pocket. Kenshin respectfully bowed to the farmer before speaking. "Sir, my name's Kenshin Kosei and I'm the captain of the village police force. Don't tinker with that lightning rod at all and make sure that others don't touch it either." With that, the police shinobi left the Drop District.

Selina led Kameyo to the agricultural district. There wasn't a lot of activity here, and the lack of security meant to Selina that they weren't yet near the crime scene. Therefore, with the stream of water beside their otherwise clear field, Selina turned back to Kameyo as her face became stoic. "Kameyo. Before we begin our investigation, I think we should have a spar first." She stated. "Not because I think you're dangerous or anything! But to give each other a sense of what the other can do." She elaborated with excitement in her words and body language. Truth be told, Selina was excited to finally have a chance to use some of her ninja abilities. She also knew that it would be good to get a gauge of what abilities Kameyo had at her disposal. So far she knew that her skin could become creepy crawly, but she had no idea what that meant in the grand scheme of things. It was for that reason that she figured a spar was good to have.

Kameyo followed Selina with glee, though she heard an uproar in the crowd behind them as they fled. She spared a glance and caught sight of flower petals falling before all of her fans. Interesting. Kameyo lamented not being in her fish sage mode, which would have clued her in on the nature of the flower petals, but she was content to follow Selina until the sky fell down.

At the agricultural district, Kameyo was greatly surprised at Selina's proposal. She wasn't really getting what the point of it was, but her brothers in Gimangakure considered a spar to be a great sign of respect, so Kameyo figured it was a gesture of trust more than a lack of it. "I- well of course. But what are the rules? I haven't sparred with someone who wasn't family before." She knew powerful techniques that could rip into villages, but she wasn't sure that was what Selina wanted them to do. Kameyo hadn't been in sage mode when she met Selina so she was unaware of her chakra pool or overall strength, too.

Selina chuckled as Kameyo asked for the rules. "Just go with the flow, and don't go overboard!" She said cheerfully. "Here! I'll start." She said with a smirk. Just then all of her weight shifted to her right leg as her left leg rose and she pivoted on her right. This would send a high kick aimed squarely for Kameyo's jaw if she did not dodge or block it. Since the two of them were of relatively same height, Selina did not need to adjust too radically to aim for the woman's jawline. She didn't put too much power into the strike either, as it's just meant to get the spar going.

Kameyo felt uneasy with the loose terms of the spar, but she had little time to raise concern because the idol was bringing a kick her way. Kameyo raised her hand up with her hand flowing with eiseijutsu chakra - except it wasn't healing. The taser-like effect was negated under the strength of the kick which still unbalanced Kameyo. The force of it made her take two steps to the left. "Oof!" She exhaled in surprise.

Feeling vindictive and not immediately thinking with her head, Kameyo growled and formed one hand seal. She charged forward with her palm charged with chakra that would turn Selina into a frog if it landed on her forehead. "How about this?!"

Guild Description: Turns a target into a frog after contact with the forehead is made. The transformation can be ended by a Kai directed at the transformed person, or automatically after three [3] posts. The victim retains self-awareness and can move around freely unless otherwise restrained.

Owwie! The medical chakra inserted into Selina's leg stung like a wasp sting as she lowered her leg to the ground. She couldn't allow her the pain to overwhelm her, however, as she now had Kameyo approaching her forehead. Instinctively Selina turned away from Kameyo and then into the woman as she raised her right hand to grab the wrist of her opponent, which now hung over her left shoulder. She then used her other arm to grab Kameyo's arm as she performed a judo throw over her body to toss Kameyo to the ground. Her whole body moved with the momentum as the plan was to move as fluidly as possible. However, the technique could be easily avoided if Kameyo stopped her wrist from being grabbed.

Kameyo was impressed with how quickly Selina moved and barely managed to step away from Selina's grasp on her wrist. She then moved her hands together for a suiton technique, which started surrounding them in mist. As she quickly retreated further into the mist to hide herself, she made another string of seals to generate a clone of water. As unfamiliar as Kameyo was with the area and with Arashigakure, she was excited to finally feel like she had the upper hand. She couldn't deny being intrigued at what skills Selina knew either.

More similar to Kage Bunshin then a regular Bunshin, water clones are capable of attacking, except each clone is roughly E-rank in strength. The water clone can perform one Suiton Jutsu that the user knows once. One solid hit will destroy the clone.

Selina cautiously looked around as the mist settled. Her body was tense as the two Kameyo's spoke from different locations. "I may not know how to see through the mist." She said with a smirk. From her sleeve on her right hand manifested a small paper fan. "But I know how to dispel it!" Selina exclaimed as she bent her arm and her fan brushed gently against her face. Selina then extended her arm as wind chakra expelled from the fanning of her fan, and proceeded to slice through the area in front of her. Her aim was directed at the second voice which spoke, since she assumed that one to be the real Kameyo. Although the fog would clear all around her, the blast was only aimed toward the second speaker. Selina hoped that was the one she needed to hit, but kept herself alert just in case it wasn't.

"Damn it," Kameyo said with feeling as the mist was dispelled. How had she not noticed that Selina had a fan? She watched with disappointment as the gusts summoned up by Selina sliced into the water clone, which dispersed into a sad puddle on the ground. The real Kameyo extended her arm and swung it in front of her so that the tendrils within her skin could come flying out like shuriken.

Immediately after throwing the shuriken from her arm, she would begin running around Selina in a half circle, trying to catch her off-guard while she reacted to the projectiles. She made a few hand seals and slammed a hand onto the earth, allowing a small crater to begin to form beneath Selina. The crater yawned open, giving Selina a window to avoid it before it claimed her for the earth.

The user will swing their arm, using the vertical or horizontal momentum to launch a number of small thread pieces from their wrist joint. Arijigoku is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. After forming the needed hand seal, the user creates a conical crater below their opponent. This twisting, sinking pit pulls the target below ground to imprison and suffocate them. A C-ranked amount of chakra creates roughly a human-sized hole, and it scales large enough to swallow another person with each rank. Those trapped within the sinkhole will find their movement impeded, with Speed reduced moderately per rank once caught in the technique. It takes three full posts before the victim is completely buried.

Selina's eyes widened as the shuriken made of the strange material were shot her way. Instinctively she jumped to her right a few feet in order to dodge the attack. However, in the process of her dodge Selina fell powerless to the crater which opened around her and swallowed her feet. She struggled against the binding before she took a deep breath. It was then that her body disbursed into cherry blossoms as the stray petals flew out of the binding ground. The petals then twirled around Kameyo as Selina than manifested from behind her ten feet away, her right arm extended and her hand pointed as a gun. "Bang!" She exclaimed gleefully. The cherry blossoms left over on the ground formed into a seal which then erupted in tendrils of thorny vines all around Kameyo. The vines came from the ground and would entrap her if she did not move.

Kameyo's eyes nearly popped out of her head, seeing Selina pop into a collection of petals. What the hell? There might have been more to that wine Trefles offered after all, huh. She furrowed her brow as Selina reappeared only to offer a series of vines coming her way. Kameyo made a hand seal and slammed her hand on the ground again to create a shell of mud. It was towering and protected her from the vines but only offered Kameyo a moment to catch her breath.

"This is exhilarating! But, uh, how much longer do you wanna sling jutsu at each other? I won't be able to launch sensory techniques AND fight you off, and I don't want any pigs - er, cops - sneaking up on me." Kameyo's attitude towards cops, like any morally corrupt Gimangakure resident, was evident through her language; but just like her act, Kameyo was trying to clean it up. "Also, is it possible for you to show me the flower thing you just did? I'll teach you fish stuff!"
