╔══════════════╗ Patrick returns from being at the beach and sees that Estelle has arrived for the get-together. He didn't see anyone else around so far. "Sorry for the wait. I got caught up at the beach" he said to his neighbor, Estelle. He approaches the front door, "You look quite elegant this evening" he compliments her. Unlocking the door, he steps to the side to let her go in first, "After you" he said with a gentle smile on his face. He would be okay if it was just him and Estelle because that meant more quality time to get to know her more.╚══════════════╝

Not too long after, she heard a familiar voice. Turning her head back as she saw Patrick approaching her. Oh he wasn't home.. he was at the beach. She gently waves a hand. "Yes, I do, The bow is a nice touch" he said to his neighbor, Estelle and he was being truthful. "You're welcome, Estelle" he said then entered after her. He left the front door unlocked in case other guests show up. "I will be accepting requests for dinner. What would you like to eat and drink, Estelle?" he asked her.╚══════════════╝

She couldn't help but giggle. There was nothing really elegant of her choose outfit, it has the same style of a school uniform. Only that it isn't. Hearing his question on what she'd like to think her mental answer screamed Belgium waffles and beer since that is what Belgium is known for! Including their chocolates. But she can't be picky ere! ╔══════════════╗ Patrick was beginning to think no one else was coming not even Katelyn who he met at the beach. "Okay, but what kind of tea would you not want?" he asked Estelle. There was too many teas to be choosing from especially if she was referring to the hot or cold ones. "I don't think anyone else is coming tonight" he thought as he headed in the direction of the kitchen. "As my guest tonight, you can got wherever you want in this estate as long as the door isn't locked" he tells her. Meaning not to go in the master bedroom or the art studio because he usually keeps though rooms locked.╚══════════════╝

╔══════════════╗ Having only one guest to cater to helps Patrick because she is no longer a stranger to him and easily focus on her needs. "Sure, I do" he responded to Estelle. He started walking to the kitchen, "Don't touch the piano" he tells her. Once he makes it to the kitchen he starts with boiling some water for the tea. Since she didn't say she wanted any Belgium cuisines he decided to go with his home country, British cuisines. He started with dreamy cream scones with cranberries in them thinking it would go well with the chamomile tea and be the appetizer. ╚══════════════╝

╔══════════════╗ Patrick doesn't mind Estelle watching him in the kitchen because he doesn't have to go looking for her later. He washed his hands in the sink after setting the kettle with water in it on the stove to boil. After drying off his hands with the kitchen towel he began to get to making the cranberry scone batter. "You don't mind scones, right?" he asked her. He gets out what he needs and took some looking around since he wasn't completely familiar with his kitchen of where he put everything. He pre-heat the oven and have the second rack close to the bottom. ╚══════════════╝

Baking is one of Estelle's hobby as well as cooking. "In case you should try out eccles if you haven't already then I will bake some the next time you're here" he said to her. "I will also be baking some sausage rolls, assuming you can eat meat, correct?" he asked her. These questions that are food related coming to mind now. "Just to be sure, you have no food allergies, right?" he asked being cautious. He knows she said for him to make the meal choices he wanted to make sure he has the all clear for medical reasons. ╚══════════════╝

╔══════════════╗ Patrick smiles a little, "Sure" he said to the suggestion of swapping recipes. He assumes this meant her hobby is cooking too besides baking like it is for him. "Okay" he said relieved to hear the response to his questions. He resume with the scones then put them in the oven. Before he can get to the preparation for the sausage rolls the water was ready for the tea. He gets out the tea cups after moving the kettle to a different eye and turning off the stove. He got out the tea bags for chamomile tea to put in the tea cups then carefully pour in the hot water. ╚══════════════╝

╔══════════════╗ Patrick looks over to her, "The tea is ready. You can sip from your cup if you want to" he said. He focuses back on the package the sausage was in and carried it over to the sink to thaw it out some. He brought it yesterday so it shouldn't take too long. He began to get to get the rolls ready after checking on the scones. He knew what he was doing and had specifically picked the recipes wasn't going to take to cook or bake. Once the sausage was ready he washed his hands then opens up the package then do what he needs to do to mix it with other ingredients like chopped up apples and lemons. ╚══════════════╝
